Claims (15)
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) zum Gebrauch in einem Aerosolerzeugungssystem, wobei das aerosolerzeugende Substrat (1020) Folgendes umfasst;ein erstes staubförmiges Material, undein zweites staubförmiges Material,wobei das erste staubförmige Material aus Teilchen mit einer D50-Größe zwischen 2 Mikrometern und 20 Mikrometern gebildet ist und das zweite staubförmige Material aus Teilchen mit einer D50-Größe zwischen 50 Mikrometern und 80 Mikrometern gebildet ist.
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Verhältnis der Masse des ersten staubförmigen Materials zu der Masse des zweiten staubförmigen Materials in dem aerosolerzeugenden Substrat nicht mehr als 1:2 beträgt.
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das erste staubförmige Material aus Teilchen mit einer D50-Größe von 10 Mikrometern gebildet ist und das zweite staubförmige Material aus Teilchen mit einer D50-Größe von 59 Mikrometern gebildet ist.
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das erste staubförmige Material aus Teilchen mit einer D95-Größe zwischen 10 Mikrometern und 60 Mikrometern gebildet ist und das zweite staubförmige Material aus Teilchen mit einer D95-Größe zwischen 80 Mikrometern und 130 Mikrometern gebildet ist.
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das erste staubförmige Material aus Teilchen mit einer D95-Größe von 33 Mikrometern gebildet ist und das zweite staubförmige Material aus Teilchen mit einer D95-Größe von 116 Mikrometern gebildet ist.
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das erste staubförmige Material aus Teilchen mit einem Durchmesser zwischen 5 Mikrometern und 40 Mikrometern gebildet ist und das zweite staubförmige Material aus Teilchen mit einem Durchmesser zwischen 50 Mikrometern und 250 Mikrometern gebildet ist.
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das erste staubförmige Material und das zweite staubförmige Material aus dem gleichen Material gebildet sind.
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) nach einem beliebigen vorangegangenen Anspruch, wobei wenigstens eines von dem ersten staubförmigen Material und dem zweiten staubförmigen Material eines oder mehrere von Zellulose und mikrokristalliner Zellulose (MCC) umfasst.
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch, ferner ein Bindemittel umfassend.
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) nach einem beliebigen vorangegangenen Anspruch, ferner umfassend eines oder mehrere von Nikotin, Milchsäure und Saccharose.
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch, ferner umfassend Zellulose-Verstärkungsfasern, wobei die Zellulose-Verstärkungsfasern eine D50-Größe zwischen 0,8 mm und 1,5 mm aufweisen.
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Verhältnis der Masse des ersten staubförmigen Materials zur Masse des zweiten staubförmigen Materials in dem aerosolerzeugenden Substrat wenigstens 1:5 beträgt.
- Aerosolerzeugendes Substrat (1020) nach einem beliebigen vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das aerosolerzeugende Substrat (1020) keinen Tabak enthält.
- Aerosolerzeugender Artikel (1000), umfassend das aerosolerzeugende Substrat (1020) gemäß einem beliebigen vorgergehenden Anspruch.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines aerosolerzeugenden Substrats (1020), wobei das Verfahren Folgendes umfasst:Bereitstellen eines ersten staubförmigen Materials, wobei das erste staubförmige Material aus Staub mit einer D50-Größe zwischen 2 Mikrometern und 20 Mikrometern gebildet ist;Bereitstellen eines zweiten staubförmigen Materials, wobei das zweite staubförmige Material aus Staub mit einer D50-Größe zwischen 50 Mikrometer und 80 Mikrometer gebildet ist;Mischen des ersten staubförmigen Materials und des zweiten staubförmigen Materials in einer wässrigen Lösung zur Bildung einer Aufschlämmung;Gießen der Aufschlämmung; undTrocknen der gegossenen Aufschlämmung zur Bildung eines festen Substrats.
