Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A burner plate 3 is made of complex ceramics which is composed of fire clay, mainly composed of petalite of coarse grain containing lithium and grained clay of fine grain, mixed with inorganic fiber of 0.1mm.-5mm. long. Hexagonal and continuous convex structure 1, of which side of a base is 2-3mm. long and of which height is 3mm., is provided to the combustion surface of a burner plate, and one burner port 2, of which diameter is 1.0-1.6mm., is provided to the crossing point on each side of a base of hexagonal and convex structure. With such an arrangement, long-life burner plate of high emissivity, endurable to be burnt in the temperature above 900 deg.C, can be obtained.
