Procédé de commande d'un vitrage opacifiant (2) pour véhicule automobile (10), le vitrage comprenant au moins deux partitions (21, 22), le niveau d'opacité de chaque partition étant commandé de manière autonome pour évoluer entre une valeur minimale (OP1) et une valeur maximale (OPn).

Description

TITRE : Procédé de commande d’un vitrage opacifiant pour véhicule automobile.
L’invention concerne un procédé de commande d’un vitrage opacifiant pour véhicule automobile. L’invention porte encore sur un dispositif de vitrage opacifiant pour véhicule automobile. L’invention porte également sur un programme d’ordinateur mettant en oeuvre le procédé mentionné. L’invention porte enfin sur un support d’enregistrement sur lequel est enregistré un tel programme.
Les véhicules automobiles équipés d’un toit fixe en verre ou d’un toit ouvrant sont généralement pourvus d’un moyen d’occultation pouvant être un rideau souple ou rigide et s’ouvrant mécaniquement ou électriquement. Ce moyen d’occultation est indispensable au confort visuel et thermique des usagers du véhicule automobile. Cependant il augmente sensiblement la masse du véhicule et réduit son habitabilité.
Afin de réduire la masse et le volume du moyen d’occultation, des solutions mettant en oeuvre un vitrage opacifiant se développent. L’utilisation d’un vitrage opacifiant offre en outre de multiples possibilités d’opacification de l’habitacle.
Toutefois, cette solution présente des inconvénients. En effet, pour un usager, l’utilisation d’un vitrage opacifiant est moins intuitive que l’utilisation d’un occultant physique. En particulier, l’usager peut rencontrer des difficultés pour s’approprier les nouvelles possibilités offertes par le vitrage opacifiant ainsi que les commandes lui permettant de modifier l’opacité du vitrage selon ses besoins.
Le but de l’invention est de fournir un dispositif et un procédé de commande de vitrage opacifiant remédiant aux inconvénients ci-dessus et améliorant les dispositifs et procédés de commande de vitrage opacifiant connus de l’art antérieur. En particulier, l’invention permet de réaliser un dispositif et un procédé qui soient simples et fiables et qui permettent une commande intuitive, indépendante et graduelle de l’opacité de chaque partie d’un vitrage opacifiant.
A cet effet, l’invention porte sur un procédé de commande d’un vitrage opacifiant pour véhicule automobile, le vitrage comprenant au moins deux partitions, le niveau d’opacité de chaque partition étant commandé de manière autonome pour évoluer entre une valeur minimale et une valeur maximale.
Chaque partition peut prendre un nombre n de niveaux d’opacité numérotés dans un ordre croissant d’opacité, avec n>2, notamment n=3 ou n=4 ou n=5.
Dans un mode d’exécution, un premier type de commande du niveau d’opacité d’une partition présentant une valeur de niveau d’opacité de rang j, notamment un appui court sur un bouton de commande, implique :
- une diminution unitaire de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition vers une valeur du niveau d’opacité de rang j-1 , ou
- une augmentation unitaire de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition vers une valeur de niveau d’opacité de rang j+1 , et un deuxième type de commande du niveau d’opacité d’une partition présentant une valeur de niveau d’opacité de rang j, notamment un appui long sur un bouton de commande, implique :
- une diminution de plusieurs unités de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition ou une diminution de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition jusqu’à la valeur minimale, ou
- une augmentation de plusieurs unités de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition ou une augmentation de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition jusqu’à la valeur maximale.
Chaque partition du vitrage peut être associée à un élément de commande distinct, par exemple associé à un bouton de commande distinct.
Le procédé peut comprendre une étape de pilotage automatique du vitrage à partir de données issues d’un ensemble de capteurs.
L’invention porte en outre sur un dispositif de commande d’un vitrage opacifiant, le dispositif comprenant des éléments matériels et/ou logiciels mettant en oeuvre le procédé tel que défini précédemment.
L’invention porte également sur un véhicule automobile équipé d’un dispositif de commande tel que défini précédemment.
L’invention porte par ailleurs sur un produit programme d’ordinateur comprenant des instructions de code de programme enregistrées sur un support lisible par ordinateur pour mettre en oeuvre les étapes du procédé tel que défini précédemment lorsque ledit programme fonctionne sur un ordinateur ou produit programme d’ordinateur téléchargeable depuis un réseau de communication et/ou enregistré sur un support de données lisible par un ordinateur et/ou exécutable par un ordinateur, caractérisé en ce en ce qu’il comprend des instructions qui, lorsque le programme est exécuté par l’ordinateur, conduisent celui-ci à mettre en oeuvre le procédé tel que défini précédemment.
L'invention porte également sur un support d’enregistrement de données, lisible par un ordinateur, sur lequel est enregistré un programme d’ordinateur comprenant des instructions de code de programme de mise en oeuvre du procédé tel que défini précédemment ou support d'enregistrement lisible par ordinateur comprenant des instructions qui, lorsqu'elles sont exécutées par un ordinateur, conduisent celui-ci à mettre en oeuvre le procédé tel que défini précédemment.
L'invention porte aussi sur un signal d'un support de données, portant le produit programme d'ordinateur défini précédemment.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d’exemple, un mode de réalisation d’un dispositif de vitrage selon l’invention et un mode d’exécution d’un procédé de commande selon l’invention.

Le véhicule automobile 10 peut être un véhicule de tout type, notamment un véhicule de tourisme ou un véhicule utilitaire.
Le dispositif de vitrage 1 comprend principalement les éléments suivants :
- un vitrage opacifiant 2, notamment un vitrage de toit opacifiant,
- un microprocesseur 3,
- une interface de commande 4,
- un ensemble de capteurs 5.
Un mode de réalisation d’un vitrage opacifiant 2 est illustré par les figures 2 à 5.
Le vitrage opacifiant 2 permet la mise en œuvre d’une opacité variable du vitrage. L’opacité du vitrage peut être caractérisé par différentes grandeurs physiques, notamment un pourcentage de transmission des rayons lumineux. L’opacité peut varier entre au moins deux valeurs, une valeur minimale OP1 correspondant à un état dit « état clair » ou « état transparent » du vitrage, et une valeur maximale OPn correspondant à un état dit « état foncé » du vitrage. Différentes technologies permettent en outre de mettre en œuvre des états d’opacification intermédiaires. C’est le cas notamment de la technologie PDLC (acronyme de l’expression anglaise « Polymer Dispersed Liquid Crystal »), préférentiellement décrite dans ce document.
Dans ce mode de réalisation représenté par les figures 3 et 4, le vitrage opacifiant 2 comprend un film opacifiant 25, notamment un film PDLC, laminé entre deux couches de verre 23, 27. Un film PDLC est constitué de cristaux liquides noyés dans une résine polymère. Une première et une deuxième couche conductrice 24, 26 sont respectivement disposées entre le film opacifiant 25 et chacune des couches de verre 23, 27.
Comme cela est illustré par les figures 3 et 4, la modification d’opacité du vitrage est commandée par application d’une tension électrique entre la première et la deuxième couche conductrice 24, 26.
Dans les figures 3 et 4, la lumière pénètre le vitrage via la couche de verre 23.
Dans la figure 3, aucune tension n’étant appliquée entre les deux couches conductrices 24, 26, les cristaux liquides sont disposés aléatoirement dans la résine polymère et bloquent la transmission de la lumière. La couche de verre 27 reçoit donc très peu de lumière.
Dans la figure 4, l’application d’une tension entre les deux couches conductrices 24, 26 induit une orientation des cristaux liquides dans la résine polymère, ce qui permet une transmission de la lumière à travers le film PDLC. La couche de verre 27 reçoit donc une quantité importante de lumière.
Dans la suite du document, l’expression « commande de modification d’opacité » est utilisé pour désigner l’application d’une tension entre les deux couches conductrices 24, 26 du vitrage opacifiant, la tension appliquée pouvant être nulle ou non nulle.
Avantageusement, le vitrage comprend au moins deux partitions ou parties 21, 22, le niveau d’opacité de chaque partition étant commandé de manière autonome pour évoluer entre la valeur d’opacité minimale OP1 et la valeur d’opacité maximale OPn. Dans le mode de réalisation plus spécifiquement illustré par la figure 5, le vitrage 2 est un vitrage de toit pour véhicule automobile. Le film opacifiant a été découpé, notamment en deux segments disjoints en amont de sa mise en forme entre deux feuilles de verre. Le vitrage 2 présente ainsi deux partitions 21, 22, respectivement associées aux deux segments de film opacifiant. Le découpage du film opacifiant en deux segments disjoints permet ainsi de commander indépendamment chacune des deux partitions définies par les segments afin de modifier son opacité.
Le dispositif de vitrage 1 a pour rôle de mettre en oeuvre des commandes de l’ensemble des partitions 21, 22 du vitrage opacifiant 2, qui permette une opacification (ou augmentation de l’opacité) et une désopacification (ou diminution de l’opacité) indépendante et graduelle de l’opacité de chaque partition du vitrage opacifiant 2.
Le niveau de chaque partition 21, 22 peut évoluer entre une valeur minimale OP1 et une valeur maximale OPn.
Dans un mode de réalisation préférentiel, chaque partition prend un nombre n de niveaux d’opacité (OP1, ..., OPn) numérotés dans un ordre croissant d’opacité. De préférence, n>2. Avantageusement, n=3 ou n=4 ou n=5.
Dans le mode de réalisation illustré par la figure 6, les partitions 21 , 22 sont définies de sorte à permettre une opacification différenciée entre l’avant et l’arrière du véhicule, la partition 21 étant située dans la partie avant du vitrage et la partition 22 étant située dans la partie arrière du vitrage.
Dans le mode de réalisation illustré par la figure 6, un ensemble d’états possibles pour un vitrage mettant en oeuvre les partitions 21 , 22 est défini en fonction de trois niveaux d’opacité, un niveau minimal OP1, un niveau intermédiaire OP2 et un niveau maximal OP3.
Les partitions 21 et 22 combinées aux trois niveaux d’opacité OP1, OP2, OP3 permettent de mettre en oeuvre neuf états du vitrage V1 à V9, :
- le premier état du vitrage V1 correspond à l’application du niveau d’opacité maximal OP3 aux deux partitions 21 , 22,
- le deuxième état du vitrage V2 correspond à l’application du niveau d’opacité minimal OP1 aux deux partitions 21, 22,
- le troisième état du vitrage V3 correspond à l’application du niveau d’opacité intermédiaire OP2 aux deux partitions 21 , 22,
- le quatrième état du vitrage V4 correspond à l’application du niveau d’opacité minimal OP1 à la partition 21, et l’application du niveau d’opacité maximal OP3 à la partition 22,
- le cinquième état du vitrage V5 correspond à l’application du niveau d’opacité maximal OP3 à la partition 21 , et l’application du niveau d’opacité minimal OP1 à la partition 22,
- le sixième état du vitrage V6 correspond à l’application du niveau d’opacité intermédiaire OP2 à la partition 21, et l’application du niveau d’opacité maximal OP3 à la partition 22,
- le septième état du vitrage V7 correspond à l’application du niveau d’opacité maximal OP3 à la partition 21 , et l’application du niveau d’opacité intermédiaire OP2 à la partition 22,
- le huitième état du vitrage V8 correspond à l’application du niveau d’opacité minimal OP1 à la partition 21, et l’application du niveau d’opacité intermédiaire OP2 à la partition 22,
- le neuvième état du vitrage V9 correspond à l’application du niveau d’opacité intermédiaire OP2 à la partition 21, et l’application du niveau d’opacité minimal OP1 à la partition 22. Alternativement, d’autres ensembles d’états stables du vitrage pourraient être définis en faisant varier le nombre de partitions et/ou le nombre de niveaux d’opacité, ce dernier étant supérieur ou égal à deux.
Avantageusement, les partitions 21 , 22 sont définies de sorte à permettre une opacification différenciée entre l’avant et l’arrière du véhicule. Alternativement, d’autres modes de réalisation des partitions pourraient permettre une opacification différenciée entre la partie droite et la partie gauche du véhicule.
Le dispositif de vitrage 1 comprend en outre une interface de commande 4 qui permet à un usager du véhicule de sélectionner l’état V1 , V2, V3, V4, V5, V6, V7, V8, V9 du vitrage qu’il souhaite mettre en oeuvre dans le véhicule automobile 10.
Dans un premier mode de réalisation préférentiel, l’interface de commande 4 associe un élément de commande à chaque partition 21 , 22 du vitrage.
Ainsi, pour un vitrage comprenant deux partitions 21, 22, l’interface de commande 4 comprend deux éléments de commande 41 , 42. Comme cela est illustré par la figure 7, les deux éléments de commande peuvent être réalisés par deux boutons distincts 41, 42 ou par un bouton comprenant deux zones d’appui 41 , 42.
En variante, l’interface de commande pourrait être un écran tactile sur lequel sont représentées les partitions du vitrage. Ainsi, l’interface de commande comprend autant d’éléments de commande, en l’espèce autant de zones d’appui, que de partitions.
Un appui sur l’un des éléments de commande 41, 42 entraîne une modification d’opacité de la partition 21 , 22 de vitrage associée à l’élément de commande. Avantageusement, la disposition spatiale des éléments de commande 41 , 42 est définie en cohérence avec la disposition spatiale des partitions. Par exemple si une première et une deuxième partitions 21, 22 sont respectivement disposées d’avant en arrière du véhicule, alors un premier et un deuxième élément de commande 41, 42 seront respectivement disposés d’avant en arrière du véhicule, le premier élément de commande 41 commandant la première partition 21, et le deuxième élément de commande 42 commandant la deuxième partition.
Un appui sur l’un des éléments de commande 41, 42 entraîne une modification d’opacité de la partition 21 , 22 de vitrage associée à l’élément de commande.
De plus, le bouton permet de mesurer une durée d’appui DAPP. Cette mesure permet ainsi de catégoriser les appuis en comparant leur durée à un seuil APPMIN. Ainsi, un appui dont la durée est strictement inférieure au seuil APPMIN sera considéré comme un « appui court », et un appui dont la durée est supérieure ou égale au seuil APPMIN sera considéré comme un « appui long ». La catégorisation des appuis selon leur durée permet de différencier le traitement selon la catégorie de l’appui, comme cela est décrit plus loin dans ce document.
Optionnellement, le bouton 4 peut comprendre un troisième élément de commande 43, plus spécifiquement représenté dans la figure 11. Le troisième élément de commande 43 se situe préférentiellement entre les premier et deuxième éléments de commande 41 , 42. Le troisième élément de commande 43 permet l’activation d’un mode de commande automatique du vitrage décrit plus loin dans le document.
Dans un deuxième mode de réalisation, alternatif ou complémentaire au premier mode de réalisation, l’interface de commande 4 pourrait être réalisée par une interface homme machine, pouvant, par exemple, être fournie par l’écran tactile du véhicule ou une application de téléphone portable.
L’interface homme machine pourrait permettre de commander le vitrage 2 selon les mêmes paramètres qu’un bouton physique, c’est-à-dire le choix d’une partition commandée pour modifier son opacité et une durée d’appui DAPP. Au lieu de commander à proprement parler une durée d’appui, l’utilisateur pourrait sélectionner un type d’appui entre deux propositions, notamment un appui long ou un appui court.
Alternativement, l’interface homme machine pourrait permettre de sélectionner un état final du vitrage parmi tous les états possibles V1 , V2, V3, V4, V5, V6, V7, V8, V9, par exemple en cliquant directement sur une représentation visuelle des états possibles pour le vitrage 2.
En complément ou alternativement, l’interface homme machine pourrait également comprendre une commande vocale, permettant notamment d’activer une commande automatique du vitrage.
Le dispositif de vitrage peut comprendre par ailleurs un ensemble de capteurs 5. L’ensemble de capteurs 5 fournit des données permettant la mise en œuvre d’une commande automatique du vitrage 2. Par exemple, l’ensemble de capteurs 5 peut comprendre un ou plusieurs capteurs d’ensoleillement avantageusement placés sur le toit du véhicule. Les données issues de ces capteurs d’ensoleillement peuvent permettre de déterminer automatiquement quelles partitions de toit doivent être opacifiées pour protéger l’habitacle des rayons de soleil.
En complément ou alternativement, l’ensemble de capteurs 5 peut comprendre un ou plusieurs capteurs de température et/ou d’ensoleillement à l’intérieur et/ou à l’extérieur, disposés sur le véhicule automobile 10. Les capteurs de température et/ou d’ensoleillement peuvent permettre la mise en oeuvre d’une commande automatique du vitrage opacifiant, par exemple pour atteindre et maintenir une température intérieure souhaitée. Les informations délivrées par l’au moins un capteur peuvent ainsi influencer directement les partitions et/ou le niveaux d’opacité.
En outre les capteurs de température extérieure pourraient permettre de gérer l’influence de la température extérieure sur le fonctionnement du toit opacifiant. En effet, les très basses températures ralentissent fortement le fonctionnement du film opacifiant, ce qui limite nettement les possibilités de modifier l’opacité du vitrage. Avantageusement, le dispositif de vitrage 1 pourrait être désactivé lorsque la température extérieure se situe en dessous d’un seuil limite de température, par exemple le seuil limite pouvant être compris entre 0 et -20 degrés. L’usager serait informé de cette désactivation en lien avec la température extérieure.
Le dispositif de vitrage 1, et particulièrement le microprocesseur, comprend principalement les modules suivants :
- un module 31 de détection d’une commande de changement d’opacité du vitrage, le module 31 pouvant coopérer avec l’interface de commande 4,
- un module 32 de commande de l’opacité d’une partition, le module pouvant coopérer avec le vitrage 2,
- un module 33 de pilotage automatique du vitrage, le module pouvant coopérer avec le vitrage 2 et l’ensemble de capteurs 5.
Le véhicule automobile 10, en particulier le dispositif 1 de vitrage, comprend de préférence tous les éléments matériels et/ou logiciels configurés de sorte à mettre en oeuvre le procédé défini dans l’objet de l’invention ou le procédé décrit plus bas. Un premier mode d’exécution du procédé de commande d’un vitrage opacifiant est décrit ci-après en référence à la figure 8.
Dans une première étape E1 , on détecte, à un instant T, une commande de changement d’opacité du vitrage.
L’étape de détection E1 comprend une sous-étape E11 de détermination d’une partition commandée et une sous-étape E12 de détermination d’un premier ou d’un deuxième type de commande.
Dans le premier mode de réalisation de l’interface de commande 4, la détection d’une commande de changement d’opacité du vitrage est déclenchée par un appui sur un bouton de commande 4, notamment sur les éléments de commande 41 , 42 du bouton de commande.
Ainsi, si l’interface est réalisée par un bouton de commande 4, la sous- étape E11 de détermination d’une partition commandée comprend une détection d’un appui sur l’élément de commande 41 qui détermine la partition commandée comme étant la première partition 21 et/ou une détection d’un appui sur l’élément de commande 42 qui détermine la partition commandée comme étant la deuxième partition 22.
Par ailleurs, la sous-étape E12 de détermination d’un premier ou d’un deuxième type de commande peut comprendre une détermination de la durée d’appui DAPP sur le bouton de commande et une comparaison de la durée d’appui DAPP à un seuil minimal APPMIN :
- le premier type de commande est déterminé par un appui court, c’est à dire dont la durée est strictement inférieure au seuil minimal APPMIN, et
- le deuxième type de commande est déterminé par un appui long dont la durée est supérieure ou égale au seuil minimal APPMIN. A l’issue de la première étape E1 , on enchaîne sur la deuxième étape E2 de commande de l’opacité de la partition commandée.
On considère que la partition commandée 21, 22 est une partition de vitrage pouvant prendre n niveaux d’opacité (OP1, OPn) numérotés dans un ordre croissant d’opacité.
Dans l’étape E2, on modifie le niveau d’opacité de la partition commandée en fonction du type de commande détecté dans l’étape E1 et en fonction du niveau d’opacité initial de la partition commandée.
L’étape E2 comprend une sous-étape E21 de détermination d’une opacité initiale de la partition commandée. L’opacité initiale correspond à l’opacité de la partition commandée à l’instant T où la commande de changement d’opacité est émise.
Avec la technologie de vitrage évoquée précédemment, l’opacité d’une partition est déterminée par la tension appliquée à la partition. Notamment, dans un mode d’exécution du procédé, une table de correspondance entre tension et opacité peut déterminer une correspondance entre chaque valeur d’opacité du vitrage OPi et une tension Vi à appliquer à une partition du vitrage pour mettre en oeuvre le niveau d’opacité OPi.
Ainsi, en connaissant la tension appliquée à la partition commandée, on détermine l’indice j de son niveau d’opacité initial OPj, j étant compris entre 1 et n inclus.
L’étape E2 comprend en outre une sous-étape E22 de détermination d’une opacité finale de la partition commandée, à partir de l’opacité initiale OPj et du type de commande. Une commande du premier type appliquée à une partition présentant un niveau d’opacité initial OPj entraîne:
- une diminution unitaire de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition vers une valeur du niveau d’opacité de rang j-1 , OPj-1 , ou
- une augmentation unitaire de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition vers une valeur de niveau d’opacité de rang j+1 , OPj+1.
De plus, une commande du deuxième type appliquée à une partition présentant un niveau d’opacité initial OPj entraîne:
- une diminution de plusieurs unités de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition ou une diminution de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition jusqu’à la valeur minimale, ou
- une augmentation de plusieurs unités de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition ou une augmentation de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition jusqu’à la valeur maximale.
En d’autres termes, on distingue deux procédures d’exécution du procédé de commande : une première procédure d’exécution dite décroissante et une deuxième procédure d’exécution dite croissante.
Dans la suite du document, une commande du premier type est nommée « appui court » et une commande du deuxième type est nommée « appui long ».
Dans la procédure d’exécution décroissante, un appui court met en œuvre des changements d’opacité unitaires selon une boucle ou séquence décroissante sur les niveaux d’opacité (OPn, ...ΌR1). Autrement dit, un appui court met en œuvre des diminutions unitaires de la valeur du niveau d’opacité d’une partition, effectuant des transitions successives entre les niveaux d’opacité (OPn, ...ΌR1). Lorsque la partition est au niveau d’opacité minimal OP1, un appui court a pour effet d’appliquer à cette partition un niveau d’opacité maximal OPn. Alternativement, dans la procédure d’exécution croissante, un appui court met en œuvre des changements d’opacité unitaires selon une boucle ou séquence croissante sur les niveaux d’opacité (OP1 , OPn). Autrement dit, un appui court met en œuvre des augmentation unitaires de la valeur du niveau d’opacité d’une partition, effectuant des transitions successives entre les niveaux d’opacité (OP1, ....OPn). Lorsque la partition est au niveau d’opacité maximal OPn, un appui court a pour effet d’appliquer à cette partition un niveau d’opacité minimal OP1.
Les procédures d’exécution, croissante ou décroissante, permettent en outre le traitement d’un appui long. Un appui long a pour effet d’attribuer à une partition un niveau d’opacité soit minimal, soit maximal.
L’effet d’un appui long sur l’opacité d’une partition présentant un niveau initial d’opacité OPj peut être décrit comme suit :
- si j=1 (c’est-à-dire si la partition est à un niveau d’opacité minimal avant l’appui long), alors un appui long aura pour effet d’attribuer à la partition un niveau d’opacité maximal OPn, quelle que soit la procédure d’exécution, croissante ou décroissante,
- si j=n (c’est-à-dire si la partition est à un niveau d’opacité maximal avant l’appui long), alors une commande du deuxième type, ou appui long, attribuera à la partition un niveau d’opacité minimal OP1, quelle que soit la procédure d’exécution, croissante ou décroissante,
- sinon, le niveau d’opacité attribué à la partition suite à un appui long, dépend de la procédure d’exécution : une procédure d’exécution décroissante aura pour effet d’attribuer à la partition un niveau d’opacité minimal OP1, et une procédure d’exécution croissante aura pour effet d’attribuer à la partition un niveau d’opacité maximal OPn.
Ainsi, si le premier mode d’exécution du procédé de commande est une procédure décroissante, le niveau d’opacité final d’une partition d’opacité initiale OPj, est déterminé selon le traitement suivant :
- si j est strictement supérieur à 1, dans le cas d’un appui court le niveau d’opacité finale est OPj-1 , et dans le cas d’un appui long le niveau final d’opacité est OP1
- sinon le niveau d’opacité finale est OPn, quel que soit le type de commande, appui court ou appui long.
Alternativement, si le premier mode d’exécution du procédé de commande est une procédure croissante, le niveau d’opacité final d’une partition d’opacité initiale OPj, est déterminé selon le traitement suivant :
- si j est strictement inférieur à n, dans le cas d’un appui court le niveau d’opacité finale est OPj+1, et dans le cas d’un appui long le niveau final d’opacité est OPn,
- sinon le niveau d’opacité finale est OP1, quel que soit le type de commande, appui court ou appui long.
Alternativement, un appui long pourrait commander -selon une procédure croissante- une augmentation de plusieurs niveaux ou crans d’opacité ou de plusieurs unités de la valeur du niveau d’opacité, ou -selon une procédure décroissante- une diminution de plusieurs niveaux ou crans d’opacité ou de plusieurs unités de la valeur du niveau d’opacité.
La figure 9 illustre les modifications d’opacités possibles selon une procédure d’exécution décroissante, pour un vitrage comprenant deux partitions 21, 22 pouvant prendre chacune indépendamment trois niveaux d’opacité, un niveau minimal OP1, un niveau intermédiaire OP2 et un niveau maximal OP3. Une commande du premier type, ou appui court, est représentée par une flèche fine désignant l’élément de commande actionné 41, 42. Une commande du deuxième type, ou appui long, est représentée par une flèche épaisse désignant l’élément de commande activé 41, 42. La figure 9 illustre ainsi les transitions mises en œuvre par le procédé en fonction de l’élément de commande actionné 41 , 42 et en fonction du type de commande, un appui court ou un appui long.
Suite à la sous-étape de détermination du niveau d’opacité final de la partition commandée 21, 22, on enchaîne sur une sous étape E23 de détermination d’une commande de changement d’opacité de la partition commandée 21 , 22.
La commande de changement d’opacité de la partition est définie pour commander une modification de la tension appliquée entre les première et deuxième couches conductrice 24, 26 de la partition commandée 21, 22. La valeur de la tension à appliquer peut être notamment déterminée par la table de correspondance entre les valeurs d’opacité du vitrage (OP1,.. OPn) et différentes valeurs (V1 ... Vn) de tension, le niveau d’opacité OPk étant obtenu sur une partition 21 , 22 par application de la tension Vk entre les première et deuxième couches conductrice 24, 26 de ladite partition.
Alternativement ou complémentairement au premier mode d’exécution précédemment décrit, d’autres variantes de modes d’exécution pourraient comprendre une étape E3 de pilotage automatique du vitrage.
Un deuxième mode d’exécution du procédé de commande comprenant une étape E3 de pilotage automatique du vitrage est décrit par la figure 10.
Dans ce mode d’exécution, l’étape E1 comprend, outre les traitements précédemment décrits pour cette étape, une détection d’une commande d’activation d’un mode automatique.
Dans un mode de réalisation de l’interface de commande 4 faisant intervenir un bouton, la détection d’une commande d’activation d’un mode automatique peut être réalisée par détection d’un appui sur le troisième élément de commande 43.
Alternativement ou en complément, la détection d’une commande d’activation d’un mode automatique peut être réalisée par le biais d’une interface homme machine ou d’une commande vocale. L’interface homme machine ou la commande vocale peuvent permettre en outre de commander une température souhaitée dans l’habitable.
Lorsqu’une commande d’activation du mode automatique est détectée, on enchaîne sur une étape E3 de pilotage automatique du vitrage opacifiant.
L’étape E3 comprend une détermination d’un niveau d’opacité cible en fonction de mesures de l’ensemble de capteurs 5. Les mesures peuvent comprendre une ou plusieurs mesures d’ensoleillement sur le toit du véhicule et/ou une mesure de la température extérieure. Avantageusement, les mesures comprennent également une mesure de la température dans l’habitacle du véhicule automobile 10.
L’étape E3 comprend une détermination d’une température cible, correspondant à la température souhaitée par les usagers dans l’habitacle. Selon le type d’interface de commande utilisé, la température cible peut être déterminée par l’utilisateur via une interface homme machine et/ou une commande vocale. Alternativement, la température cible peut être déterminée par une valeur par défaut, par exemple 20 degrés, ou par un écart prédéterminé par rapport à la température extérieure, l’écart prédéterminé pouvant être fonction de la température extérieure.
A partir de la température cible définie, et des mesures d’ensoleillement ou de température, on détermine un niveau d’opacité cible du vitrage permettant à la température de l’habitacle de tendre vers la température cible. En complément, un dispositif de climatisation peut être mis à contribution pour l’atteinte de la valeur cible de température. Dans ce cas, le moyen de pilotage du vitrage et le moyen de pilotage du dispositif de climatisation communiquent entre eux, tout du moins ils reçoivent en simultané les informations d’au moins un capteur de température et/ou d’ensoleillement.
Dans un mode d’exécution de l’étape E3, toutes les partitions du vitrage sont commandées simultanément pour mettre en œuvre le niveau d’opacité cible de manière uniforme sur l’ensemble des partitions du vitrage correspondant à la mise en œuvre d’un dixième état du vitrage V10 représenté par la figure 11. Dans une variante de réalisation, le dixième état du vitrage V10 peut correspondre à l’état V3 mettant en œuvre le niveau d’opacité intermédiaire OP2 de manière uniforme sur l’ensemble des partitions du vitrage.
Dans un mode de réalisation alternatif, l’étape E3 peut comprendre une modification sélective d’une ou plusieurs des au moins deux partitions 21, 22 du vitrage, notamment en fonction des mesures d’ensoleillement permettant de déterminer la direction des rayons lumineux.
L’étape E3 comprend une actualisation du niveau d’opacité cible en fonction de la mise à jour des mesures de l’ensemble de capteurs 5. L’opacité de tout ou partie des au moins deux partitions du vitrage est alors modifiée selon le niveau d’opacité cible actualisé pour chaque partition.
Dans un mode d’exécution, lorsqu’une commande de changement d’opacité est détectée, notamment par appui sur l’un des premier et deuxième emplacements 41 , 42 du bouton 4, on enchaîne sur l’étape E2 de détection d’une commande de modification d’opacité.
Au total, l’invention permet de commander de façon simple et intuitive un vitrage opacifiant, chaque partition du vitrage étant commandée indépendamment pour modifier son opacité selon un nombre donné de niveaux d’opacité.
Le caractère simple et intuitif de l’invention provient tout d’abord de l’association entre chaque partition du vitrage à commander et un unique élément de commande, notamment un bouton ou une zone d’appui sur un bouton.
En outre, le caractère simple et intuitif de l’invention est renforcé par la possibilité de faire évoluer l’opacité d’une partition selon un cycle de variation unique (configuré pour être soit un cycle d’opacité croissante, soit un cycle d’opacité décroissante). Avantageusement, l’invention permet de mettre en oeuvre un nombre limité de niveaux d’opacité, par exemple trois ou quatre niveaux, ce qui permet à un utilisateur de commander le niveau d’opacité souhaité en un nombre d’appuis limité. Les commandes sont également simplifiées par la possibilité d’atteindre en un seul appui, de type appui long, un niveau d’opacité minimal ou maximal.
L’invention présente en outre la possibilité d’activer un pilotage automatique du vitrage en fonction d’une température et/ou d’une luminosité souhaitées dans l’habitacle.
D’autres avantages peuvent être apportés par la possibilité pour un usager de configurer le dispositif de vitrage selon ses besoins, notamment de définir le nombre de niveaux d’opacité souhaités.
Avantageusement, le pilotage automatique du vitrage pourrait également être configuré pour utiliser différents ensembles de partitions et de niveaux d’opacité selon les conditions météorologiques. Par exemple, le pilotage automatique du vitrage pourrait utiliser
- un premier ensemble de partitions dans une première configuration d’ensoleillement, ce premier ensemble de partitions et de niveaux d’opacité permettant notamment de différencier l’opacité des parties avant et arrière de l’habitacle pour adapter l’opacité du vitrage selon la direction des rayons solaires, et
- un deuxième ensemble de partitions et de niveaux d’opacité dans une deuxième configuration d’ensoleillement, ce deuxième ensemble de partitions et de niveaux d’opacité permettant par exemple d’optimiser le maintien d’une température cible dans l’habitacle.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Procédé de commande d’un vitrage opacifiant (2) pour véhicule automobile (10), le vitrage comprenant au moins deux partitions (21, 22), le niveau d’opacité de chaque partition étant commandé de manière autonome pour évoluer entre une valeur minimale (OP1 ) et une valeur maximale (OPn).
2. Procédé de commande selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que chaque partition prend un nombre n de niveaux d’opacité (OP1, ..., OPn) numérotés dans un ordre croissant d’opacité, avec n>2, notamment n=3 ou n=4 ou n=5.
3. Procédé de commande selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu’un premier type de commande du niveau d’opacité d’une partition (21 , 22) présentant une valeur de niveau d’opacité de rang j (OPj), notamment un appui court sur un bouton de commande, implique :
- une diminution unitaire de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition vers une valeur du niveau d’opacité de rang j-1 (OPj-1), ou
- une augmentation unitaire de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition vers une valeur de niveau d’opacité de rang j+1 (OPj+1), et en ce qu’un deuxième type de commande du niveau d’opacité d’une partition (21 , 22) présentant une valeur de niveau d’opacité de rang j (OPj), notamment un appui long sur un bouton de commande, implique :
- une diminution de plusieurs unités de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition ou une diminution de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition jusqu’à la valeur minimale, ou
- une augmentation de plusieurs unités de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition ou une augmentation de la valeur du niveau d’opacité de la partition jusqu’à la valeur maximale.
4. Procédé de commande selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que chaque partition du vitrage est associée à un élément de commande (41, 42) distinct, par exemple associée à un bouton de commande distinct.
5. Procédé de commande selon l’une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu’il comprend une étape de pilotage automatique du vitrage à partir de données issues d’un ensemble de capteurs (5).
6. Dispositif (1) de commande d’un vitrage opacifiant (2), le dispositif comprenant des éléments (2, 3, 4, 5, 21, 22, 31, 32, 33) matériels et/ou logiciels mettant en œuvre le procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 5, notamment des éléments matériels (2, 3, 4, 5, 21 , 22) et/ou logiciels conçus pour mettre en œuvre le procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 5.
7. Véhicule automobile (10) équipé d’un dispositif (1) de commande selon la revendication précédente.
8. Produit programme d’ordinateur comprenant des instructions de code de programme enregistrées sur un support lisible par ordinateur pour mettre en œuvre les étapes du procédé selon l’une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 lorsque ledit programme fonctionne sur un ordinateur.
9. Support d’enregistrement de données, lisible par un ordinateur, sur lequel est enregistré un programme d’ordinateur comprenant des instructions de code de programme de mise en œuvre du procédé selon l’une des revendications 1 à 5.
