Abstract

Un inyector de medicamento que incluye en combinación un vial cilíndrico que tiene una extremidad abierta y una extremidad cerrada, un tapón elástico adaptado para ser introducido por lo menos parcialmente a través de dicha extremidad abierta de dicho vial; una pluralidad de aros dispuestos externamente en dicho tapón y que se acoplan con las paredes de dicho vial con ajuste a presión; un elemento cilíndrico que tiene una extremidad cerrada, soportando dicho elemento cilíndrico una aguja que se extiende en el interior de dicho elemento cilíndrico y que tiene una extremidad interna puntiaguda; y teniendo dicho elemento cilíndrico una punta que se extiende hacia el exterior, estando dicha punta constituida por un elemento de forma alargada con sección transversal generalmente circular y que contiene un conducto de fluido central sustancialmente sobre la longitud de la punta, teniendo dicha punta tres zonas de las cuales la primera es cilíndrica, la segunda o zona intermedia es ahusada, y la tercera o zona de salida es cilíndrica pero con un diámetro externo inferior al de dicha primera zona, unos medios de fijación situados en dicho elemento cilíndrico y que cooperan con unos medios de fijación situados en dicho tapón, con lo cual cuando se acopla dicho tapón con dicho elemento cilíndrico, en primer lugar dicho vial queda ensamblado en posición no activa y cuando se acopla más completamente dicho tapón con dicho elemento cilíndrico, éste tapón puede ser perforado por dicha aguja, y dicha aguja puede comunicar con dicho vial sin que se aplique una presión axial importante a dicho tapón, y dicho tapón se sujeta firmemente en dicho elemento cilíndrico permitiendo la aspiración al ser retirado dicho vial, o permitiendo la expulsión del contenido de dicho vial cuando se ejerce una presión sobre dicho vial a través de dicha punta; y un nebulizador que incluye un orificio de entrada de aire, un orificio de salida de aire adaptado para llegar hasta el paciente, unos medios para hacer pasar aire a través de dicho nebulizador, unos medios situados en el interior de dicho nebulizador para vaporizar dicho medicamento líquido y formar partículas del mismo destinadas a la terapia por inhalación en la corriente de aire que atraviesa dicho nebulizador, y un orificio de introducción de medicamento en el interior de dicho nebulizador, encima del nivel del medicamento líquido contenido en dicho nebulizador, situándose dicha punta por lo menos parcialmente en dicho orificio, con lo cual dicho medicamento líquido puede introducirse en dicho nebulizador ejerciendo una presión sobre dicho vial.
