Abstract
METODO PARA PURIFICAR UN FUNDIDO QUE, JUNTO A UNA O MAS IMPUREZAS QUE SE VAN A VOLATILIZAR, CONTIENE ESENCIALMENTE UN METAL LIGERO, EN PARTICULAR ALUMINIO. EL APARATO CONSTA DE UN RECIPIENTE QUE TRABAJA A VACIO (4), UNA BOMBA DE VACIO (P), UNO O MAS CONDUCTOS PARA SUMINISTRAR EL FUNDIDO AL RECIPIENTE DE VACIO Y MEDIOS (12) PARA PULVERIZAR EL FUNDIDO EN EL RECIPIENTE DE VACIO. DE ACUERDO CON LA INVENCION EL RECIPIENTE DE VACIO ESTA PROVISTO DE MEDIOS DE DESCARGA (7) PARA DESCARGAR LA IMPUREZAS EXPULSADAS DEL FUNDIDO. LOS MEDIOS DE DESCARGA ESTAN CONECTADOS A UNOS DISPOSITIVOS PARA SEPARAR LAS IMPUREZAS SOLIDAS O LIQUIDAS, CONECTADAS A LA BOMBA DE VACIO UTILIZADA PARA MANTENER LA PRESION SUBATMOSFERICA EN EL RECIPIENTE DE VACIO. CONECTADO A ESTE RECIPIENTE ESTAN AL MENOS UN CONDUCTO DE SUMINISTRO (9) UN CONDUCTO DE RETORNO (10) PARA EL FUNDIDO, EL CONDUCTO DE SUMINISTRO ESTA PROVISTO CON UNA BOMBA (11) PARA EL FUNDIDO QUE SE VA A PURIFICAR Y UNA BOQUILLA DE PULVERIZACION (12) PARA ATOMIZAR EL FUNDIDO SUMINISTRADO POR LA BOMBA EN EL RECIPIENTE A VACIO. DURANTE EL TRATAMIENTO DE PURIFICACION SE MANTIENE UNA PRESION SUBATMOSFERICA EN EL APARATO MEDIENTE LA BOMBA DE VACIO (P). Y LA TEMPERATURA DEL FUNDIDO SE MANTIENE ENTRE 600-900 GRADOS CENTIGRADOS.
