  • each of the outer wall sections 221L and 221R is bent upward relative to the bottom plate section 21.

Therefore, for example, in the case where the inner surface and the outer surface of the box 1 are colored or coated, only one surface of the flat plate-shaped box material needs to be colored or coated, and thus, the manufacturing cost of the box 1 can be reduced.
  • the box 1 described in the present embodiment is formed by combining the outer member 8 formed by bending the plate-like box material and the inner member 9 formed by bending the plate-like box material.

  • the lid section 10 has the supported surface 14A that is arranged below the top plate section 11 and is supported by an upper end of the second circumferential wall section 22 formed in the storage section 20 in a state where the lid section 10 is closed.
  • the second circumferential wall section 22 of the storage section 20 supports the supported surface 14A of the lid section 10, so that it is possible to suppress the lid section 10 from sinking downward relative to the storage section 20, and it is possible to suppress the external shape of the box 1 from deforming.

  • the shape of the box 1 described in the embodiment is a square in plan view
  • the shape of the box 1 in plan view may be, for example, a polygon such as a triangle or a pentagon, or may have an arc-shaped part. Even in this case, by making the height of the second circumferential wall section 22 of the storage section 20 lower than the height of the first circumferential wall section 12 of the lid section 10, the article 2 can be easily taken out from the inside of the storage section 20.
  • the supported surface 14A supported by the second circumferential wall section 22 of the storage section 20 is provided in the lid section 10, so that it is possible to suppress the lid section 10 from sinking downward relative to the storage section 20.
