Die Länge L1 kann z.B. in der Grössenordnung von etwa 4mm bis etwa 8mm liegen und insbesondere etwa 6mm betragen. Die Länge L2 ist vorzugsweise 1.5 bis 2.5 Mal so lange wie L1. Dies ermöglicht eine optimale Konzentration der Andruckkraft des Bedienelements 15 beim Schneiden des Flächengebildes 13. Vorzugsweise liegen die Gesamtlänge L des Bedienungselements 15 im Bereich von etwa 35mm bis etwa 50mm und seine Höhe H im Bereich von etwa 12mm bis etwa 18mm. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Messer 7 einfach verschoben werden kann, dass dabei ausreichend Druck im Bereich der Schneidkante 23 auf das Flächengebilde 13 ausgeübt werden kann, und dass der Platzbedarf zum Parkieren des Messers 7 in einem der Endbereiche des Führungsprofils 5 neben dem Flächengebilde 13 vergleichsweise klein ist. Die Länge des Führungskörpers 19 ist vorzugsweise etwa gleich lang wie die Unterseite des Bedienelements 15. Dies entspricht der Summe 2 L1 + L2. Soweit nichts anderes angegeben ist, sind angegebene Werte und Wertebereiche so zu verstehen, dass auch Werte und Wertebereiche innerhalb eines Toleranzbereichs von +/- 15% mit eingeschlossen sind.
An sich gegenüberliegenden Wandungsabschnitten des Führungskanals 27 ragen innenseitig Rippen 31 hervor, die im unteren Abschnitt des Führungskanals 27 eine Struktur mit C-förmigem Querschnitt zum Aufnehmen des Führungskörpers 19 definieren. Oberhalb dieser Rippen 31 sind Abschnitte der Wandung des Führungskanals 27 so gewölbt oder geneigt, dass sie am oberen Ende einen Führungsspalt begrenzen, dessen Breite näherungsweise der Breite des Halses 17 entspricht, sodass das Messer 7 entlang des Führungsprofils 5 mit geringem Spiel quer zur Verschieberichtung P verschoben werden kann. Angrenzend an die oberen Wandungsabschnitte umfasst das Führungsprofil 5 seitlich nach aussen hervorragende Schultern 33, wobei die innere Schulter 33 breiter ist und einen nach unten ragenden, elastisch verformbaren Endbereich 35 umfasst.
Das Führungsprofil 5 wird am Spendergehäuse 1 befestigt, indem das Klemmprofil 29 auf die Vorderwand 2 aufgesteckt wird.
