Abstract
PURPOSE:To stably generate moist gas of uniform quality and to make it possible to burn the gas, in a simple and low cost structure, by inserting a hollow turning shaft of which inside is served as an oil feeding passage, into a combustion cylinder, and by directly connecting a rotary atomizer and a flame tube body, between which is served as a moist gas passage, to the hollow turning shaft. CONSTITUTION:At the time a burner is started to burn, a rotary atomizer 5 and a flame tube 6 are rotated in high velocity by a hollow turning shaft 3, the liquid fuel in an oil feeding passage 4 is fed into a recessed and bent part of a flame tube 6 from an oil injecting port 13, as well as the forced blast is pressedly blown into a combustion cylinder 1 from a ventilating passage 2. With such an arrangment, fuel is sprayed into an air and fuel mixing passage 10 from a spraying end 11, after the fuel is spread out over a spraying surface 12. Then, the fuel is ignited by an igniting plug 17, as well as it is injected to the surface of the combustion cylinder 1 from a gas injecting port 16. The above-mentioned fuel is atomized by a rotary atomizer 5, heated by combustion flame in a combustion linear 1, at the same time, vaporizing combustion is taken place with moist gas, sprayed into the combustion cylinder 1, after the atomized gas is made to be moist gas, by being fed into the above-mentioned passage 10 from a pressure controlling chamber A through a ventilating window 14.
