EL INVENTO SE REFIERE A LA REGENERACION DE CATALIZADORES USADOS POR LA OXIDESHIDROGENACION DE ACIDO ISOBURITICO O DE US ESTERES SENCILLOS A ACIDO METACRILICO O SU ESTER SENCILLO QUE CONTIENEN POR ENLACES OXIDICOS MOLIBDENO, FOSFORO Y VANADIO Y EN CASO DADO OTROS ELEMENTOS, EN ESPECIAL METALES, POR UN TRATAMIENTO OXIDANTE DEL CATALIZADOR USADO A BAJAS TEMPERATURAS DE 200 A 400 C CON UN GAS QUE CONTENGA OXIGENO. LA REGENERACION DEL CATALIZADOR SE PUEDE EFECTUAR POR EJEMPLO EN FORMA INTERMITENTE CON LA OXIDESHIDROGENACION.
