Claims (4)

  1. Schnellmontagerahmen für Sicherheitstore, der zur Montage am Rahmen (2) eines bereits vorhandenen Tores nach dessen Demontage und dem Entfernen der Scharniere vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus zwei komplementären Teilen besteht, einem Innenrahmen (5) und einem Außenrahmen (6), wobei:
    a) der Innenrahmen (5) aus Z-förmigen Profilen hergestellt wird, deren drei zueinander orthogonale Flächen sich außen an das Profil des Rahmens (2) des bereits vorhandenen Tores anlegen und mittels Durchgangsschrauben (8), die durch seinen mittleren Schenkel (7) verlaufen, daran befestigt werden können, wobei der innere Endschenkel (9) des Profils in einer Biegung (10) endet, die eine Nut zur Aufnahme des Außenrahmens (6) bildet, wobei die Biegung (10) nach der Montage am Rahmen (2) bündig mit der Innenkante des Rahmens (2) abschließt, ohne die Toröffnung zu verändern,
    b) der Außenrahmen (6) aus Profilen mit einer offenen U-förmigen rechteckigen Konfiguration hergestellt wird, von denen einer der Schenkel eine innere Biegung (11) aufweist, die an dem äußeren freien Schenkel (12) des Innenrahmens (5) anliegt, während sein anderer Schenkel nach außen gebogen ist und einen Zwischenabschnitt (13) parallel zum Tor definiert, der wiederum in die entgegengesetzte Richtung gebogen ist, um einen Endschenkel (14) senkrecht zum Tor zu definieren, der sich an die Innenwand oder den inneren Endschenkel (9) der durch die Biegung (10) des Innenrahmens (5) definierten Nut anschmiegt und an dieser anliegt,
    c) der Außenrahmen (6) mittels Durchgangsschrauben (8'), die durch den Zwischenabschnitt (13) des Außenrahmens (6) sowie durch den inneren Endschenkel (9) des Innenrahmens (5) verlaufen, mit dem Innenrahmen (5) verschraubt wird.
  2. Schnellmontagerahmen für Sicherheitstore nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Außenrahmen (6) Scharniere (15) aufweist, die in einen seiner vertikalen Pfosten integriert sind, sowie die Löcher für das Schloss des Sicherheitstors am gegenüberliegenden Pfosten.
  3. Schnellmontagerahmen für Sicherheitstore nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl der Innenrahmen (5) als auch der Außenrahmen (6) aus hochfestem Stahl gefertigt sind.
  4. Schnellmontagerahmen für Sicherheitstore nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl der Endschenkel (14) des Außenrahmens (6) als auch die Biegung (10) des Innenrahmens (5) Markierungen zum Zuschneiden vor Ort entsprechend der Dicke der vorhandenen Trennwand aufweisen können.
