Definitions

  • the invention relates to a locking device for connecting two assemblies to one another according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a closure device comprises a first closure part, which is assigned to a first of the assemblies and has a first magnetic element, and a second closure part, which has a second magnetic element.
  • the first closure part and the second closure part can be placed against one another along a closing direction under magnetic attraction between the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element, are held together mechanically and/or magnetically in a closed position and can be separated from one another to open the closure device.
  • Such a closure device can be designed, for example, in the form of a magnetic-mechanical closure, as in the EP 2 040 572 B1 , the EP 2 252 176 B1 , the EP 2 833 754 B1 , the EP 2 825 075 B1 , the WO 2019/096447 A1 or the WO 2018/158336 A1 described.
  • two assemblies can be connected to one another using such a locking device.
  • the attachment takes place with magnetic support from the magnetic elements, whereby the locking parts are magnetically attracted to one another when attached.
  • the locking parts are connected to one another and thus held together by the magnetic attraction and preferably also by a mechanical latch.
  • To open the The locking device allows the locking parts to be separated from each other so that the assemblies can be detached from each other.
  • the closure parts are generally designed as rigid parts.
  • the second assembly for example, can be a flexible part, such as a textile part.
  • the desire here is to be able to connect the second closure part to the associated second assembly in a flexible, simple and cost-effective manner.
  • the EN 20 2020 100 438 U1 discloses a lock for a container, in particular for a carrying container in the form of a knapsack, a rucksack or the like, comprising a receiving unit which is designed to be fastened to a wall of the container, and an engagement unit which is designed to be fastened to a container lid which is movable relative to the wall and to be releasably engaged with the receiving unit.
  • the EN 10 2015 216 242 A1 discloses a closure device for fastening an object to a carrier element.
  • the closure device comprises a first closure part which has a first connecting portion, a second closure part which has a second connecting portion, and a magnet device which acts as a magnetic attraction between the first closure part and the second closure part when the closure parts are placed against one another.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a closure device which enables a flexible, simple and cost-effective connection of at least one of the closure parts to an associated assembly.
  • the closure device comprises a connecting part which has a fastening device for fastening the second closure part to the connecting part and an integration section for fixing the connecting part to a second of the assemblies.
  • the connecting part is designed as an additional part to the first and second closure parts.
  • the connecting part serves to establish a connection between the second closure part and the associated second assembly by fixing the connecting part to the second assembly and creating a fastening for the second closure part via the fastening device provided on the connecting part.

  • the second assembly can be a textile component, for example a shoe or a piece of clothing. Because the connecting part creates an intermediate piece between the second fastening part and the second assembly, the second assembly can be manufactured and connected to the connecting part without the second fastening part having to be connected to the connecting part. This avoids any impact on the second closure part during manufacture of the second assembly, for example any heat impact on the second magnetic element of the second closure part.

In addition, maintenance, renewal or repair can be carried out by replacing or restoring the second closure part.
  • the connecting part can be manufactured as an identical part and can be used with very different locking devices, which can further contribute to cost-effective production.
  • the connecting part can also be designed entirely as a component of the associated assembly, for example as a housing part in which the fastening device is implemented.

  • the connecting part 4 has a fastening device 41 which is designed to produce a positive connection with the second closure part 3.
  • the fastening device 41 has two form-locking elements 412 extending parallel to one another, between which the body 30 of the second closure part 3 can be pushed along a fastening direction U perpendicular to the closing direction X, as can be seen from Fig.6 in conjunction with Fig. 10 to 13A , 13B is visible.
  • the body 30 lies between the form-locking elements 412 and is in contact with a stop element 413 via a front edge, so that the body 30 assumes a defined position between the form-locking elements 412 along the fastening direction U.
  • the position of the body 30 in relation to the connecting part 4 is secured via a locking element 414, which is deflected when the body 30 is inserted and, in the fastened position, is in engagement with a rear edge of the body 30, so that the hold of the second closure part 3 along the fastening direction U on the connecting part 4 is secured.
  • connection of the second closure part 3 from the connecting part 4 can be released by pushing the second closure part 3 counter to the fastening direction U out of engagement with the form-locking elements 412.
  • connection via the form-locking elements 412 in the fastened position can be designed such that in the event of excessive loading, for example when a tear-off force is applied to the second closure part 3 that exceeds a limit force, the second closure part 3 can be disengaged from the form-locking elements 412 in the vertical direction. In this way, an emergency release can be provided in the event of excessive loading.
  • a closure device 1 has closure parts 2, 3, identical to those previously described in the embodiment according to Fig. 1 to 5A-5C Functionally and structurally, the closure parts 2, 3 are similar in the embodiments according to Fig. 14 to 16 and Fig. 1 to 5A-5C , whereby the closure part 2 is shown in Fig. 14 to 16 is not shown.
  • a fastening device 41 is integrated into a housing part of an associated second assembly 6, so that the second closure part 3 can be fastened directly to the second assembly 6 via the fastening device 41.
  • the fastening device 41 has engagement elements 410 which are arranged within an opening 400 formed in the housing part of the assembly 6 and project inward into the opening 400.
  • the engagement elements 410 can be brought into engagement with the engagement openings 31 on the body 30 of the closure part 3 to produce a bayonet connection, in order to thereby produce a positive connection between the engagement elements 410 and the body 30 of the closure part 3, as described above with reference to Fig. 1 to 5A-5C has been described.
  • the closure part 3 is thus fixed directly to the associated second assembly 6 via the bayonet connection.
  • no separate connecting part 4 is provided for the second assembly 6, but the fastening device 41 is integrated directly into the second assembly 6, for example a housing part of the second assembly 6.
  • the second closure part is detachable from the connecting part, which enables maintenance, renewal or restoration of the second closure part by the second closure part being able to be detached from the connecting part and replaced or repaired.
  • the detachable connection also enables easy recycling, as the second closure part or at least parts of the second closure part, for example the magnetic element of the second closure part, can be reused.
  • the connecting part can be manufactured easily and inexpensively and can also be adapted to the associated assembly.
  • the connecting part can, for example, be manufactured together with the associated assembly by attaching the connecting part to the assembly during production or, if necessary, by manufacturing it integrally with the second assembly. Only then is the second closure part attached to the connecting part so that any impairment of the second closure part, for example due to Heat exposure to the magnetic element of the second locking part is avoided during production of the assembly.
