Abstract

Dispositivo de montaje para el ensamblaje automático de componentes, grupos constructivos previamente montados o equipos (14) similares por el lado inferior con una carrocería (1) de automóvil en un puesto de ensamblaje, consistente en una suspensión (2) que lleva la carrocería (1) centrada, guiada móvil y que se puede bloquear centrada en el puesto de ensamblaje, y en un bastidor de montaje (9) provisto de placas de alojamiento (12) para los equipos (14), en el que las placas de alojamiento (12) están dispuestas desplazables paralelamente al plano del bastidor y que se puede desplazar en altura desde abajo contra la carrocería (1), en el puesto de ensamblaje, caracterizado porque las placas de alojamiento (12) individuales se pueden elevar respecto al bastidor de montaje (9) desde una posición básica centrada previamente a una posición de trabajo que permite un movimiento flotante limitado y están provistas de espigas de centrado (17) verticales, que penetran sobresaliendo (24) a través detaladros (22) alineados del equipos (14) que se halla sobre la placa de alojamiento (12), y que al elevarse el bastidor de montaje (9) pueden penetrar con distorsión lateral en taladros de centrado (23) asociados de la carrocería (1), efectuándose automáticamente la orientación del equipo (14) en la posición de ensamblaje correcta mediante movimiento de compensación flotante de la placa de alojamiento (12) durante la penetración de las espigas de centrado (17, 24) en los taladros de centrado (23) al elevarse el bastidor de montaje (9).
