Abstract
1. Máquina afiladora de cuchillos, caracterizada por estar constituida por una caja prismática a la que se acopla un motor eléctrico cuyo eje es solidario de una rueda dentada existente en el interior de la caja, cuya rueda se acopla mecánicamente con otras dos ruedas dentadas situadas en el mismo plano que la primera, de manera que el giro de éstas dos se produzca en sentido contrario girando ambas hacía el interior, habiéndose previsto que los ejes de estas ruedas atraviesen la pared frontal de la caja para introducirse en otra caja adosada a la primera, sobre su cara frontal, quedando los extremos de estos ejes solidarios de dos cilindros tangentes entre sí y dotados de un estriado helicoidal en sentido contrario, con los bordes planos sobresalientes con una superficie abrasiva para ofrecer una superficie de afilado en la línea de contacto de ambos cilindros.
