Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a window or a door which has a frame formed from frame profile sections with a rebate surface and a frame groove adjoining the rebate surface; a wing frame formed from wing profile sections, pivotably mounted and lockable against the frame, in which a surface element is accommodated; and a fitting with which the sash frame can be locked against the frame, the fitting comprising at least one fitting element which rests at least partially on the rebate surface of the frame with one side and which comprises at least one foot element which engages in the frame groove of the frame, and which has at least one fastening opening through which a fastening means passes, through which the fitting element is fixed to the frame and which projects into the frame.
  • Such windows and doors as well as fittings elements for them are available to a large extent from the prior art, for example from DE 20 2018 105 805 U1 , known. That in the DE 20 2018 105 805 U1 The window described has a connecting rod fitting as fitting. At the one in the DE 20 2018 105 805 U1 The connecting rod fitting disclosed, fitting elements rest on the rebate surface of the frame.
  • fitting elements are, for example, striking plates used for fittings, which together with closing elements of the espagnolette fitting form the locking points between the frame and the sash.
  • fitting elements of other embodiments can also be used, which differ in terms of the function of striking plates.
  • the striking plates have a foot element that engages in a groove of the frame adjacent to the rebate surface and thus supports the striking plate. According to the DE 20 2018 105 805 U1 Several fastening screws are required to effectively fasten the striking plates.
  • the object underlying the present invention is to provide a fitting element or a window or a door that at least partially overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art.
  • the fitting element according to the invention should allow a spatially precise fixation of the fitting element on the frame, which is easier than in the prior art.
  • the assembly of a window according to the invention or a door according to the invention should be simplified.
  • the fitting element has at least one rebate base element on its side facing the frame, which engages in a corresponding recess in the frame or is passed through this recess in the frame. In this way it is ensured that the fitting element can no longer be moved so easily on the rebate surface, particularly when the fastener(s) are introduced into the rebate surface.
  • this pre-fixing of the fitting element on the rebate surface allows an exact positioning of the fastening means required for the final fastening, because displacement of the fitting part in the longitudinal direction of the frame profile is effectively prevented.
  • the assembly of a window comprising a fitting element or a door comprising a fitting element is considerably simplified.
  • the fitting element is geometric is positioned exactly on the rebate surface because the fitting element is pre-fixed by the rebate base element and thus serves as a kind of fixed template for driving the fasteners into the frame.
  • the present invention provides a window or door which has a frame formed from frame profile sections with a rebate surface and a frame groove adjoining the rebate surface; a wing frame formed from wing profile sections, pivotably mounted and lockable against the frame, in which a surface element is accommodated; and a fitting with which the sash frame can be locked against the frame, the fitting comprising at least one fitting element which rests at least partially on the rebate surface of the frame with one side and which comprises at least one foot element which engages in the frame groove of the frame, and which has at least one fastening opening through which a fastening means passes through, through which the fitting element is fixed to the frame and which projects into the frame, the fitting element further having at least one rebate base element on its side facing the frame, which engages in a recess in the frame , in particular is carried out through a recess in the frame, the window or door being further characterized according to the invention in that the fitting element has a further side which is different from the side adjacent to the rebate surface and which rests at
  • the fastening opening of the fitting element which can be grasped by a fastener, coincides with the rebate base element.
  • the rebate base element preferably represents a sleeve arranged on the side of the fitting element facing the frame, which is also openly accessible from the opposite side of the fitting element.
  • a fastening means in particular a fastening screw
  • the fastening means can be guided through the rebate base element, so that the fastening means fastens the fitting element to the frame directly through the rebate base element.
  • the assembly of the window or door according to the invention is further simplified.
  • the assembly of the window according to the invention or the door according to the invention is considerably simplified, especially if the fitting element can be attached or is attached to the frame with just one fastener.
  • the rebate base element is arranged approximately centrally on the side of the fitting element facing the frame. Such a central arrangement of the rebate base element offers advantages in terms of the simple and stable attachment of the fitting element to the frame.
  • the fastening means is arranged at least in sections in a fastening channel of the frame.
  • a fastening channel already present in the frame can be used to stably attach further functionality to the frame.
  • attention should be paid to the WO 2008/046610 A2 , the DE 20 2006 016 165 U1 and the DE 10 2014 104 190 A1 are referred to, to which explicit reference is hereby made. It is preferred for all fastening elements through which the fitting element is fastened to the frame to run at least in sections in a fastening channel of the profile forming the frame.
  • the fitting element is only attached to the frame by means of a fastening element. It is preferred if the fastening element runs at least in sections through a fastening channel of the frame. Such a simple attachment, in particular a simple screw connection, is completely sufficient to attach the fitting element to the frame without reducing burglary protection. This also ensures a particularly simple attachment of the fitting element to the frame and thus a particularly simple assembly of a window according to the invention or a door according to the invention.
  • the fitting element has a further side which is different from the side which rests on the rebate surface and which rests at least in sections on a wall of the frame.
  • the wall of the frame By resting the fitting element on the wall of the frame, it is practically impossible to twist the fitting element because the adjacent side of the fitting element and the foot element accommodated in the frame groove create a positive fit which prevents the fitting element from being violently twisted. It is practically impossible to force the window according to the invention to be opened from the outside by acting on the fitting element. In addition, simply screwing the fitting element to the frame is sufficient because it is no longer necessary to screw the fitting element multiple times to reduce the risk of twisting. This further simplifies the production of the window or door according to the invention.
  • the wall of the frame on which the other side of the fitting element rests, divides the rebate surface into sections which are arranged at different height levels relative to the sash frame.
  • Such a subdivision of the rebate surface has the advantage that the fitting element does not have to overcome the entire depth of the rebate surface so that the fitting element rests on a wall of the frame profile. On the one hand, this leads to a lower cost of material for the fitting element and, on the other hand, the ability to rotate the fitting element on the rebate surface of the frame is further reduced.
  • a plastic hollow chamber profile with such a shiplap is, for example, from EP 2 604 783 A1 known, to which explicit reference is hereby made.
  • the other side of the fitting element can also rest on a wall of an external flashing facing the glass rebate.
  • the fitting element rests against the wall of the frame over at least 70%, preferably at least 85% and particularly preferably over at least 90% of its length.
  • Such a relative contact length of the fitting element offers a significantly higher degree of stability and security against breaking open.
  • the frame profiles for both the casement and the frame are preferably a hollow chamber profile comprising several hollow chambers, in particular a plastic hollow profile chamber profile comprising several hollow chambers or an aluminum hollow chamber profile comprising several hollow chambers, with plastic hollow profile chamber profiles being particularly preferred.
  • plastic hollow profile chamber profiles being particularly preferred.
  • wooden profiles, aluminum-wood composite profiles, plastic-wood composite profiles and aluminum-plastic composite profiles can also be used.
  • the fitting element, the window according to the invention and the door according to the invention as well as individual parts thereof can also be produced line by line or in layers using a line-building or layer-building manufacturing process (e.g. 3D printing), but production on the window according to the invention or on is preferred the frame profiles involved in the door according to the invention by means of extrusion, the fitting element by means of die casting.
