THE CONTAINER CAP (20) CLOSES THE TOP OF THE SAME BEFORE USE AND IS THREADED ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER. THE STOPPER IS PROVIDED WITH A RATCHET (93) WHICH CAUSES THE TURN OF THE STOPPER AND THE TOP OF THE CONTAINER, WHILE THE STOPPER IS UNLOCKED FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER. AN ANNULAR BLADE (18) STANDS BETWEEN THE TWO CONTAINERS AND IS NAILED TO THE UPPER CONTAINER TO ROTATE IN COMMON WITH IT AS THE PLUG SEPARATES. CAMS (66,69) ARE PROVIDED TO MOVE THE ROTATING BLADE MOVEMENT IN RELATION TO THE LOWER PACKAGE IN A LONGITUDINAL MOVEMENT OF THE BLADE IN RELATION TO THE UPPER PACKAGE TO TIME THE SEALING MEMBRANE.
