Abstract

Axial fan with a low noise level whose wheel comprises, for guiding the air streams, a guide ring securely fastened to the vanes of the fan and whose drive motor is placed in a cylindrical hub constituting the motor housing and which can be fixed by means of struts to the air guidance casing, characterised in that at least two vanes 2 of the fan wheel 1 have, seen in the peripheral direction of the latter, different distances with respect to one another and in that the fixing struts 6 are arranged at least more or less tangentially to the periphery of the envelope 5 constituting the hub-shaped housing of the motor.
