ES OBJETO DEL INVENTO UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DEUNA VACUNA CONTRA LA RABIA POR REPRODUCCION DE VIRUS DE RABIAEN TEJIDO NERVIOSO DE ANIMALES, PREDOMINANTEMENTE EN EMBRIONES DE AVES DE CORRAL, COSECHA DE LOS VIRUS A PARTIR DEL TEJIDONERVIOSO O A PARTIR DE LAS CABEZAS DE EMBRIONES, ENRIQUECIMIENTO DE LOS VIRUS, INACTIVACION DE LOS MISMOS Y CONFECCION PARA FORMAR LA VACUNA, EL CUAL PROCEDIMIENTO ESTA CARACTERIZADO PORQUE DURANTE LA COSECHA DE LOS VIRUS SE EVITA LA HOMOGENEIZACION DEL TEJIDO NERVIOSO O DE LAS CABEZAS DE EMBRIONES CON UN MEZCLADOR Y CON ELLO SE IMPIDE EL LESIONAMIENTO Y EL DESPEDAZAMIENTO DE LOS VIRUS, DESMENUZANDO DE MODO MODERADO PARA LAS CELULAS EL TEJIDO NERVIOSO O LAS CABEZAS DE LOS EMBRIONES OBIEN SU CONTENIDO, EXTRAYENDO POR LAVADO, A PARTIR DE LA SUSPENSION DE CELULAS OBTENIDAS, LOS VIRUS COMPLETOS, VIVOS Y CAPACES DE REPRODUCCION CONCENTRANDO LA SUSPENSION DE VIRUS OBTENIDA, DESLIPIDANDO POR EXTRACCION CON UN DISOLVENTE ORGANICO NO MISCIBLE CON AGUA, Y DESPUES DE ELLO CONCENTRANDO SELECTIVAMENTE DE MODO ADICIONAL.
