Definitions
- the invention relates to a one-piece base profile for the lower end of insulation panels on a wall of a building, with a substantially L-shaped base profile part and an outer profile part connected thereto, the base profile part having a wall leg that can be fastened to the wall and has a support leg that is aligned perpendicularly thereto in the intended installation position rests against the lower end face of the insulating boards, the outer profile part having a plaster leg aligned parallel to the wall leg with a connecting leg aligned perpendicularly thereto.
- a one-piece base profile for building insulation which has a first leg, which is intended for attachment to the building, a second leg, which is intended to rest against a closing end face of the insulation, and an outer strip area with a third leg, which is Abutment against the outside of the insulation is provided.
- the first leg, the second leg and the outer strip area are made of plastic, with an expansion area made of a plastic that is softer than the plastic of the second leg and the outer strip area being arranged in a transition area between the second leg and the outer strip area, in order to prevent an arrangement of the third leg, which rests on the outside of the insulation, at different distances from the first leg, which rests on the structure.
- the outer strip area with the reinforcement fabric attached to it can be pivoted by 90° with the aid of the flexible expansion area, such that the reinforcement fabric is aligned parallel to the second leg.
- the object of the present invention is, based on the prior art presented, to propose a one-piece base profile that can be produced inexpensively, offers a secure closure of the lower end of insulating boards on a wall of a building and that can be easily installed.
- the cleaning leg is fixed to the connecting leg and can be folded away outwards and has a gap or a clearance to the connecting leg, which is bridged in an articulated manner by a reinforcing fabric.
- the assembly of the insulating boards - after the attachment of the base profile to the wall - is thereby considerably simplified, since before the attachment of the insulating boards to the wall of the building the plaster leg can be folded outwards.
- the production of the "joint" for the plaster leg is very simple, since the reinforcement fabric attached to the outside of the plaster leg is used.
- the reinforcement fabric is fastened on both sides of the cut-out by means of a holding strip.
- the retaining strips can be made by co-extrusion or attached by ultrasonic welding.
- the base profile part and the outer profile part can be separately manufactured parts of the base profile, with the supporting limb of the base profile part having a plurality of first welding areas spaced apart from one another and running in the longitudinal direction of the profile, and the connecting limb of the outer profile part having a second welding area at its end facing the supporting limb, which is used to set a predeterminable Distance between the wall leg and the plaster leg can be welded to one of the first welding areas.
- the desired width of the supporting leg can be produced by cutting along one of the first welding areas.
- the advantage of the invention can be seen in particular in the fact that you do not have to produce or keep in stock a large number of base profiles for different insulation thicknesses, but instead, for example, only cut the standard basic profile part to the desired width when an order is received or when an order is received and one according to customer requirements manufactured outer profile part directly "in-line" by means of co-extrusion by means of PVC welding, for example.
- a base profile system consisting of base profile parts and outer profile parts, which can be combined to form a one-piece base profile for the lower end of insulation panels on a wall of a building.
- a further advantage of the invention is that the outer profile parts can each have identically designed connection legs together with the second welding area, but differently designed cleaning legs, drip webs and/or cleaning stripping edges. This allows us to react optimally to different customer requirements.
- the one-piece base profile 10 shown essentially consists of an L-shaped base profile part 11 and an outer profile part 12 welded thereto in 1 installation position shown rests against the lower end face 3 of the insulating board 1 .
- the outer profile part 12 has a plaster limb 15 aligned parallel to the wall limb 13 with a connecting limb 16 oriented perpendicularly thereto and lying in the plane of the supporting limb 14 , which rests on the outside 4 of the insulating board 1 .
- the support leg 14 and the connection leg 16 can - according to a simple embodiment - also be made in one piece.
- the base profile part 11 and the outer profile part 12 are separately manufactured parts of the one-piece base profile 10, the supporting leg 14 of the base profile part 11 having a plurality of first welding regions 21 spaced apart and running in the longitudinal direction of the profile.
- the connecting leg 16 of the outer profile part 12 has a second welding area 22 on its end facing the support leg 14 (see FIG 2 ), which can be welded to one of the first welding areas 21 of the supporting leg 14, depending on the desired width of the finished base profile 10.
- the support leg 14 can be used to set the required distance between the wall leg 13 and the plaster leg 15 with its total width (for insulation boards with 100 mm) or for insulation boards with 60 mm or 80 mm thick at one of the points indicated by dashed lines.
- the first and second welding areas 21, 22, at the ends of the support leg 14 and the connection leg 16 facing one another, are preferred by means of a co-extrudate 20 overlapping the two welding regions 21, 22.
- the first and second welding areas 21, 22 lined up next to one another form a receiving groove for the co-extrudate 20, a grooved structure being able to be formed at the bottom of this receiving groove for better adhesion of the co-extrudate. After welding, this results in a flat, smooth surface on which the end face 3 of the insulation board 1 rests.
- the mutually facing ends of the support leg 14 and the connection leg 16 have corresponding oblique cut surfaces 17, 18, the acute angle ⁇ of the cut surface 17 of the support leg 14 to its surface being 20° to 40°, preferably 25° (see Fig 2 ).
- the outer profile part 12 can be better supported by the supporting leg 14 during assembly and in the installation position.
- the plaster leg 15 is fixed to the connecting leg 16 so that it can be folded away to simplify the installation of the insulating boards 1 and has a gap or a clearance 28 for the connecting leg 16, which is bridged in an articulated manner by a reinforcing fabric 27 on the outside of the plaster leg 15.
- the joint for folding away the cleaning leg 15 is thus provided in a simple manner by the flexible reinforcement fabric 27 .
- the reinforcement fabric 27 is fastened on both sides of the cutout 28 by means of a holding strip 29, 30, the holding strips 29, 30 being produced by means of co-extrusion or attached by means of ultrasonic welding.
- the outer profile part 12 has a drip bar 24 in the extension of the plaster leg 15 beyond the connecting leg 16 , one holding strip 29 being fastened to the cleaning leg 15 and the other holding strip 30 to the drip strip 24 .
- At least one plaster removal edge 25, 26 is arranged on the drip bar 24 and serves to remove a filler or an external plaster layer.
- the invention also provides a particularly advantageous base profile system which, with simplified production and storage, can offer a large number of different, one-piece base profiles.
- the profile system has essentially identical base profile parts 11, which may have to be cut to the desired width before the attachment of an outer profile part 12.
- the outer profile parts 12 of the base profile system each have identical connecting legs 16 together with a second welding area 22 in order to be able to weld them to the supporting leg 14 without any problems, but they can have differently designed cleaning legs 15, drip bars 24 and/or cleaning edges 25, 26.

Abstract
Description
- Fig. 1
- ein erfindungsgemäßes einteiliges Sockelprofil in einer Schnittdarstellung normal zur Profilachse im eingebauten Zustand;
- Fig. 2
- das Sockelprofil gemäß
Fig. 1 vor der Verschweißung seiner Teilbereiche; - Fig. 3
Fig. 1 ; sowie - Fig. 4
Fig. 3 .
Fig. 2 ).
