Abstract

1. Dispositivo para intercambio de cuchillas de cierre en moldes de piezas cerámicas, siendo estos moldes del tipo de los que disponen de varias cavidades formadas en la matriz o marco, las cuales se rellenan de polvo cerámico y tras el prensado que efectúan los punzones superiores al atacar sobre los inferiores, forman las baldosas o bizcochos que posteriormente serán conducidas a los hornos de cocción, estando delimitadas las cavidades citadas, por cuchillas intercambiables que aseguran un ajuste óptimo respecto del punzón, caracterizado porque las mencionadas cuchillas son monopieza conformando un bastidor (7) con la forma del contorno de la pieza cerámica, ubicadas en un asiento (8) previsto al efecto en el entorno del marco o matriz (9), en cada cavidad (10) de la misma y aseguradas con tornillos verticales (12) pasantes por sus orificios periféricos (11) y roscados en la base del asiento (8), existiendo además en dicho bastidor de cuchillas (7) otros orificios roscados (14) para conectarun útil extractor.
