A non-refillable lid for liquor bottles, characterized in that it comprises: a valve mechanism comprising a ball receptacle that can be associated with the neck of the bottle, said receptacle having a valve seat and which defines, an opening through which can flow the liquor, contained in the bottle when tilted; and a ball located in the receptacle and adapted to seat in the valve seat in order to close to the opening when the bottle is in an upright position and which can be disengaged when it is bolted to the bottle to allow the flow of liquor through of said opening; a cap associated with the receptacle and adapted to extend upwards and outwards from the neck of the bottle; said cap has an upper peak provided with a reduced diameter and through which the liquor is discharged, said cap defining an internal space; a protective plate located in said space and comprising a disc of predetermined diameter with respect to the diameter of the serving peak, and small enough with respect to certain cap surfaces to allow the flow of liquor therebetween when inclined to the bottle ; means for centering the protective plate within said space in order to contribute to providing a predetermined volume in the cap on each side of the protective disk; and means for limiting the movement of the ball in the receptacle from a seated position and an unsettled position.
