Claims (16)
- Handhabungsmaschine (1), umfassend:- ein Fahrgestell (2),- ein Handhabungssystem (3) für Lasten und/oder Personen, das von dem Fahrgestell (2) getragen wird,- Elemente (4) zum Fortbewegen der Maschine am Boden,- ein Steuerpult (5), das so ausgestaltet ist, dass es zumindest die Elemente (6) zum Fortbewegen der Maschine am Boden und das Handhabungssystem (3) der Maschine (1) steuert,- eine Ansteuerungseinheit (6), die so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie Daten vom Steuerpult (5) erfasst und zumindest in Abhängigkeit von den Daten zumindest das Handhabungssystem (3) für Lasten und/oder Personen und/oder die Elemente (4) zum Fortbewegen der Maschine (1) am Boden steuert,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerpult (5) mindestens drei gezielt aktivierbare Einsatzkonfigurationen aufweist, dadurch, dass die erste und zweite Einsatzkonfiguration Einsatzkonfigurationen sind, in denen das Steuerpult (5) direkt oder indirekt vom Fahrgestell (2) der Maschine (1) getragen wird, dadurch, dass die dritte Einsatzkonfiguration eine Konfiguration ist, in der das Steuerpult (5) in einer Entfernung zum Fahrgestell (2) und zum Handhabungssystem (3) der Maschine (1) einsetzbar ist, dadurch, dass die Ansteuereinheit (6) ein System (7) zur Bestimmung der Einsatzkonfiguration des Steuerpults (5) umfasst und dadurch, dass die Ansteuereinheit (6) so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie die Maschine (1) je nach der bestimmten Einsatzkonfiguration steuert.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine (1) ein Kabelverbindungssystem (8) zwischen der Ansteuereinheit (6) und dem Steuerpult (5) umfasst.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kabelverbindungssystem (8) eine erste Kabelverbindung (81) und eine zweite Kabelverbindung (82) umfasst, dadurch, dass das System (7) zur Bestimmung der Einsatzkonfiguration des Steuerpults (5) so ausgestaltet ist, dass es feststellt, dass sich das Steuerpult (5) in dem Zustand in der ersten Einsatzkonfiguration befindet, in der das Steuerpult (5) über die erste Kabelverbindung (81) mit der Ansteuereinheit (6) verbunden ist, und dass sich das Steuerpult (5) in dem Zustand in der zweiten Einsatzkonfiguration befindet, in der das Steuerpult (5) über die zweite Kabelverbindung (82) mit der Ansteuereinheit (6) verbunden ist.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine (1) ein Funkverbindungssystem (9) zwischen der Ansteuereinheit (6) und dem Steuerpult (5) umfasst.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 4 in Verbindung mit einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System (7) zum Bestimmen der Einsatzkonfiguration des Steuerpults (5) so ausgestaltet ist, dass es feststellt, dass sich das Steuerpult (5) in dem Zustand in der dritten Einsatzkonfiguration befindet, in der das Steuerpult (5) und die Ansteuereinheit (6) nicht über das Kabelverbindungssystem (8) verbunden sind, und/oder in dem Zustand, in dem zwischen dem Steuerpult (5) und der Ansteuereinheit (6) eine Funkverbindung hergestellt ist.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Handhabungssystem (3) mindestens einen Schwenkarm (31) umfasst, der zwischen einer vom Boden entfernten hohen Stellung und einer dem Boden nahen tiefen Stellung um eine horizontale Achse herum schwenkbar befestigt ist.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ansteuereinheit (6) so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie die Schwenkbewegung des Arms (31) für den Wechsel aus der tiefen Stellung in die hohe Stellung mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit für die Bewegung je nach der Einsatzkonfiguration des Steuerpults (5) steuert.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine (1) ein Cockpit (10), das zumindest teilweise von dem Fahrgestell (2) der Maschine (1) getragen wird, und eine bewegliche Plattform (11) umfasst, die mit dem Handhabungssystem (3) verbindbar ist, dadurch, dass die erste Einsatzkonfiguration des Steuerpults (5) eine Konfiguration ist, in der das Steuerpult (5) im Cockpit (10) angeordnet ist, und dadurch, dass die zweite Einsatzkonfiguration eine Konfiguration ist, in der das Steuerpult (5) auf der beweglichen Plattform (11) montiert ist und somit einstückig mit der Plattform (11) bewegbar ist.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 8 in Verbindung mit einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bewegliche Plattform (11) eine ausrichtbare Plattform ist, die so montiert ist, dass sie um eine Achse senkrecht zur Drehachse des Arms (31) drehbar nach rechts/links ausgerichtet wird, und das Steuerpult (5) mindestens ein Steuerelement (18) zur Ausrichtung der Plattform (11) umfasst, wobei die Ansteuereinheit (6) so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie im bestätigten Zustand des Steuerelements (18) die Ausrichtung der Plattform (11) in einer Richtung oder Bewegungsrichtung je nach Einsatzkonfiguration des Steuerpults (5) steuert.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerpult (5) mindestens zwei Elemente (14, 15) zum Steuern, beispielsweise Schwenkhebel (14, 15) umfasst, die so ausgestaltet sind, dass der eine (14) das Handhabungssystem (3) und der andere (15) die Elemente (4) zum Fortbewegen der Maschine (1) am Boden steuert.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elemente (4) zum Fortbewegen der Maschine (1) am Boden Räder sind, von denen mindestens eins ein Führungsrad ist, dadurch, dass das Element (15) zum Steuern der Elemente (4) zum Fortbewegen der Maschine am Boden ein Element (15) zum drehenden und lenkenden Fortbewegen des Führungsrads oder von mindestens einem der Führungsräder ist und dadurch, dass die Ansteuereinheit (6) so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie im betätigten Zustand des Elements (15) zum Steuern, je nach der Einsatzkonfiguration des Steuerpults (5), die Drehung und/oder Lenkung des Führungsrads oder von mindestens einem der Führungsräder in einer Richtung oder Bewegungsrichtung steuert.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 11 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der ersten Konfiguration, in der das Steuerpult (5) im Cockpit (10) angeordnet ist, die Ansteuereinheit (6) so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie im betätigten, dann losgelassenen Zustand des Elements (15) zum Steuern zum Ausrichten des Führungsrads oder von mindestens einem der Führungsräder ein automatisches Zurückkehren des Führungsrads oder von mindestens einem der Führungsräder in eine gerade Stellung bewirkt, die einer Geradeausbewegung der Maschine (1) entspricht.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ansteuereinheit (6) so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie die Maschine (1) mit einer Höchstgeschwindigkeit je nach Einsatzkonfiguration des Steuerpults (5) steuert.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Maschine (1) einen drehend auf dem Fahrgestell (2) montierten Turm (12) umfasst und dadurch, dass das Steuerpult (5) mindestens ein Steuerelement (16) wie einen Schwenkhebel zum Steuern der Drehbewegung des Turms (12) umfasst.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ansteuereinheit (6) so ausgestaltet ist, dass sie die Drehbewegung des Turms (12) je nach Einsatzkonfiguration des Steuerpults (5) zulässt oder untersagt.
- Handhabungsmaschine (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerpult (5) mindestens einen Energieakkumulator (13) umfasst.
