Abstract
FILTRO CERAMICO PARA FILTRAR METALES FUNDIDOS, Y PROCEDIMIENTO PARA SU FABRICACION. EL FILTRO INCLUYE DOS SUPERFICIES DE CIRCULACION OPUESTAS, QUE DISCURREN TRANSVERSALMENTE A LA DIRECCION DE CIRCULACION DEL METAL FUNDIDO, Y AL MENOS UNA SUPERFICIE LATERAL QUE SE EXTIENDE SUSTANCIALMENTE EN LA DIRECCION DE CIRCULACION. EL PROCEDIMIENTO COMPRENDE IMPREGNAR UN MATERIAL ORGANICO ESPUMADO CON UNA BARBOTINA CERAMICA DE ALTA VISCOSIDAD, DESPUES DE UN SECADO ELIMINAR EL MATERIAL ESPUMADO MEDIANTE CALENTAMIENTO Y CALCINAR EL MATERIAL CERAMICO RESTANTE. PARA CONSEGUIR UNA ESTABILIDAD MECANICA Y TERMICA ELEVADA, SE HA PREVISTO QUE LA SUPERFICIE O SUPERFICIES LATERALES ESTEN PROVISTAS EN AL MENOS EL 50% DE SU LONGITUD, EN DIRECCION PERIFERICA, EN POSICIONES SUSTANCIALMENTE SIMETRICAS SOBRE LADOS OPUESTOS Y PREFERIBLEMENTE EN CONJUNTO, DE UNA CAPA CERRADA DE MATERIAL REFRACTARIO CON UNA PROFUNDIDAD DE 0,5 A 3 MM,Y QUE LAS ALMAS LIBRES DE LAS CELDAS DE LA ESTRUCTURA DE ESPUMA PRESENTES EN LAS SUPERFICIES DE CIRCULACION ESTAN CERRADAS POR UN REVESTIMIENTO DE MATERIAL REFRACTARIO.
