Abstract
SE DESCRIBE UN DISPOSITIVO PARA SEPARAR LA GRANULACION SUPERIOR DEL MATERIAL CALIENTE DESCARGADO DE UN HORNO ROTATIVO TUBULAR EN EL PROCESO DE REDUCCION DIRECTA DE MATERIALES CONTENIENDO OXIDO DE HIERRO PARA PRODUCIR ESPONJA DE HIERRO. EL EXTREMO DE DESCARGA DEL HORNO ROTATIVO TUBULAR ESTA RODEADO POR UNA CABEZA ESTACIONARIA DEL HORNO, QUE CIERRA HERMETICAMENTE CONTRA EL ESCAPE DE GASES Y EN LA QUE ESTA SITUADA EN POSICION INCLINADA UNA PARRILLA RIGIDA REFRIGERADA (1). EN LA CABEZA DEL HORNO (2) ESTA SITUADO UN DEPOSITO DE RECOGIDA (3) PARA LA GRANULACION SUPERIOR, QUE ESTA PROVISTO DE UNA CORREDERA DE CIERRE (4) EN EL EXTREMO DE DESCARGA. EL DEPOSITO DE RECOGIDA ESTA RODEADO, MEDIANTE UN CIERRE HERMETICO AL GAS, POR UN DEPOSITO EXTERIOR (5) Y ESTA EQUIPADO CON UNA TAPA DE CIERRE (6) Y UNA CONEXION (7) PARA UN DEPOSITO DE TRANSPORTE (8), AMBAS TAMBIEN CON ACOPLAMIENTO HERMETICO CONTRA SALIDAS DEL GAS. LA CABEZA DEL HORNO (2) ESTA CONFIGURADA, DEBAJO DE LA PARRILLA (1), COMO DEPOSITO INTERMEDIO DE AMORTIGUACION (9) PARA EL GRANO QUE SALE. EN ESTE DEPOSITO INTERMEDIO DE AMORTIGUACION ESTA ACOPLADA UNA TOLVA DE DOSIFICACION (10) CON UN DISPOSITIVO SUPERIOR DE CIERRE HERMETICO AL GAS (11). LA TOLVA DE DOSIFICACION (10) ESTA EQUIPADA, EN EL LADO DE DESCARGA, CON UN DISPOSITIVO INFERIOR DE CIERRE HERMETICO AL GAS (12) Y UNA CONEXION (13) HERMETICA AL GAS PARA UN DEPOSITO DE TRANSPORTE (14). EL VOLUMEN DE LA TOLVA DE DOSIFICACION (10) ES MENOR QUE EL VOLUMEN DEL DEPOSITO DE TRANSPORTE (14).
