Abstract

Un casillero para botellas realizado con material plástico y caracterizado por el hecho de que incluye en su parte superior cuatro ventanas de manejo de forma trapezoidal y con bordes ondulados sin ángulos vivos, pudiendo dicho casillero incluir además las características siguientes consideradas aisladamente o en combinación: a) el casillero no incluye ranura inferior y esté, provisto en su parte inferior, en la proximidad de sus esquinas, de ocho vaciados en forma de pasillos, que pueden cooperar, en el momento del apilamiento de los casilleros, los unos encima de los otros, con unas protuberancias de un casillero inferior, previstas en la parte superior de los diferentes casilleros, cuyas protuberancias tienen la forma de troncos de pirámide e incluye dos rampas con inclinaciones diferentes orientadas a lo largo de los lados largos de dicho casillero, y separadas por una cara rectangular horizontal; b) el casillero incluye en sus lados largos cuatro ventanas que permiten el paso de una horquilla de carretilla elevadora; c) el casillero incluye en su parte inferior dos vaciados en la parte mediana de cada uno de sus lados, separados por un nervio de refuerzo vertical que une dos nervios horizontales; d) las esquinas del casillero están redondeadas e incluyen varios nervios verticales de refuerzo, de los cuales el nervio mediano, previsto en el nivel de cada una de estas esquinas tiene un. espesor reducido por debajo de un nervio horizontal que bordea la parte inferior de las ventanas de manipulación, entre este nervio y otro nervio horizontal que bordea la parte superior de los orificios inferiores, de manera que la mano de la persona que maneja el casillero pueda alojarse debajo de dicho nervio horizontal, y dicho nervio mediano presenta en su extremidad libre una forma de bulbo que facilita la prensión; e) el fondo del casillero está constituído por un enrejado de travesaños de pequeño espesor que pude estar unido a las esquinas de dicho casillero por unos travesaños oblícuos preferentemente a 45º, estando los puntos de intersección de dicho enrejado provistos de elementos en estrella destinados a soportar las diferentes botellas, e incluyen cada uno cuatro aletas perfiladas que se abren en su extremidad y que presentan una cierta flexibilidad; f) los dispositivos de soporte de botellas incluyen una cubeta central provista de un vaciado previsto para alojar un gollete de botella vacía a la que se ha dado la vuelta, lo que permite un escurrido a través del orificio previsto en el centro de dicha cubeta; g) los elementos de soporte de botella están separados los unos de los otros por unos tabiques provistos de orificios, que presentan preferentemente en forma de Y y que están provistos de nervios en sus dos caras en el sentido vertical, cuyos tabiques son solidarios en su parte inferior de los travesaños del enrejado mencionado más arriba y están dispuestos perpendicularmente a dicho travesaño; h) el casillero incluye, en la proximidad de su parte superior, entre sus dos nervios horizontales superiores, unos conjuntos de protuberancias y de vaciados adyacentes previstos para asegurar la alineación vertical de los casilleros apilados en posición tumbada, y para cooperar con vaciados y protuberancias de los casilleros contíguos, y los diferentes nervios verticales y oblícuos previstos en los lados largos están vaciados entre dichos nervios horizontales superiores de manera que permitan el paso de dichas protuberancias en el momento d la separación de un casillero almacenado en posición vertical, en relación a las dos pilas de casilleros contíguos; i) las paredes laterales de dicho casillero presentan una oblicuidad reducida con relación a la vertical de manera que se les confiere una forma de tronco de pirámide invertido.
