Abstract

The present invention relates to a product display system (2) comprising a device for presenting goods with a pedestal (4) and with a rear wall unit (6) which is or can be connected to the pedestal (4) so that the pedestal (4) and the rear wall unit (6) have an L-shaped cross section in a side view. Floors (16) can be fixed to the rear wall unit (6). The product display system (2) comprises two side parts (30), a front panel (20) and a base (28), wherein the side parts (30) and the front panel (20) can be fixed to the device in such a way that they are connected to the rear wall unit (6 ) form a goods accommodation space delimited on at least three sides by the side parts (30) and the rear wall unit (20), the base floor (28) for delimiting the goods accommodation space at the bottom on the side parts (30), the front panel (20) and/or the Device can be positioned.

Description

The present invention relates to a goods display system comprising a device for the presentation of goods with a pedestal and a rear wall unit which can be connected or is connected to the pedestal. When the back panel unit is connected to the pedestal, the device has an L-shaped cross section in a side view. Shelves can be attached to the rear wall unit, on which goods can be placed for presentation.

Devices for the presentation and / or storage of goods are in many applications furnishings that are not permanently placed in a retail outlet, but if necessary for z. B. special sales must be provided.

Devices for presenting and/or storing goods are known from the prior art. Such a device is exemplified in DE 20 2020 106 573 U1 shown.

The object of the present invention is to provide a product display system that can be used flexibly and is easy to operate.

The object is achieved in that the product display system also includes two side parts, a front panel and a base. The side panels and the front panel can be fixed to the device for the presentation of goods in such a way that, together with the rear wall unit, they form a goods receiving space that is delimited on at least three sides by the side parts and the rear wall unit. The base shelf can be positioned on the side parts, the front panel and/or the device for displaying goods, in particular the pedestal, in such a way that it delimits the goods receiving space at the bottom.

This creates a goods presentation system that can be flexibly adapted to changing needs for goods presentation in a salesroom. A shelf-like device for the presentation of goods with a pedestal and a rear wall unit to which floors can be fixed can be easily converted in such a way that a goods accommodation space that is limited at least on three sides and at the bottom is available. The device for presenting goods is suitable for presenting goods that are preferably presented and/or stored in a shelf-like arrangement. It can easily be converted for the presentation or storage of goods that are to be presented and/or stored in a goods receiving space in the manner of a sales or transport container.

According to the invention, the side parts are pivotably fixed to the rear wall unit. By means of a pivotable arrangement of the side parts on the rear wall unit, they can easily be moved from a position of use, in which they laterally delimit a goods receiving space, into a position of non-use and be taken back. The side panels are firmly and stably connected to the rear panel unit. The side parts can thus also be simply and stably fixed in the position of use. In particular, the side parts are each pivotably connected to the rear wall unit via at least one hinge, it being possible for the side parts to be lifted in the vertical direction. The hinges particularly preferably have stops that limit the movement of the side parts in the vertical direction. The vertically movable arrangement allows the side members to be easily engaged and disengaged from the pedestal when using bolted connections for connection to the pedestal. The product presentation system can be flexibly and easily converted. The side parts always remain arranged on the device and are therefore easy to find for conversion and can be stowed away when not in use.

Particularly preferably, the rear wall unit has a movably arranged, in particular removable, rear wall element, wherein the rear wall element can be transferred from a presentation position into a side part stowage position, in which the at least one side part can be pivoted into the rear wall unit, the rear wall element in front of the side part pivoted into the rear wall unit in the presentation position can be positioned. If the goods accommodation space is formed by a corresponding positioning of side parts, front panel and base plate, the rear wall unit or the rear wall element closes the goods accommodation space in such a way that goods placed in the goods accommodation space Goods cannot slide out of the goods receiving space between the rear wall unit and the base shelf. When the side parts are pivoted into the rear wall unit in the non-use position, the rear wall element moved in front of the side parts gives the rear wall unit an attractive appearance.

Preferably, the back wall element fixes the side parts in the back wall unit. Separate means for fixing the side parts in the non-use position can be dispensed with. The usability is simplified.

The delimitation of the goods receiving space on the fourth side is preferably supplemented by the front panel. In this way, a goods receiving space that is limited on all sides can be provided in a simple manner.

The base floor is advantageously designed as a wire grid. A base plate designed as a wire mesh can be produced easily and inexpensively and is easy to handle. In addition, any contamination can reach the floor of the salesroom through a base floor designed as a wire mesh.

The base floor can preferably be positioned at different heights. As a result, the goods receiving space can be easily adapted to accommodate different goods. Particularly preferably, the base shelf can be fixed to the side parts in a height-adjustable manner. The loads carried by the base can be transferred to the base frame via the side panels.

The base floor preferably has movably arranged handles which can be shifted between a handling position and a stowed position. In the stowed position, the handles are arranged in such a way that they do not protrude beyond a loading plane defined by the base floor. In the stowed position, the handles do not prevent the base floor from being loaded with goods. In the handling position, the handles are accessible to an operator. The base shelf can easily be moved to different heights using the handles. Particularly preferably, the handles are pivotably arranged on the base floor and in the stowed position can be pivoted into an area below the base floor.

The base floor preferably has a plurality of steel strips aligned parallel to one another and arranged on edge, with the pedestal having recesses into which the steel strips of the pedestal can be introduced. A base floor designed in this way is particularly resilient when positioned on the base frame with the steel strips in the corresponding recesses of the base frame.

The goods display system preferably includes a scanner rail that can be fixed to the base floor. Information regarding the presented goods, in particular the price, can be arranged on a scanner rail. The scanner rail can be used in the shelf-like configuration with the base shelf placed on the pedestal, and removed when the base shelf is used to define merchandise storage space.

The pedestal is preferably designed as a tubular frame construction with a contact area that is rectangular when viewed from above. The pedestal can be manufactured in a simple and inexpensive manner. More preferably, the pedestal delimits a rectangular pedestal receiving space on three sides. For this purpose, the pedestal leaves the pedestal receiving space open on one side. The base frame is also particularly preferably dimensioned in such a way that a Euro pallet can be placed in the base frame receiving space. Euro pallets are 1200 mm wide and 800 mm deep. Goods that are delivered on Euro pallets can be placed quickly and inexpensively in the salesroom in the goods presentation device. The device is easy to fill and can be used flexibly.

The pedestal preferably has rollers. At least some of these rollers can be locked in a particularly preferred manner. The device for presenting goods can thus be positioned easily and flexibly in a salesroom. It can also be easily removed from a salesroom when not in use.

Collision protection is particularly preferably arranged in the area of the rollers, in particular the front rollers. This protects the castors from damage, especially when a Euro pallet is positioned in the area of the base frame. The collision protection is preferably formed by a steel sheet which is arranged in the area of the respective roller on the base frame and protrudes into the base frame receiving space delimited by the base frame.

Preferably, the front panel and the side parts can each be connected to the pedestal by means of bolt connections. The bolts are particularly preferably arranged on the front panel and the side parts, whereas corresponding receptacles for the bolts are provided on the pedestal. This ensures that there are no protruding bolts on the pedestal if the front panel or the side parts are not arranged on the device in such a way that they delimit a goods receiving space. The operability of the device is increased since no elements protruding from the base frame can impede a loading process. In addition, the risk of injury for operating personnel and customers is reduced.

Particularly preferably, the front panel can be latched to the pedestal. In particular, the front panel has latches which can be introduced in the horizontal direction into corresponding latch-bolt recesses arranged on the base frame. The pedestal can have several latching recesses, so that the front panel can be latched to the pedestal at least in a use position, in which the front panel delimits the goods receiving space, and in a stowed position.

The front panel can preferably be connected to the respective side parts if these delimit a goods receiving space. The connection can be made in particular by means of wire clips. The goods receiving space, which can be created flexibly, is stably delimited by the side parts and the front panel.

The front panel particularly preferably has at least one hook on each side and the side parts at their front end in the position delimiting a goods receiving space each have at least one corresponding recess into which the hooks of the front panel can be inserted to fix the front panel to the side parts. The hooks arranged on the front panel are also preferably arranged in such a way that the front panel can be introduced into corresponding recesses on the rear wall unit, in particular into the recesses provided for receiving the bases on the rear wall unit.

The rear wall unit preferably comprises columns which are aligned vertically with their longitudinal directions in a mounting position of the rear wall unit. The columns are arranged parallel to one another and connected to one another, in particular via struts in an upper and lower area of the rear wall unit. The columns particularly preferably have a rectangular cross section with a great depth compared to the width of the columns. In particular, the columns are 110 mm deep and 30 mm wide. Due to the great depth of the columns, storage space can be provided between the columns with storage options for the base shelf, the side parts, and/or for any shelves of the goods display system as well as any accessories to be used with the shelves, such as fasteners, separating grids and/or border grids between the columns. The components of the product display system can be stowed in or on the rear wall unit. The elements are easily available for conversions and can be stored easily and in a space-saving manner. The usability of the goods presentation system is improved.

For better stowability, the base floor is preferably designed in several parts, in particular in two parts. The base floor is particularly preferably divided parallel to its direction of longitudinal extension.

The columns preferably have recesses for hooking in the base floor and/or the floors or fastening means of the floors at different heights. The floors can thus be placed at different heights and inclinations in a simple manner, preferably independently of one another. As a result, the arrangement of the bases can be easily adapted to different dimensions of goods to be presented and/or stored.

By using separate fastening means for the floors, in particular brackets, the floors and fastening means can be stowed away more easily on the rear wall unit. Floors with integrated fasteners, on the other hand, have a larger pack size. When using consoles, these are first hung on the rear wall unit and then the shelves are placed on the consoles. In particular, U-profiles for receiving the consoles are arranged on the floors for this purpose. The fastening means are in particular provided with holes with which they can be threaded onto a hook arranged on the rear wall unit for stowage.

Particularly preferably, side parts arranged so as to be pivotable on the rear wall element are arranged in such a way that they leave the recesses at least partially free in the position of use, so that the base shelf and/or the shelves can also be fixed adjacent to the side part on the columns when the side part is pivoted into the position of use. The usability of the goods presentation system is improved.

The goods display system advantageously includes an adapter frame for attachment baskets. This can be arranged on the rear wall unit and allows the use of attachment baskets of commercially available product display systems that could otherwise not be used with the present product display system due to different dimensions.

Preferably, the side parts each comprise two side part elements that are pivotably connected to one another. The side part elements are connected in such a way, in particular hinged in length, that the length of the side parts can be shortened by pivoting the side parts against one another. This is particularly advantageous when using a three-column backplane unit. Two-part or multi-part side parts can each be swiveled into the area between two columns. In particular, if the goods receiving space is formed by the side parts, the front panel and the rear wall unit above a pedestal that is designed to accommodate a Euro pallet, the sum of the lengths of the side parts is greater than the width of the rear wall unit. side panels, each through pivotally connected side part elements are formed, can be stowed more easily in the rear wall unit, in particular between two columns. The side part elements preferably each have receptacles for individual partial base floors of a two-part or multi-part base floor. A base floor composed of two or more partial base floors can be fixed in a simple manner to the side part elements of the side parts, preferably at different heights. The goods receiving space can thus be delimited downwards by the base floor in a simple, reliable and stable manner. The usability of the goods presentation system is improved.

A divided base shelf is particularly preferably divided in the same ratio as the side part elements of the side parts if the base shelf can be fixed to the side parts in a height-adjustable manner. In this case, the loads acting on the base floor can be introduced particularly easily via the side parts into the base frame.

Preferably, the side parts have two side part elements which are pivotally connected to each other in the middle of the side parts. In this case, the side part elements can be designed as identical parts. The side parts can be manufactured inexpensively.

Particularly preferably, a base floor divided as described above can then also be formed from two identical parts, which can be fixed in a height-adjustable manner on the side part elements of the side parts, which are divided in the same ratio. Forces acting on the base can simply be introduced into the base frame via the side parts or the side part elements.

The front panel can preferably be fixed in a non-use position, when it is not being used in order to delimit a goods receiving space, directly in front of the rear wall unit on the rear wall unit and/or on the pedestal. When not in use, the front panel can be stowed away easily and to save space. At the same time, it is quickly available for any necessary conversion work. The usability of the goods presentation system is improved.

The front panel preferably comprises two front panel elements which are arranged one above the other in a vertical direction in a position of use. The upper front panel element is movably arranged in the vertical direction. By lowering the upper front panel element, the accessibility of a goods storage space delimited by the front panel can be improved.

1 shows a goods display system 2 according to the invention with a pedestal 4 and a rear wall unit 6. The pedestal 4 is designed as a rectangular tubular frame construction which encloses a pedestal receiving space on three sides. The fourth side, the front, is open. A euro-pallet, which is not part of the goods display system 2, is shown placed in the pedestal receiving space. Rollers 8 are arranged on the pedestal 4, via which the Pedestal 4 and the further elements of the goods display system 2 arranged thereon can be easily displaced in space. The rear wall unit 6 comprises three columns 10. The columns 10 are designed as rectangular hollow profiles. They have recesses 12 into which fastening means 14 are introduced. A rear wall elevation 18 is arranged on the rear wall unit 6 . For this purpose, the base floor 28 is divided into two sub-base floors. A base shelf 28 divided in this way can be stowed on the rear wall unit 6 in a space-saving manner. The base floor 28 is easy to find and available for retrofitting the product display system 2 .

In the rear view it can be seen that the side parts 30 are arranged on the rear wall unit 6 in a pivotable manner via hinges 32 . in the in 2 shown configuration, the side parts 30 are pivoted between the columns 10 of the rear wall unit 6 in a non-use position. The rear wall elements 26 cover the side parts 30 in a view from the front. In order to be able to pivot the side parts 30 into the area between two columns 10, they are divided into two. The two side part elements 34 can be pivoted through 180° towards one another. The side parts 30 can thus be compactly stowed away when not in use.

The side parts 30 can be raised in the hinges 32 in the vertical direction to a certain extent. This serves to connect the side parts 30 via bolt connections to the base frame 8 or the side parts 30 from the To solve base 8. In order to prevent the side parts 30 from being accidentally lifted out of the hinges 32, after the side parts 30 have been installed, stops can be provided which limit the mobility of the side parts 30 in the vertical direction.

3 and 4 show the product display system 2 in an alternative configuration. The base floor 28 is here arranged on the pedestal 4 . Goods to be presented can be placed on the base floor 28 .

In Figures 5 to 10 It is shown how the placement of the side parts 30 and the front panel 24 creates a goods receiving space that is delimited by the side parts 30, the front panel 24 and the base floor 28 . The bases 16, not shown in these figures, and the associated fastening means 14 are arranged between the columns 10 of the rear wall unit 6 and stowed there in a space-saving and easily accessible manner.

First, the front panel 20 placed in front of the rear panel unit 6 is removed.

Since in the present case the side parts 30 are each arranged between two columns 10 of the rear wall unit 6 in the non-use position, the rear wall elements 26 must first be removed from the rear wall unit 6 . The side parts 30 can then be pivoted into the position of use. The side part elements 34 are in this case pivoted through 180° to one another.

The front panel 20 is then placed on the pedestal 4 and connected to the side parts 30 . The connection between the front panel 20 and side parts 30 can be made using wire clips. The front panel 20 is connected to the pedestal 4 by means of a bolt connection.

The fully converted goods presentation system 2 is in 10 shown. The goods receiving space delimited by the side parts 30, the front panel 20, the rear wall unit 6 or its rear wall elements 26 and the base floor 28 can be seen.

11 and 12 show the goods display system 2, in which the base shelf 28 is hung at different heights on the side parts 30 and the rear wall unit 6. The rear wall elements 26 delimit the goods receiving space in such a way that no goods can pass between the base floor 28 and the rear wall unit 6 or rear wall elements 26 into the space below the goods receiving space.

13 and 14 show the product display system 2, in which the upper front panel element 24 is partially or completely lowered in the vertical direction. In the exemplary embodiment, the upper bezel member 24 is located behind the lower bezel member 22 in the lowered position. This improves the accessibility of the through the front panel 20, the side parts 30, the rear wall unit 6 or its rear wall elements 26 and the base floor 28 limited goods receiving space improved. Figure 17a shows the fixed on the pedestal 4 front panel 20. The front panel 20 includes a latch 42, with which it is fixed to the pedestal 4. The latch 42 is in Figure 17b shown enlarged. 18 shows a section of the pedestal 4 and the front panel 20 detached from it. The locking bar recess 44 on the pedestal 4 can be seen, with which the locking bar 42 interacts to lock the front panel 20 in place. In addition, steel strip recesses 46 for receiving steel strips 40 of the base floor 28 can be seen.

This is in the Figures 19 to 21 also shown. The base floor 28 has movably arranged handles 48 . In this exemplary embodiment, the handles 48 are pivotably arranged and can be pivoted into a stowed position in which they are below a receiving plane formed by the base floor 28 are arranged. The handles 48 in the stowed position are in 21 shown. However, the handles 48 can also be used to fix the base floor 28 to the side parts 30 at different heights.

22 and 23 show the floors 16 with the associated fastening means 14. The fastening means 14 are in this case designed as consoles which are separate from the floors 16 and which are hung in recesses 12 in the columns 10 of the rear wall unit 6, as in FIG 24 shown. The floors 16 have U-profiles with which they can be hung on the fastening means 14. this is in 25 shown. If the fasteners 14 are separate from the bases 16, the bases 16 and the fasteners 14 can be stowed away more easily and flexibly on the rear wall unit 6. However, bases 16 can also have integrated fastening means 14 . Floors 16 with integrated fasteners 14 are easier to handle.

In 26a to 28 a collision protection 50 is shown. The collision protection 50 is arranged on the base frame 4 in the area of the front rollers 8 . The rollers 8 are protected by the collision protection 50 from possible damage when introducing Euro pallets into a goods receiving space of the base frame 4. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the collision protection 50 is formed by a steel sheet which protrudes into the goods receiving space and is fixed to the pedestal.

Figures 29 to 34 show an adapter frame 52 and the use of the adapter frame 52 with attachment baskets 54. It is known to use attachment baskets 54 with goods presentation and transport containers. The hybrid product display system 2 can be converted into a configuration in which it forms such a product display and transport container. In particular, if the pedestal 4 is designed to form a goods receiving space for receiving a Euro pallet, the goods display and transport container formed by the hybrid goods display system 2 is wider than the previously known goods display and transport container. The adapter frame 52 allows the use of any existing attachment baskets 54 for previously known goods presentation and transport containers with the hybrid goods presentation system 2.

The adapter frame 52 is hooked into the recesses 12 on the columns 10 of the rear wall unit 6 , in particular in a position in which the adapter frame 52 is in contact with the side parts 30 . The adapter frame 52 has mounting rails 56 which are offset inwards. An attachment basket 54 can be placed on the receiving rails 56 . Two attachment baskets 54 can also be arranged one above the other on the adapter frame 52, as in 34 shown.
