CON EL FIN DE PRODUCIR LA CAPA SUPERFICIAL, PREFERIBLEMENTE A PARTIR DE UN MATERIAL SINTETICO, EL CABLE DE LINEA AERA ACABADO EN FABRICA SE HACE PASAR CONTINUAMENTE A TRAVES DE UNA ZONA DE CURADO TERMICO CON ATMOSFERA OXIDANTE QUE TIENE UNA TEMPERATURA SUPERIOR A 100GC E INFERIOR A 150GC, Y QUE ESTA FORMADA POR QUEMADORES DE GAS. EL CABLE DE LINEA AEREA SE CONDUCE A TRAVES DE UN TUBO CALEFACTOR CALENTADO POR VIA ELECTRICA Y EN RELACION CON LA CAPA MAS EXTERIOR DE LOS ALAMBRES ES MANTENIDO A UNA TEMPERATURA DE 60 HASTA 100GC, PREFERIBLEMENTE DE ALREDEDOR DE 80GC.
