Claims (10)

  1. Klappdeckel (1) für dünnwandige, flexible Behälter (100), umfassend:
    - einen rohrförmigen Körper (2), in dem an einem ersten Ende (2a), das auf einer ersten Ebene (π1) liegt, Kopplungsmittel (3) definiert sind, um den besagten Deckel (1) mit einem der besagten Behälter (100) zu koppeln;
    - ein Ausgaberohr (4), das eine rohrförmige Wand (41) umfasst, die eine Ausgabeöffnung (5) des besagten Deckels (1) entlang einer Hauptachse (X1) definiert, wobei sich das besagte Ausgaberohr (4) so erstreckt, dass es aus einer Oberfläche (6), die am zweiten Ende (2b) des besagten rohrförmigen Körpers (2) definiert ist, vorsteht, sodass die besagte Hauptachse (X1) im Wesentlichen orthogonal zur besagten Oberfläche (6) verläuft;
    - ein oberes Verschlusselement (7), das am besagten rohrförmigen Körper (2) mittels Scharniermitteln (8) zum Drehen des besagten oberen Verschlusselements (7) um eine Scharnierachse (Y1), die orthogonal zur Hauptachse (X1) verläuft, angelenkt ist, wobei das besagte obere Verschlusselement (7) dazu geeignet ist, die besagte Ausgabeöffnung (5) des besagten Ausgaberohrs (4) zu schließen;
    wobei die besagte Oberfläche (6) auf einer zweiten Ebene (π2) liegt, die auf die besagte erste Ebene (π1) fällt, sodass die besagte Hauptachse (X1) schräg in Bezug auf die besagte erste Ebene (π1) verläuft, wobei der Deckel (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das besagte obere Verschlusselement (7) an einem ersten Abschnitt (9) des besagten zweiten Endes (2b), der der Einfallslinie (r) zwischen der besagten ersten Ebene (π1) und der besagten zweiten Ebene (π2) zugewandt ist, am besagten rohrförmigen Körper (2) angelenkt ist.
  2. Deckel (1) nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte obere Verschlusselement (7) so konfiguriert ist, dass es sich um die besagte Scharnierachse (Y1) aus einer geschlossenen Position, in der das besagte obere Verschlusselement (7) die besagte Ausgabeöffnung (5) schließt, in eine vollständig geöffnete Position dreht, in der der Boden (7a) des besagten oberen Verschlusselements (7) im Wesentlichen koplanar zur besagten Oberfläche (6) ist.
  3. Deckel (1) nach Patentanspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - erste Verriegelungsmittel (11) am Teil (10) der Seitenwand (2c) des besagten rohrförmigen Körpers (2), der der besagten Einfallslinie (r) zugewandt ist, definiert sind;
    - zweite Verriegelungsmittel (12), die zu den besagten ersten Verriegelungsmitteln (11) komplementär sind, an der Außenwand (7b) des besagten oberen Verschlusselements (7) definiert sind, das dem besagten Teil (10) der besagten Seitenwand (2c) zugewandt ist, wenn sich das besagte obere Verschlusselement (7) in der besagten vollständig geöffneten Position befindet, wobei die besagten ersten Verriegelungsmittel (11) und die besagten zweiten Verriegelungsmittel (12) so konfiguriert sind, dass sie reversibel miteinander gekoppelt sind und das besagte obere Verschlusselement (7) in der besagten vollständig geöffneten Position verriegelt halten.
  4. Deckel (1) nach Patentanspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagten ersten Verriegelungsmittel (11) einen Verriegelungszahn (13) umfassen, der aus dem besagten Teil (10) der besagten Seitenwand (2c) vorsteht, und die besagten zweiten Verriegelungsmittel (12) eine Verriegelungsöffnung (14) umfassen, in die der besagte Verriegelungszahn (13) unter Formschluss in Eingriff gelangen kann, wenn sich das besagte obere Verschlusselement (7) in der besagten vollständig geöffneten Position befindet.
  5. Deckel (1) nach jeglichem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das besagte Ausgaberohr (4) im Wesentlichen die Form eines Kegelstumpfes aufweist.
  6. Deckel (1) nach jeglichem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, gemäß einer Querschnittsebene (π3), auf der die besagte Hauptachse (X1) liegt, das besagte obere Verschlusselement (7) im Wesentlichen die Form eines ungleichseitigen Trapezes (15) aufweist, bei dem der untere Teil (16) der längeren schrägen Seite (15a) am besagten rohrförmigen Körper (2) angelenkt ist.
  7. Deckel (1) nach jeglichem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    - erste Kopplungsmittel (18) im besagten rohrförmigen Körper (2) an einem zweiten Abschnitt (17) des besagten zweiten Endes (2b) definiert sind, der den besagten Scharniermitteln (8) diametral gegenüberliegt;
    - das besagte obere Verschlusselement (7) an seinem Teil, der den besagten ersten Kopplungsmitteln (18) zugewandt ist, wenn es sich in der geschlossenen Position befindet, zweite Kopplungsmittel (19) umfasst, die zu den besagten ersten Kopplungsmitteln (18) komplementär sind, sodass die besagten ersten Kopplungsmittel (18) reversibel mit den besagten zweiten Kopplungsmitteln (19) gekoppelt sind.
  8. Dünnwandiger, flexibler Behälter (100), der vorzugsweise zum Aufnehmen von Toilettenreinigern geeignet ist und sich im Wesentlichen in Längsrichtung entlang einer Entwicklungsachse (X3) erstreckt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Deckel (1) nach jeglichem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche umfasst, der an seiner Ausgabeöffnung (101) damit gekoppelt ist.
  9. Behälter (100) nach Patentanspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die besagte Ausgabeöffnung (101) auf einer Oberfläche (102) definiert ist, die im Wesentlichen parallel zum Boden (103) des besagten Behälters (100) und senkrecht zur besagten Entwicklungsachse (X3) verläuft.
  10. Behälter (100) nach Patentanspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der besagte Deckel (1) mit dem besagten Behälter (100) durch die besagten Kopplungsmittel (3) an der besagten Oberfläche (102) so gekoppelt ist, dass die besagte Hauptachse (X1) des besagten Deckels (1) schräg in Bezug auf den besagten Boden (103) und die besagte Längsachse (X3) verläuft.
