Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Rüttelvorrichtung zum Verdichten einer Steinfüllung einer Gabionenkonstruktion, bei welcher die Steinfüllung (S) in eine Drahtgitterwandkonstruktion mit zwei beiderseits angeordneten Drahtgitterwänden (G) eingebracht ist, und mit einem Rüttelkörper, der zum Übertragen von Vibrationen auf die Steinfüllung (S) dient. Hierbei ist die Rüttelvorrichtung als Rüttelzange ausgebildet, die zwei ein einer Aufhängevorrichtung (1) angeordnete, seitwärts relativ zueinander bewegliche Backenplatten (4) aufweist, die jeweils außenseitig in Anlage an die beiden Drahtgitterwände (G) bewegbar sind, und die jeweils außenseitig mit mindestens einem Vibrationsmotor (5) versehen sind.The invention relates to a vibrating device for compacting a stone filling of a gabion construction, in which the stone filling (S) is introduced into a wire mesh wall construction with two wire mesh walls (G) arranged on both sides, and with a vibrating body which is used to transmit vibrations to the stone filling (S). . Außerdem erfolgt das Rütteln und die Verdichtung über die ganze, von den Backenplatten erfasste Höhe der Drahtgitterwände gleichzeitig und gleichmäßig, was einen wesentlichen Unterschied zu dem Rütteln der Steinfüllung nur mit einer oben aufgesetzten Rüttelplatte macht, denn dort erfolgt die Verdichtung der Steinfüllung mit zunehmender Distanz unterhalb der Rüttelplatte weniger intensiv, weshalb es bei dem bekannten Rüttelverfahren notwendig ist, die Steinfüllung in mehreren, jeweils eine relativ geringe Höhe aufweisenden Lagen vorzunehmen und das Rütteln nach Einfüllen jeder Lage erneut vorzunehmen.
