LA INVENCION SE RELACIONA CON LA PREPARACION DE PEPTIDOS DE ESTRUCTURA GENERAL (I), DONDE R Y R'' REPRESENTAN DISTINTOS SUSTITUYENTES, X E Y DISTINTAS FUNCIONES HETEROATOMICAS Y EL GRUPO -N-A-CH- REPRESENTA UNA ESTRUCTURA POLICICLICA NITROGENADA, ASI COMO DE SUS DISTINTOS ENANTIOMEROS, EPIMEROS Y DIASTEROISOMEROS Y/O SUS SALES ACIDAS O BASICAS FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLES, CARACTERIZADO POR: CONDENSACION DE UN DERIVADO 3-CARBOXILICO DE LA ESTRUCTURA POLICICLICA -N-A-CH- CONVENIENTEMENTE PROTEGIDA, CON UN NITROARGINATO DE BENCILO, PARA DAR UN COMPUESTO QUE DESPUES DE DESPROTEGIDO POR ACCION DEL ACIDO TRIFLUOROACETICO SE CONDENSA CON UN DERIVADO OXICARBONIL-LISINA, QUE UNA VEZ TRATADO NUEVAMENTE CON ACIDO TRIFLUOROACETICO, SE CONDENSA CON UN DERIVADO CARBOXILICO DE LA ESTRUCTURA HETEROCICLOCARBONILA.
