Definitions
- Two-part belt device and method for adjusting a belt device and how to use the belt device Two-part belt device and method for adjusting a belt device and how to use the belt device
- the invention relates to a two-part belt device and a method for adjusting the two-part belt device and a use of the belt device according to the independent claims.
- EP 0962616 B1 discloses a two-part door hinge consisting of two housings, which is designed for heavy or wide doors. An adjustment, i.e. adjustment of the door relative to the door frame by manipulating the door hinge, is achieved by eccentric bearing sleeves or eccentric bolts. Furthermore, the weight of the door is applied to the bolt by a pressure washer.
- EP 0 271 053 A2 discloses a generic, two-part hinge for a door or for a window, consisting of two housing parts.
- a two-part hinge device is to be created for a door, a gate or a window, which allows an intuitive, quick and thus cost-saving alignment of the door or the window relative to the frame.
- a method is to be created with which an intuitive, fast and thus cost-saving alignment of the door or the window relative to the frame is made possible.
- the belt device should be used in such a way that the number of movement cycles with the belt device is increased.
- a two-part hinge device for a door, a gate or a window comprising a first housing part and a second housing part which form a hinge housing in the assembled state, a rod which runs in the first housing part and the second housing part along their axis direction, the rod at least three consecutive - a first, a second and a third rod sections.
- the first rod section is supported by a clamp in the first housing part and the third rod section carries it the second housing part.
- the rod can be adjusted independently of one another in the region of the second rod section in two directions at an angle to one another relative to the first housing part, and the two directions at an angle to one another are arranged transversely to the axial direction of the rod.
- the two-part hinge device is particularly easy and can be adjusted in a few simple steps by just one person / fitter so that the door or window that is arranged on the hinge device can be opened and closed over hundreds of thousands of cycles without resistance and reproducibly .
- the rod can be inserted into a first housing opening in the first housing part.
- the second housing part is in operative connection with the rod in that it carries the second housing part, as described above.
- the third rod section can be inserted into a second housing opening of the second housing part, so that the second housing part is simply rotatably mounted in the second housing opening with respect to the first housing part.
- the first housing part and / or the second housing part advantageously contain at least one adjusting device for adjusting the height as an extension of the rod.
- the adjustment device for height adjustment is arranged in one of the two housing parts, so that the height adjustment takes place with only one adjustment mechanism.
- an adjusting device for height adjustment can be provided in each of the two housing parts, so that the two housing parts can be easily adjusted relative to one another.
- the at least one adjusting device is in operative connection with the rod, so that the distance between the first housing part and the second housing part can be adjusted based on the movement of the rod in the hinge housing.
- first housing part and / or the second housing part are teardrop-shaped and have a flat fastening section for the door tabs or door frame tabs.
- the hinge device can thus be attached to the door or to the door frame in a simpler and more stable manner.
- actuators are suitable, such as screws, pins, bolts, and others.
- the pole is in a defined area, the second Rod section, in two directions at an angle to each other relative to the first housing part, independently of each other, adjustable so that the two-part hinge device can only be adjusted intuitively and easily in two spatial directions with the aid of the rod. This means that there is no need for a trained fitter on the construction site to adjust the two-part hinge device.
- the respective spindles can be secured in the rod with a chemical locking agent, for example by using Tuflok® or Nytemp® as a chemical locking agent. Chemical locking agents for spindles have a high locking effect, even at high temperatures.
- the rod is preferably designed as a pendulum rod or as a bolt.
- a bolt has, for example, a cylindrical outer surface so that it can be easily and symmetrically inserted into the respective openings of the first housing part and the second housing part and these can simply rotate about the axis direction of the rod.
- a pendulum rod is a movably mounted rod which is mounted at least at one point in the hinge housing and thereby efficiently carries the second housing part, so that the two-part hinge device can be easily adjusted at least around this point.
- the pendulum rod preferably has at least one polygon-shaped section on the second rod section.
- the polygonal section for example a cuboid section, has at least one polygonal cross section which is formed symmetrically about the axis device of the rod.
- the rod is adjusted relative to the first housing part on the second rod section, the polygonal section comprising an actuator, for example a screw.
- This actuator holds the rod stationary and enables the rod to be adjusted relative to one of the housing parts.
- the second rod section of the pendulum rod has a spherical section or a cylindrical section, the respective section comprising at least one actuator, as described here, so that the pendulum rod can be easily inserted and adjusted into the first housing part.
- the second rod section of the pendulum rod has a section with a cross-section that is enlarged compared to the first rod section.
- the pendulum rod advantageously has at least one cylindrical section as the first rod section.
- the cylindrical section has a cylindrical jacket surface which is formed symmetrically about the axis direction of the rod. That The second housing part can easily be rotated around the first rod section, which is designed as a cylindrical section.
- the first rod section of the pendulum rod advantageously has a polygonal section.
- the polygonal section on the first rod section of the pendulum rod can serve as an anti-twist device in order to hold the pendulum rod in the first housing part in a rotationally fixed manner about the axis direction.
- the pendulum rod advantageously has at least two removal notches along its longitudinal extension. This gives the pendulum rod a bone profile so that material savings are made possible and the mass-to-rigidity ratio of the pendulum rod is improved.
- the at least two removal notches extend at least partially into the first and third rod sections and along the entire second rod section, so that maximum material savings are possible.
- the rod is preferably designed in one piece.
- a one-piece rod is easy to manufacture and has an intrinsically high strength, so that any wear or deformation of the rod when the band device is in use is reduced.
- the rod is preferably designed in two parts, the rod consisting of a first rod element and a second rod element.
- Two-part rods enable simpler production, in particular if the shapes and / or the materials of the two rod elements are designed differently.
- the two rod elements have connecting sections with which the two rod elements can be mechanically, for example screwed, connected to form a rod. Furthermore, the tilt angle can easily be compensated for with a two-part rod, so that the joint of the door, window or gate remains movable and tilting of the joint can thus be prevented.
- the first rod section is advantageously arranged on the first rod element and the third rod section is arranged on the second rod element, the second rod section including sections of the first and second rod elements.
- the rod can thus be clamped on the first rod element in the first housing part.
- the second housing part is in a load-bearing force-operative connection with the second rod element, so that it can be rotated easily and largely without play.
- the adjustment of the rod, as described here, on both rod elements leads to increased flexibility when adjusting the belt device.
- the second rod element preferably comprises a sleeve for introducing the force from the second housing part, the second rod section being arranged at least in sections on the sleeve.
- the bushing is arranged in a stationary manner on the second rod element and is arranged in a rotationally fixed manner in the axial direction of the rod and thus additionally forms the rod.
- the bushing typically consists of a material that differs from the first rod element, in particular a material with a higher wear resistance or strength behavior than the first rod element. With the appropriate material pairing, the service life of the belt device is significantly increased because the tribological properties in the two-part belt device can be optimized.
- the pendulum rod is advantageously a three-axis ellipsoid.
- the load peaks are better distributed when the band device is in use at the neuralgic sections of the pendulum rod, in particular at the second rod section, since the load syringes are intercepted at these sections with an increase in material.
- the first rod section and the second rod section have a smaller material thickness, so that at least the first rod section can be easily inserted into the sleeve and the outer diameter of the sleeve is reduced.
- a hinge device with such a pendulum rod enables use for window, gate or door systems according to DIN EN1935: 2002 for load cases with a door weight of up to 350kg, for example.
- the rod is preferably adjustable in the region of the second rod section by means of actuators, which are advantageously spindles.
- the actuators effect a reproducible adjustment of the rod along the directions at an angle to one another.
- An actuator can be present for each of the two directions at an angle to one another.
- Spindles can be designed as screws, such as worm screws, for example, which are arranged movably along a longitudinal extent of a threaded hole on the second rod section in the rod.
- the spindles are easily and independently adjustable to adjust the rod in the belt housing.
- the second rod section has at least two threaded bores, which run along these mutually facing directions and are offset along the axial direction.
- the at least two removal notches on the second rod section advantageously each have a flat point.
- the actuators can thus be easily inserted into the threaded hole, so that the adjustment of the hinge device is simplified.
- the rod is preferably secured with an anti-twist device against undesired axis rotation about the axis direction. This means that the rod can be held in the hinge housing in a rotationally fixed manner.
- a polygonal plate which is preferably square or octagonal
- a locking ring can be designed as an anti-twist device.
- the locking ring for example a shaft locking ring, can serve as a pull-out lock, so that an undesired removal of the rod from the hinge housing can be prevented.
- the first rod section of the pendulum rod advantageously has a polygonal section.
- the polygonal section on the first rod section of the pendulum rod can serve as an anti-twist device in order to hold the pendulum rod in the first housing part in a rotationally fixed manner about the axis direction.
- the rod is preferably clamped on the first rod section opposite the first housing part in the radial and advantageously in the axial direction. In this way, the rod on the first rod section is held stationary in the first housing part, which simplifies the alignment of the second housing part and thus the door or window on the frame during assembly.
- At least one first adjustment opening and one further adjustment opening are preferably present.
- the actuators are thus easily accessible, so that the rod can be easily adjusted relative to the first housing part.
- the first adjustment opening and the further adjustment openings are preferably arranged offset in two directions which are at an angle to one another.
- the first rod section of the rod preferably has a spherical head which is precisely fitting for clamping, the clamping comprising a spherical shell-shaped bearing.
- the rod is thus clamped at points in the spherical shell-shaped bearing and thus in the first housing part, so that an effective adjustment can take place around this point in the spherical shell-shaped bearing.
- the precisely fitting spherical head advantageously has polygonal surfaces arranged radially, a prism-shaped plate being arranged on the spherical-shell-shaped bearing. As a result, the load distribution in the first housing part is improved and an anti-twist device is implemented.
- the precisely fitting ball head advantageously has polygonal surfaces which are arranged radially and which engage in a polygon-shaped bearing, for example a prism-shaped bearing.
- This provides an effective anti-twist device, while at the same time reducing the number of components.
- a rotation lock is advantageously arranged in the ball head in order to hold the rod in the first housing part in a rotationally fixed manner about the axis direction.
- the anti-rotation device can be designed as a first bolt, which extends at least in sections through the ball head and in sections protrudes from the ball head.
- the protruding section of the first bolt is in an operative connection with the first housing part, for example in an elongated hole or in a groove in the first housing part, so that the rod is held in a rotationally fixed manner.
- the first bolt can serve as a pull-out protection so that an undesired removal of the rod from the first housing part can be prevented.
- the first bolt is advantageously arranged parallel to at least one of the two mutually standing directions, transverse to the axial direction of the rod. This provides a pull-out safety device which is easy to manufacture.
- the first rod section of the rod has a precisely fitting polygon head for clamping, the clamping comprising a polygonal bearing.
- the rod is thus clamped on several sides in the polygonal bearing and thus in the first housing part, so that the rod is securely held.
- the polygon head can serve as an anti-twist device in order to hold the rod in the first housing part in a rotationally fixed manner about the axis direction.
- the rod is preferably adjustable by means of at least four spindles, one spindle each being arranged in the first rod section and in the third rod section, which have two directions at an angle to one another, and two spindles are arranged in the second rod section, the first spindle being parallel in the second rod section is aligned with the spindle of the first rod section and the second spindle in the second rod section is aligned parallel to the spindle of the third rod section.
- the rod can thus be adjusted in such a way that the first housing part can only be adjusted in a first spatial direction and the second housing part can only be adjusted in a further spatial direction. This results in a simple adjustment of the belt device, whereby only one person, for example a fitter or a non-specialist, is required.
- the rod is adjustable by means of at least four spindles, one spindle each being arranged in the first rod section and in the third rod section, which have two directions at an angle to one another and two spindles are arranged in the second rod section , the first spindle in the second rod section perpendicular to the spindle of the first Rod portion is aligned and the second spindle in the second rod portion is aligned perpendicular to the spindle of the third rod portion.
- the rod can thus be adjusted in such a way that the housing parts can each be adjusted both in a first spatial direction and in a further spatial direction. This results in increased flexibility in the adjustment of the belt device, with only one person, for example a fitter, being required.
- the third rod section of the rod is preferably designed as a spherical head bolt on which the bushing rests.
- a spherical head bolt has a spherical end on one end face of the rod, the diameter of which can be larger than the diameter of the rod, for example the first rod section. The spherical end can be easily positioned in the sleeve.
- An anti-rotation device is advantageously arranged in the ball head bolt in order to hold the rod in the second housing part in a rotationally fixed manner about the axis direction.
- the anti-rotation device can be designed as a second bolt, which extends at least in sections through the ball head bolt and in sections protrudes from the ball head bolt.
- the protruding section of the second bolt is in an operative connection with the second housing part, so that the rod is held in a rotationally fixed manner.
- the second bolt can serve as a pull-out protection so that an undesired removal of the rod from the second housing part can be prevented.
- the second bolt is advantageously arranged parallel to at least one of the two mutually related directions, transverse to the axial direction of the rod. This provides a pull-out safety device which is easy to manufacture.
- the ball head bolt comprises facets in order to form an anti-twist device so that the rod can be fixed in the second housing part in a rotationally fixed manner about the axis direction.
- the ball head bolt has polygonal surfaces in order to form an anti-twist device so that the rod is held in the second housing part in a rotationally fixed manner about the axis direction.
- An axial bearing is advantageously introduced between the second housing part and the bushing, so that there is a simple axial bearing of the rod.
- the axial bearing is advantageously arranged in a non-positive manner in a housing part so that it is held securely in the hinge device.
- the axial bearing has a shoulder and is arranged in a form-fitting manner with the aid of a securing device in the second housing part in order to prevent undesired displacement in the hinge device.
- first rod section Joining a first housing part with a second housing part to form a door hinge housing, a first rod section being arranged in the first housing part and a third rod section of the rod being inserted at least in sections into an opening in the second housing part;
- This method enables an intuitive, quick and thus cost-saving alignment of the door or the window relative to the frame.
- the adjustment of the rod in the second rod section is preferably effected by actuating at least two actuators.
- a use according to the invention of the two-part hinge device described here takes place when the first housing part is arranged on a pivotable door or gate or window frame or door leaf and the second housing part is arranged on a stationary door or gate or window frame.
- the first rod section of the rod in the first housing part is supported by the clamping and the third rod section of the rod is supported in the second housing part, so that the load in the two-part belt device is much more favorable.
- the two-part belt device is thus more cost-effective and can be dimensioned smaller in terms of its dimensions, and the number of movement cycles is increased.
