Abstract

1. Unidad de placa de emblema y contraplaca para la aplicación de emblemas y similares a la pared frontal del alojamiento para dispositivos de cojín de aire, en coches y otros vehículos de motor, y particularmente a la parte de dicha pared que se abre, en la porción central del volante, cuando empieza a funcionar el dispositivo de cojín de aire, constituyendo dicha unidad una placa de emblema que se realiza por acuñado a partir de una chapa de metal en una sola pieza con por lo menos una espiga central extruida sobresaliente que presenta una cavidad cónica en su extremo, y una contraplaca que presenta por lo menos un orificio en correspondencia con dicha espiga, estando asociada de forma estable la contraplaca a la placa de emblema, después de haber interpuesto entre ellas la pared que aloja el dispositivo de cojín de aire, remachando con un achaflanado el extremo de dicha espiga de la placa de emblema sobre el borde de dicho orificio de la contraplaca, caracterizada porque la placa de emblema (1) está formada mediante la combinación de un anillo metálico (4), provisto de por lo menos dos de dichas espigas extruidas sobresalientes (6) y un disco (5) que lleva el emblema (3) cuya periferia del cual está conformada de modo que queda acoplado de forma estable a dicho anillo (4), presentando la contraplaca orificios en correspondencia con dichas espigas (6).
