Abstract

Un procedimiento para convertir una forma insoluble de somatotropina o un análogo de somatotropina desde un microorganismo transformado a la conformación de enlace de disulfuro nativo, comprende solubilizar y oxidar la somatotropina, siendo la solubilización en presencia de un detergente, siendo el detergente dodecilsulfato de sodio o uncompuestodela fórmula CH3-(CH2)n-CO-NR1-CHR2-COOH (I) en que n es un número entero de 8 a 20, R1 es metilo o etilo y R2 es hidrógeno, metilo, etilo, isopropilo o n-propilo, caracterizado porque la oxidación también se conduce en presencia de un detergente.
