Dispositivo sujetador de guarniciones sobre un soporte, que comprende un clip de chapa metálica fijable sobre un perno de metal mas blando, cuyo clip presenta en su cuerpo una ranura para recibir el perno, caracterizado porque los bordee marginales opuestos (42) de la ranura (46) del clip presentan filos biselados (50) que forman ángulo agudo con la cara superior del cuerpo, presentando dicho cuerpo medios (38, 9, 4O, 41) para resistir una separación de los bordes (42) en sentido transversal al eje de la ranura, con objeto de que los citados filos corten muescas opuestas en el perno recibe dichos bordes marginales.
