Abstract
Auf einer spezifischen Wirkstoffkombination a) und b) beruhende Haarbehandlungsmittel, bei denen a) für Verbindungen der nachfolgenden Formel (I) R1-O-[CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-O]n-H (I), steht, worin R1 eine verzweigte C6-C16-Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder Alkinylgruppe und n eine Zahl von 1-3 bedeutet, und b) für mindestens einen von a) verschiedenen Antischuppenwirkstoff steht, eignen sich für die Bekämpfung von Kopfhautschuppen.
Description
Haarbehandlungsmittel mit Antischuppenwirkung
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Haarbehandlungsmittel auf der Basis einer speziellen Wirkstoffkombination zur Bekämpfung von Schuppen und die kosmetische Verwendung der Haarbehandlungsmittel zur Reinigung von Haaren sowie zur Prophylaxe, Verminderung, Beseitigung und Linderung von Schuppen auf behaarten Körperoberflächen. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein kosmetisches Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Kopfhautschuppen unter Anwendung der Mittel.
Bereits eine gelinde Schuppung der Kopfhaut oder anderer behaarter Körperregionen wird als Zeichen mangelnder Pflege und Hygiene wahrgenommen. Mit einer Schuppenbildung geht zudem meist ein quälender Juckreiz einher, der Kratzreaktionen hervorrufen und zu Verletzungen der betroffenen Hautpartien führen kann. Hautverletzungen wiederum bilden oftmals die Basis für Infektionen und pathogene Erreger.
Schuppenbildung kann durch unterschiedliche Faktoren wie beispielsweise erbliche Veranlagung, Neigung zu vermehrter Talgproduktion (Seborrhöe), Hormonschwankungen, Stress, klimatische Bedingungen oder falsche Haarpflege begünstigt werden. Den entscheidenden Beitrag zur Schuppenbildung liefert jedoch die Besiedlung der Kopfhaut mit Hefepilzen der Gattung Malassezia. Bei der Schuppenbekämpfung ist man daher seit jeher bestrebt, die Keimbesiedlung der Kopfhaut mit Malassezia zu reduzieren und/oder zu beseitigen.
Für diesen Zweck sind aus dem Stand derTechnik zahlreiche kosmetisch verträgliche und wirksame Antischuppenwirkstoffe bekannt, wie beispielsweise Piroctone Olamine, Climbazol, Zinkpyrithion oder andere Zinksalze, Schwefel und/oder Selensulfid.
Die Wirkung dieser Antischuppenwirkstoffe beruht hauptsächlich auf ihren fungiziden Eigenschaften.
Zuvor genannte, klassische Antischuppenwirkstoffe weisen jedoch Nachteile auf. Zum einen sind sie teilweise hautreizend und lassen sich aufgrund ihrer schlechten Löslichkeit in Wasser nur mit einem gewissen Aufwand in übliche kosmetische Mittel einarbeiten. Zudem geraten sie aufgrund ihrer schlechten biologischen Abbaubarkeit zunehmend unter Druck und werden für den Einsatz in kosmetischen Mitteln immer strenger reguliert oder verboten.
Eine Mengenreduktion oder gar ein vollständiger Austausch unerwünschter bzw. problematischer Stoffe in kosmetischen Mitteln kann jedoch nur dann vorgenommen werden, wenn Alternativen zur Verfügung stehen, welche die für den Anwendungszweck gewünschten Eigenschaften ebenfalls aufweisen.
Als Antischuppenwirkstoffe auf Naturstoffbasis sind diverse Pflanzenextrakte bekannt, beispielsweise Arnika-, Birken-, Klettenwurzel-, Bartflechte-, Pappel-, Brennessel-, Myrthe- oder Haselwurzextrakte. Hinsichtlich ihrer sofortigen und/oder langanhaltenden Effektivität können diese Extrakte die klassischen vorgenannten Antischuppenwirkstoffe aber nicht vollständig ersetzen.
Es besteht deshalb weiterhin ein Bedarf an Verbindungen mit guter Wirkung gegen Schuppen, die aus natürlichen Quellen zugänglich sind, und die sich mit klassischen Antischuppenwirkstoffen zu leistungsstarken oder -gesteigerten Antischuppenmitteln kombinieren lassen.
Die der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe besteht demnach in der Bereitstellung eines kosmetischen Haarbehandlungsmittels mit Antischuppenwirkung, dessen Leistungsfähigkeit erhöht ist, und das einen möglichst hohen Anteil umweltverträglicherer Antischuppenwirkstoffe umfasst.
Neben einer gesteigerten Antischuppenwirksamkeit ist unter erhöhter Leistungsfähigkeit zudem die schonende Reinigung und/oder Pflege der Kopfhaut und der Haare zu verstehen.
Die der Erfindung zugrundeliegenden Aufgaben werden durch den Gegenstand von Patentanspruch 1 gelöst.
Die Kombination mindestens zweier unterschiedlicher Antischuppenwirkstoffe a) und b), umfassend mindestens einen spezifischen Glycerinether, führte zu Haarbehandlungsmitteln
- mit erhöhter, beschleunigter und/oder länger anhaltender Antischuppenwirksamkeit, worunter die wirksame Behandlung von Schuppenzuständen verstanden wird, insbesondere solchen, die mit einer Besiedlung und/oder Vermehrung von Hefepilzen der Gattung Malassezia verbunden sind,
- mit geringerem Hautreizungspotential,
- mit verbesserter Umweltverträglichkeit,
- mit verbesserten Pflegeeigenschaften der behandelten Haare.
Die vorliegende Erfindung ist daher durch die folgenden Aussagen gekennzeichnet:
1 . Haarbehandlungsmittel, das in einem kosmetischen Träger a) mindestens eine Verbindung der nachfolgenden Formel (I) R1-O-[CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-O]n-H (I) in der
R1 für eine verzweigte Ce-Ci6-Alkyl-, Alkenyl oder Alkinylgruppe n für eine Zahl von 1 -3 steht, und b) mindestens einen von a) verschiedenen Antischuppenwirkstoff enthält.
2. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach Aussage 1 , enthaltend die Wirkstoffe a) und b) in einem Gewichtsverhältnis im Bereich von 5 : 1 bis 1 : 1 .

Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einer der Aussagen 20 bis 22, wobei das oder jedes kationische Polymer d) ausgewählt ist aus unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Polyquaternium-10, Polyquaternium-6, Polyquaternium-67, Polyquaternium-37 bekannten Verbindungen oder deren Mischungen. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einer der vorhergehenden Aussagen, enthaltend 0,01 - 5 Gew.-% mindestens eines von d) verschiedenen Haarpflegestoffs e), wobei die Mengenangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels bezogen sind. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach Aussage 24, wobei die Gesamtmenge des oder jedes von d) verschiedenen Haarpflegestoffs e) von 0,025 - 3 Gew.-% reicht, relativ zum Gesamtgewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einer der Aussagen 24 oder 25, wobei die Gesamtmenge des oder jedes von d) verschiedenen Haarpflegestoffs e) von 0,05 - 2,5 Gew.-% reicht, relativ zum Gesamtgewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels.
27. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einer der Aussagen 24 bis 26, wobei der oder jeder von d) verschiedene Haarpflegestoff e) ausgewählt ist aus Gly cerinestern, natürlichen Ölen, Buttern oder Wachsen, Esterölen, Ethern, C8-C16-Alkanen oder Mischungen davon.
28. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einer der Aussagen 24 bis 27, wobei der von d) verschiedene Haarpflegestoff e) Glycerinmonooleat ist.
29. Kosmetische Verwendung eines Haarbehandlungsmittels nach einem der Aussagen 1 bis 28 zur Reinigung und Pflege menschlicher Haare sowie zur Prophylaxe, Verminderung, Beseitigung und Linderung von Schuppen auf behaarten Körperoberflächen.
30. Kosmetische Verwendung nach Aussage 29, wobei das Haarbehandlungsmittel ein Antischuppenshampoo ist.
31. Kosmetisches Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Kopfhautschuppen, bei dem ein Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einer der Aussagen 1 bis 28 auf die Haare und die Kopfhaut aufgebracht und entweder nach einer Einwirkungszeit von 5 Sekunden bis 5 Minuten wieder ausgespült oder bis zur nächsten Haarwäsche auf dem Haar und der Kopfhaut belassen wird.
Als ersten wesentlichen Bestandteil enthalten die erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel mindestens eine Verbindung nach Formel (I).
Derartige biobasierte Glycerinether sind als Konservierungsmittel in kosmetischen oder pharmazeutischen Zusammensetzungen sowie als Geruchsbekämpfungsmittel in Deodorantien geeignet (WO 2021/237207A1).
Die Antischuppenwirksamkeit mittelkettiger Glycerinether gemäß Formel (I) ist bislang nicht bekannt, ebenso wenig, wie ihre Wirkung als Booster für andere Antischuppenwirkstoffe.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel enthalten vorzugsweise Verbindungen nach Formel (I), in der n für die Zahl 1 steht. Weiterhin bevorzugt sind Verbindungen nach Formel (I), in denen R1 für eine verzweigte Ce-Ci2-Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder Alkinylgruppe, mehr bevorzugt für eine verzweigte Ce-Cio-Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder Alkinylgruppe und besonders bevorzugt für eine verzweigte Ca-Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder Alkinylgruppe steht.
Eine insbesondere bevorzugte Verbindung nach Formel (I) ist H3C-(CH2)5-CH(CH3)-O-CH2-CH(OH)- CH2OH (Methylheptylglycerin - MHG).
Es wurde gefunden, dass bereits geringe Mengen an Verbindungen nach Formel (I) ausreichend sind, um in Kombination mit mindestens einem weiteren Antischuppenwirkstoff b) eine hervorragende Antischuppenwirksamkeit zu erzielen.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist, dass bereits geringe Mengen an Verbindungen nach Formel (I) in den erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmitteln ausreichend sind, um die Wirksamkeit weiterer Antischuppenwirkstoffe b) zu boostern, wodurch deren Gehalt signifikant reduziert werden kann.
Neben den Mengen an Antischuppenwirkstoffen a) und b) spielt auch deren Gewichtsverhältnis eine Rolle. So hat sich ein Überschuss an Verbindungen nach Formel (I) (in Bezug auf den weiteren Antischuppenwirkstoff b)) als vorteilhaft für die Erzielung einer optimalen Antischuppenwirksamkeit herausgestellt.
Bevorzugt ist daher ein Gewichtsverhältnis der Wirkstoffe a) und b) im Bereich von 5 : 1 bis 1 : 1 und besonders bevorzugt von 4 : 1 bis 2 : 1 .
Ebenso ist eine Gesamtmenge an einer oder mehreren Verbindung(en) nach Formel (I) von 0,1 - 3 Gew.-% bevorzugt, relativ zum Gesamtgewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels. Besonders bevorzugt sind Gesamtmengen an einer oder mehreren Verbindung(en) nach Formel (I) von 0,2 - 2 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 0,3 - 1 ,5 Gew.-%.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt wird Methylheptylglycerin (MHG) in den vorgenannten Mengen und Gewichtsverhältnissen in den erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmitteln eingesetzt, insbesondere biobasiertes Methylheptylglycerin, welches aus nachhaltigen, erneuerbaren, pflanzlichen Rohstoffen erhältlich ist.
Entsprechende Produkte sind im Handel erhältlich, beispielsweise von der Firma Inolex unter der Handelsbezeichnung Lexgard® Natural MHG MB.
Als mindestens einen Antischuppenwirkstoff b) können erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsmittel vorzugsweise einen oder mehrere Wirkstoffe aus den folgenden Gruppen enthalten: b1) Piroctone Olamine, b2) Zinkpyrithion, b3) Zinkoxid, b4) Zinkcarbonat, b5) Climbazol, b6) Ketoconazole, b7) Salicylsäure, b8) Schwefel, b9) Selensulfid, b10) Teerpräparaten, b11) Undecensäurederivaten, b12) Milchsäureestern (Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate, Sodium Caproyl Lactylate, Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate), b13) 3-Hydroxypropyloctanoate (Propanediol Caprylate), b14) Klettenwurzelextrakten,
b15) Pappelextrakten, b16) Brennesselextrakten, b17) Walnussschalenextrakten, b18) B irken extra kten, b19) Weidenrindenextrakten, b20) Rosmarinextrakten, b21) Arnikaextrakten, b22) Fruchtextrakten von schwarzem Pfeffer (Piper Nigrum Fruit Extract), b23) Extrakten aus der Rinde von Mimosengewächsen (Inga Alba Bark Extract), b24) Extrakten aus der Zimtrinde (Cinnamomum Cassia Bark Extract), b25) Mandarinenschalenextrakten (Citrus Reticulata (Tangerine) Peel Extract), b26) Zitronenblüten-, -blätter-, -fruchtölen (Citrus Limon (Lemon) Flower/Leaf/Stem Oil), b27) Extrakten aus Minze (Mentha Arvensis Extract) b28) oder Mischungen davon.
Eine besonders vorteilhafte Antischuppenwirkung in Verbindung mit einer hervorragenden Hautverträglichkeit wurde erzielt, wenn Verbindungen gemäß Formel (I) - insbesondere Methylheptylglycerin - mit einem oder mehreren Antischuppenwirkstoffen b) aus den Gruppen b1), b12), b13) oder Mischungen davon kombiniert wurde.
Ganz besonders bevorzugt im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind die Kombinationen a) und b): Methylheptylglycerin und Piroctone Olamine, Methylheptylglycerin und Propanediol Caprylate, Methylheptylglycerin und Piroctone Olamine und Propanediol Caprylate, Methylheptylglycerin und Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate, Methylheptylglycerin und Piroctone Olamine und Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate.
Der mindestens eine Antischuppenwirkstoff b) kann in den erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmitteln in einer Gesamtmenge von 0,05 bis 1 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt 0,05 bis 0,9 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt 0,05 bis 0,75 Gew.-%, ganz besonders bevorzugt von 0,05 bis 0,6 Gew.-% und insbesondere von 0,05 bis 0,5 Gew.-% eingesetzt werden, wobei sich die Mengenangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht der Haarbehandlungsmittel beziehen.
Die tägliche Anwendung einiger handelsüblicher Antischuppenzusammensetzungen (beispielsweise umfassend ausschließlich höhere Mengen an Zinkpyrithion) kann - insbesondere bei sensibler Kopfhaut - mitunter zur Austrocknung und im schlimmsten Fall zur Verstärkung von Schuppen führen.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel weisen diesen Nachteil nicht auf. Sie können regelmäßig angewendet werden und vermindern, beseitigen, lindern und/oder beugen der Bildung
von (Kopf)-Schuppen vor. Der Effekt tritt auch bei geringen Einsatzmengen an Antischuppenwirkstoffen a) und b) auf, beispielsweise in Haarbehandlungsmitteln, die - bezogen auf ihr Gewicht - bis zu 1 Gew.-% der Komponenten a) und b) umfassen (mit einem Überschuss an Wirkstoff a), wie weiter oben ausgeführt).
Die erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel enthalten die Wirkstoffe a) und b) bevorzugt in einem kosmetischen Träger. Darunter wird im Rahmen der Erfindung bevorzugt ein wässriger oder ein wässrig-alkoholischer Träger verstanden.
Der kosmetische Träger enthält bevorzugt mindestens 70 Gew.-%, besonders bevorzugt mindestens 72,5 Gew.-% und insbesondere bevorzugt mindestens 75 Gew.-% Wasser.
Weiterhin kann der kosmetische Träger 0,01 bis 10 Gew.-%, bevorzugt 0,05 bis 9 Gew.-% und insbesondere 0,10 bis 6 Gew.-% mindestens eines Alkohols enthalten.
Geeignete Alkohole sind beispielsweise Ethanol, Ethyldiglykol, 1 -Propanol, 2-Propanol, Isopropanol, 1 ,2-Propylenglycol, Glycerin, Diglycerin, Triglycerin, 1 -Butanol, 2-Butanol, 1 ,2-Butandiol, 1 ,3- Butandiol, 1-Pentanol, 2-Pentanol, 1 ,2-Pentandiol, 1 ,5-Pentandiol, 1 , Hexanol, 2-Hexanol, 1 ,2- Hexandiol, 1 ,6-Hexandiol, Polyethylenglycolen, Sorbitol, Sorbitan, Benzylalkohol, Phenoxyethanol oder Mischungen dieser Alkohole.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel können prinzipiell sowohl als Rinse-off- Haarreinigungsmittel als auch als Rinse-off oder Leave-on Haarkonditioniermittel konfektioniert werden und neben den Antischuppenwirkstoffen a) und b) vorzugsweise 0,5 - 20 Gew.-% mindestens eines Tensids enthalten, welches aus anionischen, amphoteren, zwitterionischen, nichtionischen sowie kationischen Tensiden oder beliebigen Mischungen davon ausgewählt sein kann.
Bevorzugt sind erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsmittel, die als Rinse-off-Haarreinigungsmittel, beispielsweise als Antischuppenshampoo, konfektioniert werden.
Milde und gute Schaumeigenschaften erfindungsgemäßer Rinse-off-Haarreinigungsmittel können durch die sorgfältige Auswahl von Tensidmengen und/oder Tensidtypen gesteuert werden.
Bevorzugt enthalten erfindungsgemäße Rinse-off-Haarreinigungsmittel mindestens ein anionisches Tensid, welches für die Erzeugung zufriedenstellender Schaummengen und Schaumeigenschaften verantwortlich ist. Für die Erzielung einer optimalen Balance zwischen Milde und Schaumeigenschaften ist eine Mischung aus mindestens einem anionischen Tensid und mindestens einem milden Co-Tensid besonders bevorzugt. Das milde Co-Tensid kann vorzugsweise aus amphoteren und/oder zwitterionischen und/oder nichtionischen Tensiden ausgewählt sein.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform werden erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsmittel als Rinse- off-Haarreinigungsmittel konfektioniert und enthalten c1) 1 - 15 Gew.-% mindestens eines anionischen Tensids, c2) 0 - 7,5 Gew.-% mindestens eines amphoteren oder zwitterionischen Tensids, c3) 0 - 5 Gew.-% mindestens eines nichtionischen Tensids, wobei die Mengenangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels bezogen sind.
Geeignete anionische Tenside im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind: lineare und verzweigte Fettsäuren mit 8 bis 30 C-Atomen (Seifen), Ethercarbonsäuren der Formel R-O-(CH2-CH2O)X-CH2-COOH, in der R eine lineare oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte Alkylgruppe mit 8 bis 30 C-Atomen und x = 0 oder 1 bis 16 ist,
Acylsarcoside mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Acylgruppe (Sarcosinat-Tenside),
Acyltauride mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Acylgruppe (Taurat-Tenside),
Acylisethionate mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Acylgruppe (Isethionat-Tenside), Sulfobernsteinsäuremono- und/oder -dialkylester mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Alkylgruppe und Sulfobernsteinsäuremono-alkylpolyoxyethylester mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen in der Alkylgruppe und 1 bis 6 Oxyethylgruppen (Sulfosuccinat-Tenside),
Alpha-Olefinsulfonate mit 8 bis 24 C-Atomen (alpha-Olefinsulfonat-Tenside),
Alkylsulfate und/oder Alkylethersulfatsalze der Formel R-(OCH2-CH2)n-O-SO3X, in der R bevorzugt eine geradkettige oder verzweigte, gesättigte oder ungesättigte Alkylgruppe mit 8 bis 30 C-Atomen, x die Zahl 0 oder 1 bis 12 und X ein Alkali-, Erdalkali-, Ammonium- oder Alkanolaminion bedeutet,

in der R1 bevorzugt für einen aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffrest mit 8 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, R2 für Wasserstoff, einen Rest (CH2CH2O)nR1 oder X, n für Zahlen von 0 bis 10 und X für Wasserstoff, ein Alkali- oder Erdalkalimetall oder die Gruppe -NR3R4R5R6 steht, mit R3 bis R6 unabhängig voneinander stehend für einen Ci bis C4 -Kohlenwasserstoffrest.
Besonders bevorzugt sind Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylethersulfatsalze, (Salze von) Ethercarbonsäuren, Sarcosinaten, Isethionaten, Tauraten, Sulfosuccinaten und/oder Alpha- Olefinsulfonaten, insbesondere Alkylsulfat- und/oder Alkylethersulfatsalze.
Geeignete amphotere und/oder zwitterionische Tenside im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind insbesondere milde Tenside mit hervorragenden Schaumeigenschaften.
Darunter werden vorzugsweise oberflächenaktive Verbindungen verstanden, die ausgewählt sind aus der Gruppe umfassend Alkylbetaine, Alkylamidoalkylbetaine, Alkylamphoacetate, Alkylamphodiacetate, Alkylamphopropionate, Alkylamphodipropionate, Alkylsultaine, Alkylhydroxysultaine, Alkylaminoxide, Alkylamphoglycinate, Alkyliminodiacetate, Alkyliminodipropionate, Alkylamphopropylsulfonate, Alkylamphocarboxyglycinate und Alkylamphocarboxypropionate.
Geeignete Alkylbetaine und/oder Alkylamidopropylbetaine umfassen vorzugsweise C4-C24-, mehr bevorzugt Ce-Cis-, besonders bevorzugt Cs-Ci4-Alkylketten, die linear oder verzweigt sein können, wobei lineare bevorzugt sind. Besonders bevorzugte Alkylbetaine oder Alkylamidopropylbetaine sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Lauryl Betaine, Coco-Betaine, Behenyl Betaine, Capryl/Capramidopropyl Betaine, Cetyl Betaine, Cocamidoethyl Betaine, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Coco/Oleamidopropyl Betaine, Decyl Betaine, Dimer Dilinoleamidopropyl Dibetaine, Hydrogenated Tallow Betaine, Hyd roxy la uryl/Hydroxy myristyl Betaine, Isostearamidopropyl Betaine,

Besonders geeignete Alkylamphoacetate, Alkylamphodiacetate, Alkylamphopropionate oder Alkylamphodipropionate sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Cocobetainamido Amphopropionate, DEA-Cocoamphodipropionate, Disodium Caproamphodiacetate, Disodium Caproamphodipropionate, Disodium Capryloamphodiacetate, Disodium Capryloamphodipropionate, Disodium Cocoamphodiacetate, Disodium Cocoamphodipropionate, Disodium Isostearoamphodiacetate, Disodium Isostearoamphodipropionate, Disodium Laureth-5 Carboxyamphodiacetate, Disodium Lauroamphodiacetate, Disodium Lauroamphodipropionate, Disodium Oleoamphodipropionate, Disodium PPG-2-lsodeceth-7 Carboxyamphodiacetate, Disodium Stearoamphodiacetate, Disodium Tallowamphodiacetate, Sodium Caproamphopropionate, Sodium Capryloamphoacetate, Sodium Capryloamphopropionate, Sodium Cocoamphoacetate, Sodium Cocoamphopropionate, Sodium Isostearoamphoacetate, Sodium Isostearoamphopropionate, Sodium Lauroamphoacetate, Sodium Lauroamphopropionate, Sodium Myristoamphoacetate, Sodium Oleoamphoacetate, Sodium Oleoamphopropionate, Sodium Stearoamphoacetate, Sodium Stearoamphopropionate, Sodium Tallamphopropionate, Sodium

Besonders geeignete Alkylsultaine oder Alkylhydroxysultaine sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Capryl Sultaine, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Coco-Hydroxysultaine, Coco-Sultaine, Erucamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Lauramidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Lauryl Hydroxysultaine, Lauryl Sultaine, Myristamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Oleamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Tallowamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine.
Besonders geeignete Alkylaminoxide sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Behenamine Oxide, Cocamidopropylamine Oxide, Cocamine Oxide, Decylamine Oxide, Decyltetradecylamine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl C8-10 Alkoxypropylamine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl C9-11 Alkoxypropylamine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl C12-15 Alkoxypropylamine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl Cocamine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl Lauramine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl Stearamine Oxide, Dihydroxyethyl Tallowamine Oxide, Hydrogenated Tallowamine Oxide, Isostearamidopropylamine Oxide, Lauramidopropylamine Oxide, Lauramine Oxide, Myristamidopropylamine Oxide, Myristamine Oxide, Palmitamidopropylamine Oxide, Palmitamine Oxide, PEG-3 Lauramine Oxide, Stearamidopropylamine Oxide, Stearamine Oxide, Tallowamidopropylamine Oxide, Tallowamine Oxide, Undecylenamidopropylamine Oxide. Besonders geeignete Alkyliminodiacetate oder Alkyliminodipropionate sind ausgewählt aus der Gruppe Disodium Cocaminopropyl Iminodiacetate, Disodium Hydroxyethyliminodiacetate, Disodium Lauriminodiacetate, Disodium Lauriminodipropionate, Disodium Steariminodipropionate, Disodium Tallowiminodipropionate, Sodium C12-15 Alkoxypropyl Iminodipropionate, Sodium Cocoiminodiacetate, Sodium Lauriminodipropionate.
Besonders geeignete Alkylamphopropylsulfonate sind ausgewählt aus Sodium Cocoamphohydroxypropylsulfonate, Sodium Lauroamphohydroxypropylsulfonate, Sodium Oleoamphohydroxypropylsulfonate, Sodium Stearoamphohydroxypropylsulfonate, Disodium Lauriminobishydroxypropylsulfonate, Disodium Cocoamphocarboxyethylhydroxypropylsulfonate, Sodium Caproamphohydroxypropylsulfonate, Sodium Capryloamphohydroxypropylsulfonate.
Erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsmittel, die als Haarreinigungsmittel konfektioniert werden, enthalten als amphotere und/oder zwitterionische Tenside vorzugsweise Alkylamidoalkylbetaine, Alkylamphoacetate und/oder Alkylamphodiacetate.
Geeignete nichtionische Tenside für die Verwendung als Co-Tensid sind beispielsweise
Aminoxide, die ausgewählt sein können aus Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formeln (I) oder (II)
in denen R jeweils für einen geradkettigen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ein- oder mehrfach ungesättigten Alkyl- oder Alkenylrest mit 6 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen, bevorzugt mit 8 bis 18 Kohlenstoffatomen steht.
Insbesondere bevorzugt sind die unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen Cocamine Oxide, Lauramine Oxide und/oder Cocamidopropylaminoxid bekannten und im Handel von verschiedenen Anbietern erhältlichen Tenside der zuvor genannten Formel (I) oder (II).
Fettsäurealkanolamide der nachfolgenden allgemeinen Formel,
in der R bevorzugt einen linearen oder verzweigten, gesättigten oder ungesättigten Alkyl- oder Alkenylrest mit 8 bis 24 Kohlenstoffatomen bedeutet und die Reste R’ für Wasserstoff oder für die Gruppe -(CH2)nOH stehen, in der n die Zahlen 2 oder 3 bedeutet, mit der Maßgabe, dass mindestens einer der Reste R’ für den zuvor genannten Rest -(CH2)nOH steht,
Gemische aus Alkyl-(oligo)-glucosiden und Fettalkoholen zum Beispiel das im Handel erhältliche Produkt Montanov®68,
Sterine. Als Sterine wird eine Gruppe von Steroiden verstanden, die am C-Atom 3 des Steroid- Gerüstes eine Hydroxylgruppe tragen und sowohl aus tierischem Gewebe (Zoosterine) wie auch aus pflanzlichen Fetten (Phytosterine) isoliert werden. Beispiele für Zoosterine sind das Cholesterin und das Lanosterin. Beispiele geeigneter Phytosterine sind Ergosterin, Stigmasterin und Sitosterin. Auch aus Pilzen und Hefen werden Sterine, die sogenannten Mykosterine, isoliert.
Phospholipide. Hierunter werden vor allem die Glucose-Phospolipide, die z.B. als Lecithine bzw. Phospahtidylcholine aus z.B. Eidotter oder Pflanzensamen (z.B. Sojabohnen) gewonnen werden,
Alkyl(oligo)glycoside. Geeignete Alkyl(oligo)glycoside können ausgewählt sein aus Verbindungen der allgemeinen Formel der RO-[G]X, in denen sich [G] bevorzugt von Aldosen und/oder Ketosen mit 5-6 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise von Glucose ableitet.
Die Indexzahl x steht für den Oligomerisierungsgrad (DP), d.h. für die Verteilung der Mono- und Oligoglycoside. Die Indexzahl x weist vorzugsweise einen Wert im Bereich von 1 bis 10, besonders bevorzugt im Bereich von 1 bis 3 auf, wobei es sich dabei um keine ganze Zahl, sondern um eine gebrochene Zahl handeln kann, die analytisch ermittelt werden kann.
Besonders bevorzugte Alkyl(oligo)glycoside weisen einen Oligomerisierungsgrad zwischen 1 ,2 und 1 ,5 auf. Der Rest R steht bevorzugt für mindestens einen Alkyl- und/oder Alkenylrest mit 4 bis 24 C-Atomen.
Insbesondere bevorzugte Alkyl(oligo)glycoside sind die unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, Decyl Glucoside, Lauryl Glucoside und Coco Glucoside bekannten Verbindungen.
Besonders bevorzugte nichtionische Tenside, die in erfindungsgemäßen (Haarreinigungs)mitteln als Co-Tensid enthalten sein können, sind Fettsäurealkanolamide und/oder Alkyl(oligo)glucoside.
Geeignete kationische Tenside im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind: quartäre Ammoniumverbindungen, beispielsweise ausgewählt aus Verbindungen der nachfolgenden Formel
in der die Reste Ri, R2, R3 und R4 jeweils unabhängig voneinander für Wasserstoff, eine Methylgruppe, eine Phenylgruppe, eine Benzylgruppe oder für einen gesättigten, verzweigten oder unverzweigten Alkylrest mit einer Kettenlänge von 8 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen stehen, welcher gegebenenfalls mit einer oder mehreren Hydroxygruppen substituiert sein kann, mit der Maßgabe, dass mindestens einer der Reste Ri, R2, R3 und R4 nicht für Wasserstoff steht, und
A- für ein physiologisch verträgliches Anion steht, beispielsweise für ein Halogenid wie Chlorid oder Bromid sowie für Methosulfate.
Beispiele für bevorzugte quartäre Ammoniumverbindungen der zuvor genannten Formel sind Lauryltrimehtylammoniumchlorid, Cetyltrimethylammoniumchlorid,
Cetyltrimethylammoniumbromid, Cetyltrimethylammonium-methosulfat,
Dicetyldimethylammoniumchlorid, Tricetylmethylammoniumchlorid, Stearyltrimethyl- ammoniumchlorid, Distearyldimethylammoniumchlorid, Lauryldimethylbenzylammonium- chlorid, Behenyltrimethylammoniumchlorid, Behenyltrimethylammoniumbromid, Behenyltrimethyl-ammoniummethosulfat. Insbesondere bevorzugt sind Cetyltrimethylammoniumchlorid und/oder Behenyltrimethylammoniumchlorid. Esterquats, beispielsweise ausgewählt aus Verbindungen der nachfolgenden Formel
worin die Reste Ri, R2 und R3 jeweils unabhängig voneinander gleich oder verschieden sein und die folgende Bedeutung haben können: einen verzweigten oder unverzweigten Alkylrest mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen, welcher mindestens eine Hydroxylgruppe enthalten kann, oder einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten, verzweigten oder unverzweigten oder einen cyclischen gesättigten oder ungesättigten Alkylrest mit 6 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen, welcher mindestens eine Hydroxylgruppe enthalten kann, oder einen Aryl- oder Alkylarylrest, beispielsweise Phenyl oder Benzyl, den Rest (-X-R4), mit der Maßgabe, dass höchstens 2 der Reste Ri, R2 und R3 für diesen Rest stehen können, wobei
• X für:
1. -(CH2)n- mit n = 1 bis 20 steht, vorzugsweise n = 1 bis 10 und besonders bevorzugt n = 1 bis 5, oder
2. -(CH2-CHR5-O)n- mit n = 1 bis 200 steht, vorzugsweise 1 bis 100, besonders bevorzugt 1 bis 50, und insbesondere 1 bis 20, und R5 für Wasserstoff, eine Methyl- oder Ethylgruppe steht,

1. die Gruppe Re-O-CO- steht, worin Re für einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten, verzweigten oder unverzweigten oder einen cyclischen gesättigten oder ungesättigten Alkylrest mit 6 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, welcher mindestens eine Hydroxygruppe enthalten kann, und welcher gegebenenfalls weiterhin mit 1 bis 100 Ethylenoxideinheiten und/oder 1 bis 100 Propylenoxideinheiten oxethyliert sein kann, oder
2. die Gruppe R7-CO-, worin R7 für einen gesättigten oder ungesättigten, verzweigten oder unverzweigten oder einen cyclischen gesättigten oder ungesättigten Alkylrest mit 6 bis 30 Kohlenstoffatomen steht, welcher mindestens eine Hydroxygruppe enthalten kann, und welcher
gegebenenfalls weiterhin mit 1 bis 100 Ethylenoxideinheiten und/oder 1 bis 100 Propylenoxideinheiten oxethyliert sein kann, und
• A- für ein physiologisch verträgliches organisches oder anorganisches Anion steht, beispielsweise für ein Halogenidion wie Chlorid, Bromid, lodid, ein Sulfation der Formel RSÖ3-, worin R die Bedeutung von gesättigtem oder ungesättigtem Alkylresten mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen hat, oder für ein organisches Säureanion wie beispielsweise für Maleat, Fumarat, Oxalat, Tartrat, Citrat, Lactat oder Acetat steht.
Esterquats, beispielsweise ausgewählt aus Verbindungen der nachfolgenden Formel
worin Ra in seiner Bedeutung der Bedeutung von R? entspricht und worin A- dieselbe Bedeutung hat wie zuvor beschrieben.
Besonders bevorzugt sind Esterquats, welche gemäß der INCI-Nomenklatur als Distearoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate, Dicocoylethyl Hydroxyethylmonium Methosulfate, Dipalmitoylethyldimonium Chloride, Behenoyl PG Trimonium Chloride bezeichnet werden.
Neben den zuvor genannten wesentlichen und fakultativen Bestandteilen können die erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmittel zur Steigerung ihrer pflegenden Eigenschaften weitere haarkonditionierende Wirkstoffe enthalten, solange diese das Schaumvermögen und/oder die Stabilität der Haarbehandlungsmittel nicht negativ beeinträchtigen.
Unter besonders geeigneten haarkonditionierenden Wirkstoffen im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind vorzugsweise d) kationische Polymere, e) Öl-, Fett- und/oder Wachskomponenten, f) Proteinhydrolysate, g) oder Mischungen davon zu verstehen.
In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsmittel mindestens ein kationisches Polymer d) in einem Gewichtsanteil von 0,01 bis 3 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt von 0,02 - 2 Gew.-% und ganz besonders bevorzugt von 0,025 - 1 Gew.-% am Gesamtgewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels.
Geeignete kationische Polymere d) im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind beispielsweise:
quaternisierte Cellulosepolymere, vor allem Polyquaternium-10, wie sie unter den Bezeichnungen Celquat® und Polymer JR® im Handel erhältlich sind, hydrophob modifizierte kationische Cellulosederivate, beispielsweise die unter dem Handelsnamen SoftCat® vertriebenen kationischen Polymere, kationische Alkylpolyglycoside, kationiserter Honig, beispielsweise das Handelsprodukt Honeyquat® 50, kationische Galactomannan-Derivate, insbesondere kationische Guar- und/oder Cassia- Polymere, wie die unter den Handelsnamen Jaguar®, N-Hance®, Polycare®, Clearhance® erhältlichen Produkte. Insbesondere geeignet sind: Jaguar® C-162, Jaguar® C500, Jaguar® Styl 100, Jaguar® Excel, N-Hance® 3196, N-Hance® HPCG 1000 und/oder Polycare® Split Therapy, kationische Stärke-Derivate, wie sie beispielsweise unter der Bezeichnung Mirustyle® im Handel erhältlich sind, kationische Inulin-Polxmere, polymere Dimethyldiallylammoniumsalze und deren Copolymere mit Estern und Amiden von Acrylsäure und Methacrylsäure, vor allem Polyquaternium-6 und Polyquaternium-7. Die unter den Bezeichnungen Merquat®100 (Poly(dimethyldiallylammoniumchlorid)) und Merquat®550 (Dimethyldiallylammoniumchlorid-Acrylamid-Copolymer) im Handel erhältlichen Produkte sind Beispiele für solche kationischen Polymere,
Copolymere des Vinylpyrrolidons mit quaternierten Derivaten des Dialkylaminoalkylacrylats und -methacrylats, wie beispielsweise mit Diethylsulfat quaternierte Vinylpyrrolidon- Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylat-Copolymere. Solche Verbindungen sind unter den Bezeichnungen Gafquat®734 und Gafquat®755 im Handel erhältlich, Vinylpyrrolidon-Vinylimidazoliummethochlorid-Copolymere, wie sie unter den Bezeichnungen Luviquat® FC 370, FC 550, FC 905 und HM 552 angeboten werden, quaternierter Polyvinylalkohol, sowie die unter den Bezeichnungen
Polyquaternium 2, Polyquaternium 17, Polyquaternium 18, Polyquaternium-24, Polyquaternium 27, Polyquaternium-32, Polyquaternium-37, Polyquaternium-67, Polyquaternium 74 und Polyquaternium 89 bekannten Polymere.
Bevorzugt sind kationische Polymere natürlichen Ursprungs wie quaternisierte Cellulosepolymere, hydrophob modifizierte kationische Cellulosederivate und/oder kationische Guarderivate; insbesondere bevorzugt die unter den INCI-Bezeichnungen Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Polyquaternium-10, Polyquaternium-6, Polyquaternium-37, Polyquaternium-67 bekannten kationischen Polymere oder deren Mischungen.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsmittel zusätzlich 0,01 - 5 Gew.-%, mehr bevorzugt von 0,025 - 3 Gew.-% und ganz
besonders bevorzugt von 0,05 - 2,5 Gew.-% mindestens eines von d) verschiedenen Haarpflegestoffs e), wobei sich die Mengenangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels beziehen.
Unter geeigneten Haarpflegestoffen e) im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung werden vorzugsweise Öl-, Fett- und/oder Wachskomponenten verstanden, welche aus beispielsweise aus Glycerinestern, natürlichen Ölen, Buttern oder Wachsen, Esterölen, Ethern, C8-C16-Alkanen oder Mischungen davon ausgewählt sein können.
Geeignete Öl-, Fett- und/oder Wachskomponenten e) im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind beispielsweise: mineralische Öle wie Paraffin- und Isoparaffinöle und synthetische Kohlenwasserstoffe. Beispiele für einsetzbare Kohlenwasserstoffe sind beispielsweise die als Handelsprodukte erhältlichen Mischungen von Alkanen (Cetiol® Ultimate) und/oder 1 ,3-Di-(2-ethylhexyl)- cyclohexan (Cetiol® S).
Dialkylether, vorzugsweise Di-n-alkylether mit insgesamt zwischen 12 bis 36 C-Atomen, insbesondere 12 bis 24 C-Atomen, wie beispielsweise Di-n-octylether, Di-n-decylether, Di- n-nonylether, Di-n-undecylether, Di-n-dodecylether, n-Hexyl-n-octylether, n-Octyl-n- decylether, n-Decyl-n-undecylether, n-Undecyl-n-dodecylether und n-Hexyl-n-undecylether sowie Di-tert. butylether, Di-iso-pentylether, Di-3-ethyldecylether, tert.-Butyl-n-octylether, iso- Pentyl-n-octylether und 2-Methylpentyl-n-octylether. Besonders bevorzugt ist der Di-n- octylether, der im Handel unter der Bezeichnung Cetiol® OE erhältlich ist.
Fettalkohole können gesättigte, ein- oder mehrfach ungesättigte, verzweigte oder unverzweigte Fettalkohole mit Ce - C30-, bevorzugt C10 - C22- und ganz besonders bevorzugt C12 - C22- Kohlenstoffatomen eingesetzt werden. Beispiele dafür sind Decanol, Octanol, Octenol, Dodecenol, Decenol, Octadienol, Dodecadienol, Decadienol, Oleylalkohol, Erucaalkohol, Ricinolalkohol, Stearylalkohol, Isostearylalkohol, Cetylalkohol, Laurylalkohol, Myristylalkohol, Arachidylalkohol, Caprylalkohol, Caprinalkohol, Linoleylalkohol, Linolenylalkohol und Behenylalkohol, sowie deren Guerbetalkohole, wobei diese Aufzählung beispielhaften und nicht limitierenden Charakter haben soll. Die Fettalkohole stammen jedoch von bevorzugt natürlichen Fettsäuren ab, wobei üblicherweise von einer Gewinnung aus den Estern der Fettsäuren durch Reduktion ausgegangen werden kann. Erfindungsgemäß einsetzbar sind ebenfalls solche Fettalkoholschnitte, die durch Reduktion natürlich vorkommender Triglyceride wie Rindertalg, Palmöl, Erdnußöl, Rüböl, Baumwollsaatöl, Sojaöl, Sonnenblumenöl und Leinöl oder aus deren Umesterungsprodukten mit entsprechenden Alkoholen entstehenden Fettsäureestern erzeugt werden, und somit ein Gemisch von unterschiedlichen Fettalkoholen darstellen. Solche Substanzen sind beispielsweise unter den Bezeichnungen Stenol®, z.B. Stenol®
1618 oder Lanette®, z.B. Lanette® O oder Lorol®, z.B. Lorol® C8, Lorol® C14, Lorol® C18, Lorol® C8-18, HD-Ocenol®, Crodacol®, z.B. Crodacol® CS, Novol®, Eutanol® G, Guerbitol® 16, Guerbitol® 18, Guerbitol® 20, Isofol® 12, Isofol® 16, Isofol® 24, Isofol® 36, Isocarb® 12, Isocarb® 16 oder Isocarb® 24 käuflich zu erwerben. Selbstverständlich können erfindungsgemäß auch Wollwachsalkohole, wie sie beispielsweise unter den Bezeichnungen Corona®, White Swan®, Coronet® oder Fluilan® käuflich zu erwerben sind, eingesetzt werden.
Esteröle wie die Ester von Ce - C30 - Fettsäuren mit C2 - C30 - Fettalkoholen. Bevorzugt sind die Monoester der Fettsäuren mit Alkoholen mit 2 bis 24 C-Atomen. Beispiele für eingesetzte Fettsäurenanteile in den Estern sind Capronsäure, Caprylsäure, 2-Ethylhexansäure, Caprinsäure, Laurinsäure, Isotridecansäure, Myristinsäure, Palmitinsäure, Palmitoleinsäure, Stearinsäure, Isostearinsäure, Ölsäure, Elaidinsäure, Petroselinsäure, Linolsäure, Linolensäure, Elaeostearinsäure, Arachinsäure, Gadoleinsäure, Behensäure und Erucasäure sowie deren technische Mischungen. Beispiele für die Fettalkoholanteile in den Esterölen sind Isopropylalkohol, Capronalkohol, Caprylalkohol, 2-Ethylhexylalkohol, Caprinalkohol, Laurylalkohol, Isotridecylalkohol, Myristylalkohol, Cetylalkohol, Palmoleylalkohol, Stearylalkohol, Isostearylalkohol, Oleylalkohol, Elaidylalkohol, Petroselinylalkohol, Linolylalkohol, Linolenylalkohol, Elaeostearylalkohol, Arachylalkohol, Gadoleylalkohol, Behenylalkohol, Erucylalkohol und Brassidylalkohol sowie deren technische Mischungen. Besonders bevorzugt sind Isopropylmyristat (Rilanit® IPM), lsononansäure-C16-18-alkylester (Cetiol® SN), 2-Ethylhexylpalmitat (Cegesoft® 24), Stearinsäure-2-ethylhexylester (Cetiol® 868), Cetyloleat, Glycerintricaprylat, Kokosfettalkohol-caprinatZ-caprylat (Cetiol® LC), n-Butylstearat, Oleylerucat (Cetiol® J 600), Isopropylpalmitat (Rilanit® IPP), Oleyl Oleate (Cetiol®), Laurinsäurehexylester (Cetiol® A), Di- n-butyladipat (Cetiol® B), Myristylmyristat (Cetiol® MM), Cetearyl Isononanoate (Cetiol® SN), Ölsäuredecylester (Cetiol® V).

Wachse, beispielsweise natürliche Wachse wie Carnaubawachs, Candelillawachs und/oder Jojobaöl sowie tierische Wachse wie Bienenwachs, Wollwachs, Walrat und/oder Bürzeldrüsenfett und/oder synthetische Mineralwachse wie Hartparaffin, Ceresin, Ozokerit, Esterwachse wie Polyethylenglycol- oder Polyethylenglycolesterwachse und/oder gehärtete Pflanzenöle (insbesondere Hydrogenated Castor Oil).
Für einige Ausführungsformen kann es von besonderem Vorteil sein, wenn erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsmittel, welche als Rinse-off-Haarreinigungsmittel formuliert werden, als Pflegestoff e) nicht-ethoxylierte Glycerinester enthalten.
Insbesondere Glycerinmono- und/oder -diester sind innerhalb dieser Ausführungsform geeignet, denn sie weisen ein gutes Rückfettungsvermögen auf und pflegen Kopfhaut und Haare, ohne dass eine Überfettung auftritt. Zudem beeinträchtigen sie die Schaumeigenschaften solcher Zusammensetzungen nicht.
Ein in diesem Zusammenhang besonders geeigneter Glycerinester ist Glycerinmonooleat.
In einer weiteren bevorzugten Ausführungsform enthalten erfindungsgemäße Haarbehandlungsmittel mindestens ein Proteinhydrolysat in einem Gewichtsanteil von 0,01 bis 3 Gew.-% am Gesamtgewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels.
Unter geeigneten Proteinhydrolysaten sind Produktgemische zu verstehen, die durch sauer, basisch oder enzymatisch katalysierten Abbau von Proteinen (Eiweißen) erhalten werden können.
Es können Proteinhydrolysate pflanzlichen, tierischen und/oder marinen Ursprungs eingesetzt werden.
Tierische Proteinhydrolysate sind beispielsweise Elastin-, Kollagen-, Keratin-, Seiden- und Milcheiweiß-Proteinhydrolysate, die auch in Form von Salzen vorliegen können. Solche Produkte werden beispielsweise unter den Warenzeichen Dehylan® (Cognis), Promois® (Interorgana), Collapuron® (Cognis), Nutrilan® (Cognis), Gelita-Sol® (Deutsche Gelatine Fabriken Stoess & Co), Lexein® (Inolex) und Kerasol® (Croda) vertrieben.
Bevorzugt sind Proteinhydrolysate pflanzlichen Ursprungs, z. B. Soja-, Mandel-, Reis-, Erbsen-, Kartoffel- und Weizenproteinhydrolysate. Solche Produkte sind beispielsweise unter den Warenzeichen Gluadin® (Cognis), DiaMin® (Diamalt), Lexein® (Inolex) und Crotein® (Croda) erhältlich.
Einsetzbar sind auch kationisierte Proteinhydrolysate, wobei das zugrunde liegende Proteinhydrolysat vom Tier, beispielsweise aus Collagen, Milch oder Keratin, von der Pflanze, beispielsweise aus Weizen, Mais, Reis, Kartoffeln, Soja oder Mandeln, von marinen Lebensformen, beispielsweise aus Fischcollagen oder Algen, oder von biotechnologisch gewonnenen Proteinhydrolysaten, stammen kann. Die den kationischen Derivaten zugrunde liegenden Proteinhydrolysate können aus den entsprechenden Proteinen durch eine chemische, insbesondere alkalische oder saure Hydrolyse, durch eine enzymatische Hydrolyse und/oder einer Kombination aus beiden Hydrolysearten gewonnen werden. Die Hydrolyse von Proteinen ergibt in der Regel ein Proteinhydrolysat mit einer Molekulargewichtsverteilung von etwa 100 Dalton bis hin zu mehreren tausend Dalton. Bevorzugt sind solche kationischen Proteinhydrolysate, deren zugrunde liegender Proteinanteil ein Molekulargewicht von 100 bis zu 25000 Dalton, bevorzugt 250 bis 5000 Dalton aufweist. Weiterhin sind unter kationischen Proteinhydrolysaten quaternierte Aminosäuren und deren Gemische zu verstehen. Die Quaternisierung der Proteinhydrolysate oder der Aminosäuren wird häufig mittels quarternären Ammoniumsalzen wie beispielsweise N,N-Dimethyl-N-(n-Alkyl)-N- (2-hydroxy-3-chloro-n-propyl)-ammoniumhalogeniden durchgeführt. Weiterhin können die kationischen Proteinhydrolysate auch noch weiter derivatisiert sein. Als typische Beispiele für die kationischen Proteinhydrolysate und -derivate seien die unter den INCI - Bezeichnungen bekannten und im Handel erhältlichen Produkte genannt: Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Collagen, Cocodimopnium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Casein, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Collagen, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Hair Keratin, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Keratin, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Rice Protein, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Silk, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Cocodimonium Hydroxypropyl Silk Amino Acids, Hydroxypropyl Arginine Lauryl/Myristyl Ether HCl, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Gelatin, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Casein, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Collagen, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Conchiolin Protein, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed keratin, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Rice Bran Protein, Hydroxyproypltrimonium Hydrolyzed Silk, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Hydroxypropyltrimonium Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein/Siloxysilicate, Laurdimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Laurdimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Laurdimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein/Siloxysilicate, Lauryldimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Casein, Lauryldimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Collagen, Lauryldimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Keratin, Lauryldimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Silk, Lauryldimonium Hydroxypropyl Hydrolyzed Soy

Weitere Wirk-, Hilfs- und Zusatzstoffe, die in den erfindungsgemäßen Haarbehandlungsmitteln bevorzugt enthalten sein können, sind beispielsweise:
Parfums,
- UV-Filter,
(natürliche) Farbstoffe zum Anfärben des Mittels,
Wirkstoffe wie Bisabolol und/oder Allantoin,
Komplexbildner wie EDTA, NTA, ß-Alanindiessigsäure und Phosphonsäuren,
Ceramide. Unter Ceramiden werden N-Acylsphingosin (Fettsäureamide des Sphingosins) oder synthetische Analogen solcher Lipide (sogenannte Pseudo-Ceramide) verstanden, Antioxidantien,
Konservierungsmittel, wie beispielsweise Natriumbenzoat oder Salicylsäure, pH-Stellmittel wie Zitronensäure und/oder Milchsäure, Viskositätsregler wie Salze (NaCI).
Ein zweiter Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die kosmetische Verwendung einer Wirkstoffkombination umfassend a) mindestens eine Verbindung gemäß Formel (I) und b) mindestens einen von a) verschiedenen Antischuppenwirkstoff in Haarbehandlungsmitteln zur Reinigung und Pflege menschlicher Haare sowie zur Prophylaxe, Verminderung, Beseitigung und Linderung von Schuppen auf behaarten Körperoberflächen.
Innerhalb des zweiten Erfindungsgegenstandes sind unter Haarbehandlungsmitteln vorzugsweise Antischuppenshampoos zu verstehen.
Ein dritter Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein kosmetisches Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Kopfhautschuppen, bei dem ein Haarbehandlungsmittel enthaltend a) mindestens eine Verbindung gemäß Formel (I) und b) mindestens einen von a) verschiedenen Antischuppenwirkstoff
auf die Haare und die Kopfhaut aufgebracht und entweder nach einer Einwirkungszeit von 5 Sekunden bis 5 Minuten wieder ausgespült oder bis zur nächsten Haarwäsche auf dem Haar und der Kopfhaut belassen wird.
Bezüglich weiterer bevorzugter Ausführungsformen der erfindungsgemäßen Verwendung sowie des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens gilt das zu den erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzungen Gesagte.
Die folgenden Beispiele sollen den Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung erläutern, ohne ihn darauf zu beschränken.
Beispiele:
Es wurden die folgenden Haarbehandlungsmittel hergestellt, in denen mindestens eine Verbindung gemäß Formel (I) in Kombination mit mindestens einem weiteren Antischuppenwirkstoff b) eingesetzt wurde. Die Mengenangaben in den Tabellen beziehen sich auf Gew.-%.
Die Wirkstoffe a) und b) wurden in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 5 : 1 bis 1 : 1 eingesetzt.
Die Wirkstoffe a) und b) wurden in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 5 : 1 bis 1 : 1 eingesetzt.
Die Wirkstoffe a) und b) wurden in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 5 : 1 bis 1 : 1 eingesetzt.
Die Wirkstoffe a) und b) wurden in einem Gewichtsverhältnis von 5 : 1 bis 1 : 1 eingesetzt.
INCI-Bezeichnung: Coco Glucoside and Glyceryl Oleate (ca. 65% AS); BASF
Die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung 31 weist gegenüber Zusammensetzungen, die anstatt 0,5 Gew.-% Methylheptylglycerin + 0,2 Gew.-% Piroctone Olamine lediglich 0,3 Gew.-% Piroctone Olamine enthalten, die folgenden Vorteile auf:
- sie weist eine mindestens gleichwertige Antischuppenwirksamkeit auf,
- sie weist ein geringeres Hautreizungspotential auf,
- sie weist eine verbesserte Umweltverträglichkeit auf,
- sie weist mindestens gleichwertige Pflegeeigenschaften auf.
Claims
1. Haarbehandlungsmittel, enthaltend in einem kosmetischen Träger a) mindestens eine Verbindung der nachfolgenden Formel (I) R1-O-[CH2-CH(OH)-CH2-O]n-H (I) in der
R1 für eine verzweigte Ce-Cie-Alkyl-, Alkenyl oder Alkinylgruppe n für eine Zahl von 1 -3 steht, und b) mindestens einen von a) verschiedenen Antischuppenwirkstoff.
2. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach Anspruch 1 , enthaltend die Wirkstoffe a) und b) in einem Gewichtsverhältnis im Bereich von 5 : 1 bis 1 : 1 .
3. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gesamtmenge der oder jeder Verbindung nach Formel (I) von 0,1 - 3 Gew.-% reicht, relativzum Gesamtgewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels.
4. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei in der oder jeder Verbindung nach Formel (I) n für die Zahl 1 steht.
5. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei in der oder jeder Verbindung nach Formel (I) R1 für eine verzweigte Ce-Ci2-Alkyl-, Alkenyl- oder Alkinylgruppe steht.
6. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Verbindung nach Formel (I) H3C-(CH2)5-CH(CH3)-O-CH2-CH(OH)-CH2OH (Methylheptylglycerin) ist.
7. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gesamtmenge des mindestens einen von a) verschiedenen Antischuppenwirkstoffs b) von 0,05 - 1 Gew.-% reicht, relativ zum Gesamtgewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels.
8. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der oder jeder Antischuppenwirkstoff b) ausgewählt ist aus Piroctone Olamine, Zinkpyrithion, Zinkoxid, Zinkcarbonat, Climbazol, Ketoconazole, Salicylsäure, Schwefel, Selensulfid, Teerpräparaten, Undecensäurederivaten, Milchsäureestern (Sodium Lauroyl Lactylate, Sodium Caproyl Lactylate, Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate), 3-Hydroxypropyloctanoate (Propanediol Caprylate), Klettenwurzelextrakten, Pappelextrakten, Brennesselextrakten, Walnussschalenextrakten, Birkenextrakten, Weidenrindenextrakten, Bartflechteextrakten, Myrtheextrakten, Haselwurzextrakten, Rosmarinextrakten, Arnikaextrakten, Fruchtextrakten von schwarzem Pfeffer (Piper Nigrum Fruit Extract), Rindenextrakten von Mimosengewächsen (Inga
Alba Bark Extract), Extrakten aus der Zimtrinde (Cinnamomum Cassia Bark Extract), Mandarinenschalenextrakten (Citrus Reticulata (Tangerine) Peel Extract), Zitronenblüten-, - blätter-, -fruchtölen (Citrus Limon (Lemon) Flower/Leaf/Stem Oil), Extrakten aus Minze (Mentha Arvensis Extract) oder Mischungen davon. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der oder jeder Antischuppenwirkstoff b) ausgewählt ist aus Piroctone Olamine, Propanediol Caprylate, Sodium Caproyl/Lauroyl Lactylate oder Mischungen davon. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, enthaltend 0,5 - 20 Gew.- % mindestens eines Tensids c), ausgewählt aus anionischen Tensiden, amphoteren Tensiden, zwitterionischen Tensiden, nichtionischen Tensiden, kationischen Tensiden oder Mischungen davon. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, enthaltend 0,01 - 3 Gew.- % mindestens eines kationischen Polymeren d), wobei sich die Mengenangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels beziehen. Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, enthaltend 0,01 - 5 Gew.- % mindestens eines von d) verschiedenen Haarpflegestoffs e), wobei sich die Mengenangaben auf das Gesamtgewicht des Haarbehandlungsmittels beziehen. Kosmetische Verwendung eines Haarbehandlungsmittels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 zur Reinigung und Pflege menschlicher Haare sowie zur Prophylaxe, Verminderung, Beseitigung und Linderung von Schuppen auf behaarten Körperoberflächen. Verwendung nach Anspruch 13, wobei das Haarbehandlungsmittel ein Antischuppenshampoo ist. Kosmetisches Verfahren zur Bekämpfung von Kopfhautschuppen, bei dem ein Haarbehandlungsmittel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 auf die Haare und die Kopfhaut aufgebracht und entweder nach einer Einwirkungszeit von 5 Sekunden bis 5 Minuten wieder ausgespült oder bis zur nächsten Haarwäsche auf dem Haar und der Kopfhaut belassen wird.
