Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Lyocell-Materials, wobei das Verfahren umfasst:(S1) Spinnen einer Lyocell-Spinnlösung, die Zellstoffpulpe und eine wässrige N-Methylmorpholin-N-oxid-Lösung (NMMO-Lösung) umfasst;(S2) Koagulieren der in dem Schritt (S1) gesponnenen Lyocell-Spinnlösung, um Lyocell-Multifilamente zu erhalten;(S3) Waschen der erhaltenen Lyocell-Multifilamente mit Wasser;(S4) Behandeln der mit Wasser gewaschenen Lyocell-Multifilamente mit Öl und Wasserstoffperoxid;(S5) Kräuseln der mit Öl und Wasserstoffperoxid behandelten Lyocell-Multifilamente, um gekräuseltes Werg zu erhalten; und(S6) Trocknen des gekräuselten Wergs,wobei der Schritt (S4) umfasst:einen Prozess zum Behandeln der mit Wasser gewaschenen Lyocell-Multifilamente gleichzeitig mit Öl und Wasserstoffperoxid in einem Bad, das eine gemischte Lösung aus dem Öl und Wasserstoffperoxid mit einer gleichmäßig beibehaltenen Konzentration enthält, odereinen Prozess zum Behandeln der mit Wasser gewaschenen Lyocell-Multifilamente nacheinander in Bädern, die jeweils eine einzelne Lösung des Wasserstoffperoxids und eine einzelne Lösung des Öls enthalten,wobei das Wasserstoffperoxid in dem Schritt (S4) in einer Konzentration verwendet wird, die in der Lösung zum Behandeln der Lyocell-Multifilamente in einem Bereich von 2 Gew.-% bis 6 Gew.-% gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Öl in dem Schritt (S4) in einer Konzentration verwendet wird, die in der Lösung zum Behandeln der Lyocell-Multifilamente in einem Bereich von 2 Gew.-% bis 8 Gew.-% gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Öl in dem Schritt (S4) mindestens eines umfasst, das ausgewählt ist aus der Gruppe bestehend aus einer Schmierkomponente, einer Kohäsionskomponente, einer Glättekomponente und einer hydrophoben Komponente.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Trocknen des gekräuselten Wergs in dem Schritt (S6) unter Verwendung einer Vorrichtung zum kontinuierlichen Trocknen 15 Minuten bis 45 Minuten lang bei einer Temperatur von 105 °C bis 135 °C durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Koagulieren in dem Schritt (S2) durch Zuführen von Kühlluft zu der Spinnlösung bei einer Temperatur von 4 °C bis 15 °C und einer Luftströmungsrate von 50 l/m3 bis 250 l/m3 durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Lyocell-Spinnlösung in dem Schritt (S1) 8 Gew.-% bis 13 Gew.-% der Zellstoffpulpe und 87 Gew.-% bis 92 Gew.-% der wässrigen N-Methylmorpholin-N-oxid-Lösung umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Zellstoffpulpe 85 Gew.-% bis 99 Gew.-% Alpha-Cellulose umfasst und einen Polymerisationsgrad (DPw) von 600 bis 1700 aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei das gekräuselte Werg ein gekräuseltes Lyocell-Werg ist, das Wasserstoffperoxid in einer Menge von 1000 ppm oder weniger enthält.
- Lyocell-Material, umfassend:ein gekräuseltes Werg, das aus Lyocell-Multifilamenten gebildet ist, die aus einer Lyocell-Spinnlösung gesponnen sind, die Zellstoffpulpe und eine wässrige N-Methylmorpholin-N-oxid-Lösung (NMMO-Lösung) umfasst, und mit Öl behandelt und mit Wasserstoffperoxid gebleicht sind,wobei das gekräuselte Werg ein gekräuseltes Lyocell-Werg umfasst, das 1000 ppm oder weniger Wasserstoffperoxid enthält und sowohl einen Weißindex von 80 oder mehr als auch einen Gelbindex von 8 oder weniger erfüllt,wobei der Weißindex und der Gelbindex wie in der Beschreibung dargelegt gemessen wurden,wobei das Wasserstoffperoxid in einer Konzentration verwendet wird, die in der Lösung zum Behandeln der Lyocell-Multifilamente während des Bleichens in einem Bereich von 2 Gew.-% bis 6 Gew.-% gehalten wird.
- Lyocell-Material nach Anspruch 9, wobei das gekräuselte Werg ein gekräuseltes Lyocell-Werg ist, das Wasserstoffperoxid in einer Menge von 110 ppm oder mehr und 1000 ppm oder weniger enthält und sowohl einen Weißindex von 80 bis 90 als auch einen Gelbindex von 1 bis 4 erfüllt, wobei der Weißindex und der Gelbindex wie in der Beschreibung dargelegt gemessen wurden.
- Lyocell-Material nach Anspruch 9, wobei das Öl in einer Konzentration verwendet wird, die in der Lösung zum Behandeln der Lyocell-Multifilamente während der Ölbehandlung in einem Bereich von 2 Gew.-% bis 8 Gew.-% gehalten wird.
- Lyocell-Material nach Anspruch 9, wobei die Lyocell-Spinnlösung 8 Gew.-% bis 13 Gew.-% der Zellstoffpulpe und 87 Gew.-% bis 92 Gew.-% der wässrigen NMMO-Lösung umfasst.
- Lyocell-Material nach Anspruch 12, wobei die Zellstoffpulpe 85 Gew.-% bis 99 Gew.-% Alpha-Cellulose umfasst und einen Polymerisationsgrad (DPw) von 600 bis 1700 aufweist.
- Zigarettenfilter, umfassend das Lyocell-Material nach Anspruch 9.
