Abstract

Plásticos celulares duros de resina de poliuretano conformables y reticulables térmicamente a 150ºC hasta 190ºC, obtenibles por reacción de a) un poliisocianato orgánico con b) un componente poliol, que contiene b1) al menos un compuesto polihidroxílico orgánico con un índice de hidroxilo de 28 a 1200 y b2) aditivos usuales, conocidos por la química de los plásticos celulares PUR, caracterizados porque como poliisocianato a) se emplea un poliisocianato de la serie del difenilmetano con una viscosidad de aproximadamente 20 - 700 mPa.s/25ºC y porque el componente b2) contiene epsilon - caprolactama y/o nonilfenol a modo de compuestos b3) bloqueadores de los grupos NCO, en una cantidad del 1 al 25% en peso, referido al peso total del componente b).
