Claims (10)
- Doppelschieber-Vorrichtung (1) für Panzer (13; 14) von Rollläden (4; 5), umfassend zwei U-förmige Nuten (19, 20), welche sich Rücken an Rücken in einer gleichen ersten Ebene (P1) oder in Ebenen (P1'; P1") erstrecken, welche einen Winkel (α) bilden und an beiden Seiten einer Symmetrieebene (P2) liegen, wobei die Doppelschieber-Vorrichtung an jedem ihrer Enden (21, 22) weibliche Verriegelungsmittel (23) zum Aufnehmen von männlichen Verriegelungsmitteln (24) einer Befestigungsklaue (25) umfassen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei U-förmige Profile (32, 33) in Form eines Schiebers umfasst, welche jeweils eine der U-förmigen Nuten (19; 20) definieren und sich in der ersten Ebene (P1) bzw. den Ebenen (P1'; P1") erstrecken, welche einen Winkel (α) bilden, wobei die beiden U-förmigen Profile (32, 33) Rücken an Rücken an einem Zwischen-Verbindungsprofil (34; 34') mit rohrförmigem Querschnitt oder in Form einer Schiene angeordnet sind und an ihren Enden die weiblichen Verriegelungsmittel (23) definieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischen-Verbindungsprofil (34) an seinem vorderen (37) und/oder hinteren (38) Rand einen Abdeckungsflügel (39) umfasst, welcher dem Zwischen-Verbindungsprofil (34) einen T-förmigen Querschnitt verleiht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zwischen-Verbindungsprofil (34') an seiner longitudinal inneren (37) und/oder äußeren (38) Seite zu dem Winkel (α) einen Abdeckungsflügel (39') umfasst, welcher durch zwei Flügelabschnitte (39a, 39b) definiert ist, welche dem Zwischen-Verbindungsprofil (34') einen Querschnitt in Winkelform verleihen, wobei die Flügelabschnitte (39a, 39b) untereinander einen Winkel (α) bilden, welcher gleich zu demjenigen zwischen den Ebenen (P1', P1") ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die U-förmigen Profile (32, 33) durch Verschrauben, Vernieten oder Verkleben an dem Zwischen-Verbindungsprofil (34; 34') befestigt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsklaue (25) einen ersten Flügel (40) umfasst, welcher sich in der Symmetrieebene (P2) und/oder in einer Ebene senkrecht zu einer der Ebenen (P1', P1") erstreckt und die männlichen Verriegelungsmittel (24) definiert, welche zum Eingriff in den weiblichen Verriegelungsmitteln (23) vorgesehen sind, wobei der erste Flügel (40) an einem (41) seiner Enden durch wenigstens einen Befestigungsflügel (42) verlängert ist, welcher sich in einer Ebene senkrecht zu dem ersten Flügel (40) erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (43) und die Dicke (44) des ersten Flügels (40) dazu vorgesehen sind, mit dem Ende des Zwischen-Verbindungsprofils (34; 34') einzugreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsklaue (25) aus einer Bahn (45) gebildet ist, welche zweifach entlang einer Faltlinie auf sich selbst gefaltet ist, so dass zwei parallele Bahnzweige (47, 48) definiert sind, welche ihre oberen Endabschnitte (49, 50) gegenüber der Faltlinie (46) senkrecht in Richtungen gefaltet umfassen, welche einander gegenüberliegen, um Befestigungsflügel (42) zu definieren.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bahnzweige (47, 48) einen unteren Endabschnitt (51, 52) umfassen, welcher den ersten Flügel (40) der Befestigungsklaue (25) bildet, wobei wenigstens einer der unteren Endabschnitte (51, 52) mit Verankerungsmitteln (53) an dem Zwischen-Verbindungsprofil (34; 34') versehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder die Befestigungsflügel (42) wenigstens eine Öffnung (55) für den Durchgang eines Befestigungselements umfassen, wie beispielsweise eine Schraube oder ein Niet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Öffnung (55) in Form eines Ausschnitts in dem vorderen (56) und/oder hinteren Rand (57) eines Befestigungsflügels (42) definiert ist.
