Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zum Testen von ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalitäten im Schienenverkehr.
  • Im europäischen Schienenverkehr wird das bekannte Zugsicherungssystem "European Train Control System, ETCS" verwendet, das als Zugbeeinflussungssystem ein grundlegender Bestandteil des zukünftigen einheitlichen europäischen Eisenbahnverkehrsleitsystems ERTMS ist. Das ETCS soll langfristig die verschiedenen Zugbeeinflussungssysteme in Europa ablösen. Diese Standardisierung ermöglicht eine starke Vereinfachung der signaltechnischen Ausrüstung der Züge in den transeuropäischen Schienennetzen sowie einen einheitlichen hohen Sicherheitsstandard der Infrastruktur. Dabei bleibt die Streckenausrüstung weiterhin unter nationaler Aufsicht.
  • Beim ETCS ist eine so genannte "On-Board Unit, OBU" als Baugruppe auf jedem Schienenfahrzeug vorgesehen.
  • Mit dieser OBU-Baugruppe wird die Bewegung des Schienenfahrzeugs überwacht. Im Notfall veranlasst bzw. leitet die OBU auch eine Zwangsbremsung ein. Für die Überwachung stützt sie sich auf Zugdaten, die über Eingaben des Fahrers des Schienenfahrzeugs vorbekannt sind, sowie auf Daten von der Strecke, die sie durch Balisen und im Fall von "ETCS Level 2" zusätzlich per Funk von einem "Radio-Block-Center, RBC" erhält. Sie sendet permanent Positionsdaten an das Radio-Block-Center, so dass dieses den Zuglauf verfolgen kann.
  • Das "Radio-Block-Center, RBC" ist hier im Stellwerk angeordnet bzw. vorgesehen, um den oben genannten "ETCS-Level 2-Betrieb" zu realisieren.
  • Das Radio-Block-Center RBC erhält vom Stellwerk sicherungstechnische Daten einer Fahrstrecke, beispielweise Daten zur eingestellten Fahrstrecke, zu belegten Gleisabschnitten, etc.
  • Das Radio-Block-Center RBC bestimmt daraus für jedes Schienenfahrzeug, das sich im Kontrollbereich des Stellwerks befindet, jeweils geltende Sicherheitsinformationen.
  • Die für ein vorbestimmtes Schienenfahrzeug ermittelten Sicherheitsinformationen werden vom Radio-Block-Center RBC an die On-Board Unit OBU des zugehörigen Schienenfahrzeugs übermittelt.
  • Diese Übermittlung wird unter Verwendung einer Funkverbindung, bevorzugt über das bekannte System GSM-R, durchgeführt.
  • Beim "ETCS Level 2" ist eine ständige Kommunikation zwischen Schienenfahrzeug und einer ETCS-Zentrale bzw. Stellwerk via Euroradio vorgesehen.
  • Für einen Test von ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalitäten im Feldbetrieb wird ein Radio-Block-Center RBC benötigt, das jedoch nur für einen Regelbetrieb auf einer bestimmten Strecke vorgesehen ist.
  • Für Testfahrten ergeben sich damit folgende Nachteile:
    • Testfahrten sind nur auf bestimmten Strecken und zu bestimmten Zeiten möglich. In der Regel sind Voranmeldungen nötig und es werden Gebühren fällig. In manchen Projekten sind auch aufwendige Überführungen notwendig.
    • Die Kooperation mit einem Fahrdienstleiter im Stellwerk wird benötigt, die ggf. in Konkurrenz zum normalen Betrieb auf der Teststrecke steht.
    • Spezielle Funktionen (z.B. für Tunnel, neutrale Abschnitte, u.a) können nur unter realen Bedingungen getestet werden, so dass auf der Teststrecke die Anwendung dieser Funktionalitäten möglich sein muss. Dies bedingt einen erhöhten Zeitaufwand.
    • Sind die Möglichkeiten zum Testen der genannten speziellen Funktionen auf der Teststrecke nicht gegeben, ist ein Feldtest nicht durchführbar.
    • Fehler des Personals bzw. zugehörige Stresssituationen können im Feld nicht getestet werden, da das RBC nur für den regulären Betrieb vorgesehen ist und Fehlersituationen nicht zulässt.
  • Diese Probleme wurden bisher ausschließlich organisatorisch gelöst, indem entsprechend Zeit für Testfahrten auf offiziellen Teststrecken eingeplant wurde. Darüber hinaus wurden diejenigen Funktionen, die auf der Teststrecke nicht prüfbar waren, lediglich im Labor getestet.
  • Aus Dokument DE 10 2018 116 919 B3 ist ein Verfahren beaknnt, bei dem eine vollständige Simulation einer Streckenfahrt eines Triebfahrzeugs erfolgt.
  • Aus Dokument CN 106 993 307 A ist eine Simulation zum Testen einer sogenannten "vehicle to ground" Kommunikation bekannt.
  • Es ist daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen verbesserten Test von ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalitäten im Schienenverkehr anzugeben, der sicher und mit geringen Kosten die oben genannten Nachteile reduziert bzw. gänzlich vermeidet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind in den jeweiligen abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung dient zum Testen von ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalitäten im Schienenverkehr. In einem Schienenfahrzeug ist eine On-Board Unit OBU als erste Baugruppe vorgesehen. Wie eingangs beschrieben überwacht diese erste Baugruppe als OBU-Baugruppe die Bewegung des Schienenfahrzeugs. Im Notfall veranlasst bzw. leitet die OBU-Baugruppe auch eine Zwangsbremsung ein. Für die Überwachung stützt sie sich auf Zugdaten, die über Eingaben des Fahrers des Schienenfahrzeugs vorbekannt sind, sowie auf Daten von der Strecke, die sie durch Balisen und im Fall von "ETCS Level 2" zusätzlich per Funk von einem "Radio-Block-Center, RBC" erhält. Sie sendet permanent Positionsdaten an das Radio-Block-Center, so dass dieses den Zuglauf verfolgen kann.
  • Die erste Baugruppe weist gemäß der ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalität einen Anschluss für eine GSM-R-Funkverbindung auf.
  • Im Schienenfahrzeug ist ein Adapter als zweite Baugruppe vorgesehen. Der Adapter ist mit dem Anschluss der ersten Baugruppe über eine Datenübertragungsleitung verbunden, so dass für die erste Baugruppe eine GSM-R-Funkverbindung simuliert wird. Der Adapter ist über eine Datenübertragungsleitung mit einem Rechner als dritte Baugruppe verbunden. Der Rechner ist im Schienenfahrzeug angeordnet und beinhaltet eine Software, mit der gemäß der ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalität ein Radio-Block-Center RBC eines Stellwerks zu Testzwecken simuliert wird.
  • Durch diese Anordnung wird die ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalität zwischen der On-Board Unit OBU und dem Radio-Block-Center RBC nachgestellt, jedoch ohne eine Funkübertragung benötigen zu müssen.
  • Zugleich werden über den Rechner für Testzwecke simulierte Daten gebildet und an die On-Board Unit OBU kabelgebunden übertragen.
  • Entsprechend werden Daten für Testzwecke von der On-Board Unit OBU kabelgebunden an den Rechner zurückübertragen.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung beinhaltet der Adapter oder der Rechner eine Treibersoftware zur Simulation der GSM-R-Funkverbindung.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung ist das Schienenfahrzeug für Testzwecke zum Befahren einer Strecke ausgebildet, die zumindest zwei ETCS-Balisengruppen aufweist.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung ist die erste Baugruppe als OBU-Baugruppe ausgebildet, mit der die Bewegung des Schienenfahrzeugs überwacht wird. Im Notfall veranlasst bzw. leitet die OBU auch eine Zwangsbremsung ein. Für die Überwachung stützt sie sich auf Zugdaten, die über Eingaben des Fahrers des Schienenfahrzeugs vorbekannt sind, sowie auf Daten von der Strecke, die sie durch Balisen und im Fall von "ETCS Level 2" zusätzlich per Funk von einem "Radio-Block-Center, RBC" erhält. Sie sendet permanent Positionsdaten an das Radio-Block-Center, so dass dieses den Zuglauf verfolgen kann.
  • In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung ist die Rechner-Software, die das Radio-Block-Center simuliert, zur Generierung von Daten ausgebildet, die sicherungstechnische Angaben zu einer Fahrstrecke bzw. Angaben zur Belegung von Gleisabschnitten beinhalten.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung werden Testfahrten ohne großen Zusatzaufwand auf normalen Strecken ermöglicht.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung werden Testfahrten auch auf (oft sehr kurzen) Nebengleisen ermöglicht. Diese Nebengleise sind für Testzwecke schnell und oft mit nur geringem Verwaltungsaufwand beim Schienennetzbetreiber buchbar bzw. belegbar.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung erfolgt gänzlich ohne Kooperation mit einem Fahrdienstleiter, so dass der Regelbetrieb über die Testfahrten quasi nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung werden spezielle Funktionen über die RBC-Simulation an beliebiger Stelle ausgelöst. damit sind diese Funktionen auch auf einem Nebengleis testbar.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung sind über die RBC-Simulation sowohl Fehler- als auch Stresssituationen nachbildbar, die somit überhaupt erstmals im Feldversuch zum Test kommen.
  • Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Anordnung ist weder eine Entwicklung von Hardware noch von Software nötig, es können an sich bekannte Hard- und Software-Elemente miteinander kombiniert werden. Dadurch werden Zeit und Kosten in der Entwicklung gespart.
  • Durch den Einsatz von Laborkomponenten bei Feldtests ist auch die RBC-Simulation im Feld verfügbar, so dass auch im Feld mit der Flexibilität eines Labors getestet werden kann.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung erhöht sich die Produktqualität, weil kritische Testfälle im Feld durchgeführt werden, ggf. dort wiederholt durchgeführt werden.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung wird die Abhängigkeit vom Betreiber oder Hersteller des RBC deutlich verringert.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung beispielhaft anhand einer Zeichnung näher erläutert.
  • Dabei zeigt FIG 1 die erfindungsgemäße Anordnung.
  • In einem Schienenfahrzeug SZF ist eine On-Board Unit OBU als erste Baugruppe BG1 vorgesehen.
  • Die erste Baugruppe BG1 ist als OBU-Baugruppe ausgebildet, mit der, wie eingangs beschrieben, die Bewegung des Schienenfahrzeugs überwacht wird.
  • Die erste Baugruppe BG1 weist gemäß der ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalität einen Anschluss AS für eine GSM-R-Funkverbindung auf.
  • Im Schienenfahrzeug ist ein Adapter ADP als zweite Baugruppe BG2 vorgesehen. Der Adapter ADP ist mit dem Anschluss AS der ersten Baugruppe BG1 über eine Datenübertragungsleitung DL1 kabelbasiert verbunden.
  • Durch den Adapter ADP wird für die erste Baugruppe BG1 eine GSM-R-Funkverbindung simuliert.
  • Der Adapter ADP ist über eine Datenübertragungsleitung DL2 kabelbasiert mit einem Rechner RE als dritte Baugruppe BG3 verbunden.
  • Der Rechner RE ist im Schienenfahrzeug SFZ angeordnet und beinhaltet eine Software, mit der gemäß der ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalität ein Radio-Block-Center RBC eines Stellwerks zu Testzwecken simuliert wird.

Claims (4)

  1. Anordnung zum Testen von ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalitäten im Schienenverkehr,
    - mit einem Schienenfahrzeug, dem eine Testfahrt auf einer normalen Strecke oder auf einem Nebengleis ohne Kooperation mit einem Fahrdienstleiter ermöglicht ist,
    - bei der im Schienenfahrzeug (SZF) eine On-Board Unit (OBU) als erste Baugruppe (BG1) vorgesehen ist, mit der die Bewegung des Schienenfahrzeugs überwacht wird,
    - bei der die erste Baugruppe (BG1) gemäß der ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalität einen Anschluss (AS) für eine GSM-R-Funkverbindung aufweist,
    - bei der im Schienenfahrzeug ein Adapter (ADP) als zweite Baugruppe (BG2) vorgesehen ist,
    - bei der der Adapter (ADP) mit dem Anschluss (AS) der ersten Baugruppe (BG1) über eine Datenübertragungsleitung (DL1) verbunden ist, so dass für die erste Baugruppe (BG1) eine GSM-R-Funkverbindung simuliert wird,
    - bei der der Adapter (ADP) über eine Datenübertragungsleitung (DL2) mit einem Rechner (RE) als dritte Baugruppe (BG3) verbunden ist,
    - bei der der Rechner (RE) im Schienenfahrzeug (SFZ) angeordnet ist und eine Software beinhaltet, mit der gemäß der ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalität ein Radio-Block-Center (RBC) eines Stellwerks zu Testzwecken simuliert wird,
    - so dass die ETCS-Level-2-Funktionalität zwischen der On-Board Unit (OBU) und dem Radio-Block-Center (RBC) nachstellbar ist, ohne eine Funkübertragung zu benötigen.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Adapter (ADP) oder der Rechner (RE) eine Treibersoftware zur Simulation der GSM-R-Funkverbindung beinhaltet.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Schienenfahrzeug (SFZ) für Testzwecke zum Befahren einer Strecke ausgebildet ist, die zumindest zwei ETCS-Balisengruppen aufweist.
  4. Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Rechner-Software, die das Radio-Block-Center (RBC) simuliert, zur Generierung von Daten ausgebildet ist, die sicherungstechnische Angaben zu einer Fahrstrecke bzw. Angaben zur Belegung von Gleisabschnitten beinhalten.
