Abstract

Una disposición de rueda y cubierta de neumático comprende una rueda que tiene un par de asientos separados para la recepción de los talones de la cubierta, unas porciones anulares de la llanta de la rueda que sustancialmente se extienden axialmente hacia fuera adyacentes a cada asiento de talón y que forman caras contra las cuales una pared lateral de una cubierta de neumático puede ser desviada y soportada y una cubierta de neumático montada en dicha rueda, teniendo la cubierta en la zona inferior de la pared lateral un contrafuerte de caucho que tiene una cara radialmente interior que sustancialmente se extiende axialmente hacia fuera y que es capaz de flexionar tangencialmente en relación con la llanta de la rueda, por lo que al deshincharse el neumático la cara radialmente interior del contrafuerte se pone en contacto con las porciones de la llanta de la rueda que se extienden axialmente hacia fuera para soportar la pared lateral de la cubierta de neumático y absorber el movimiento relativo entre la llanta de la rueda y la pared lateral.
