Definitions
- the present invention relates to a door, a window or a facade element with a frame and a sash frame.
- a door and a window according to the preamble of claim 1 are from the EP 2 116 685 A1 known.
- Smoke protection doors according to DIN 18095 are self-closing doors that largely prevent the passage of smoke when installed and closed.
- a fire protection barrier on the other hand, has the additional task of protecting openings in walls against the passage of fire.
- Constructions are known which meet these requirements. As a rule, however, their production and processing is relatively complex.
- the object of the present invention is to create a door, a window or a facade element with a further developed frame and a further developed sash frame and / or an advantageous fitting arrangement for such an element.
- the fitting arrangement should be easy and precise to install on a smoke protection door (or a fire protection door or a corresponding window or facade element) at least according to fire protection class T30.
- the functional fitting is a lock and the fitting plate is a cuff plate on which the lock is arranged.
- the functional fitting is a movable or immovable pin arranged on the fitting plate.
- the carrier element has a U-shape in cross section with a base leg and two parallel longitudinal legs.
- the parallel longitudinal legs are spaced apart from one another in such a way that they can engage in the fastening grooves of the base profile and that the counter-locking means for interacting with the locking means of the fastening grooves are formed directly or indirectly at the ends of the two longitudinal legs.
- the fitting arrangement is snapped onto the sash frame, in particular onto its base profile, simply and without tools using just a few elements. It remains displaceable in the fastening grooves in the main extension direction of the profile, so that the fitting arrangement can be easily moved to a predetermined location at which the fitting arrangement is to be fastened.
- the fitting arrangement in particular the lock arrangement which is fastened in a latching manner but may still be slightly movable in the fastening grooves, is additionally fixed to the base profile or secured against slipping with a profile clamp arranged vertically below the fitting arrangement.
- the two longitudinal legs have thickenings at their ends, which each engage in securing clips which can be locked in the fastening grooves.
- the at least one support element is designed as a profile section of a metal profile. It is also useful if the securing clips are made of a plastic material.
- the fitting arrangement can be mounted on the base profile without tools. It is advantageous if the fitting arrangement has a frame-like fitting panel, which projects inwards on its inner circumference Can have webs that are designed to engage behind the fitting plate, in particular the cuff plate, in order to fix it in a simple manner.
- Fig. 1 shows a door 1, which has a wing with a sash frame 2, which is arranged on a frame 3.
- the sash frame 2 is rotatably mounted on the frame 3.
- the door 1 is shown as a swing door with door hinges.
- the door 1 can also be designed as a sliding door.
- the present invention can also be used for windows or facade elements. If the term door is used below, it can therefore also be replaced by the terms “window” or “facade element”.
- the door can be arranged on the sash frame so that it can rotate (vertical axis of rotation) and/or pivot (horizontal axis of rotation).
- the profile composite forms the at least U-shaped sash frame 2.
- a surface element 8 such as an insulating glass pane or fire protection glazing or a metal or plastic plate is inserted into the sash frame 2.
- the sash frame 2 and the surface element 8 together form the sash.
- the term “window” also includes fixed glazing with a surface element in a frame 3.
- the frame 3 of the door 1 is also U-shaped here and has a horizontal frame spar 9 and two vertical frame spars 10, 11.
- the sash frame 2 and/or the frame 3 can alternatively also be designed to be closed all around and have further lower horizontal bars.
- frame spars and/or sash frame spars have a base profile 300 (frame) or 400 (sash frame) with a U-shaped cross section.
- the basic profile 300 and/or 400 can each be designed in one piece or in several pieces as a composite profile.
- a one-piece variant of the basic profile 300, 400 is available Fig. 1 , 2a and 2 B (here only 400) and two multi-piece variants of the basic profile 300, 400 are in Fig. 3 and 4 (here only 400).
- Each basic profile 300 and/or 400 has a short leg 12 and a long leg 13.
- the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 run parallel to each other. They are connected to one another at one end region via a transverse leg 14, which preferably runs perpendicular to the short leg 12 and the long leg 13.
- the cross leg 14 forms a base web of the U-shaped base profile 300, 400 and the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 form two parallel longitudinal webs of the U-shaped base profile.
- the short leg 12, the long leg 13 and the cross leg 14 are formed in one piece.
- the basic profiles preferably consist of 300, 400 Fig. 2 made of a metal, in particular a light metal or a light metal alloy, particularly preferably an aluminum alloy.
- the long leg 13 of the base profiles 300, 400 is in a direction perpendicular to the main extension direction X (see Figs. 2c and 2b ) of the basic profile (i.e. in the section of the image plane of Fig. 2a ) longer than the short leg 12.
- the directions X and Y run in the cutting plane of the Fig. 2a or 2 B .
- the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 are formed parallel to one another in the X direction while the transverse leg 14 extends perpendicularly thereto in the Y direction.
- the long leg 13 of the base profile 400 of the sash frame 2 can lie on the outside of a building opening, for example on a window. Alternatively, it can also be on the inside.
- the basic profile 400, 300 can also be part of a door or a window that is located completely inside the building and, for example, divides or closes off a corridor.
- the cross leg 14 of the sash frame 2 lies in the sash frame 2 ( Fig. 2a , 3a , 3 ) next to the surface element 8.
- the cross leg 14 limits the rebate space F1 between the base profile 400 and this surface element 8.
- a glass retaining strip 17 ( Fig. 2a , 3f ) and at least one seal 19.
- a further seal 66 can be arranged between the glass retaining strip 17 and the surface element 8 ( Fig. 2a , 3a ).
- the short leg and the long leg 12, 13 are aligned parallel to one another.
- the long leg 13 of the base profile 400 of the sash frame 2 protrudes over the cross leg 14 with a free end 15.
- a glazing bead groove 16 towards the outside of the rebate space F1 for fixing a glazing bead 17 educated.
- a sealing groove 18 is provided on the side facing the surface element 8 for arranging a seal 19 between the surface element 8 and the long leg 13 (see also Fig. 2b , where the basic profile 400 has the same contours 16, 18).
- Both the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 of the base profile 300, 400 have functional contours 20, 21 arranged on the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 on their mutually facing or facing inner sides, in particular completely or partially protruding from them.
- These functional contours 20, 21 are preferably designed as multi-functional contours that fulfill/implement not just one but several functions.
- the functional contours 20, 21 form at least two of the aforementioned grooves a) to c). Particularly preferably, they each form three or even more of the functional grooves or at least components of these groove(s).
- the functional contours 20, 21 each include at least one transverse leg 23 or 24, which projects vertically from the short leg 12 or the long leg 13 (see also Fig. 2b ).
- a parallel web 25, 26 is formed, which extends parallel to the actual short leg 12 or the long leg 13, but is shorter than them.
- the respective cross leg 23, 24 and the parallel web 25, 26 essentially form a T-shape in cross section.
- the short leg 12 or the long leg 13 as well as the one transverse leg 23 or the other transverse leg 24 and the one parallel web 25 or the other parallel web 26 form the corner connector receiving groove 20a, 21a.
- each corner connector 4 is inserted into the corner connector receiving grooves 20a, 21a. It is advantageous that the two corner connector receiving grooves 20a, 21a are dimensioned the same so that the same corner connectors 4 can be inserted into them, as this simplifies the assembly of the frame (panel frame and sash frame 3, 2).
- corner connector grooves 28a, b which are delimited by short holding webs 29, 30 protruding from the cross leg 14, the cross leg 14 and the short leg 12 or the long leg 13.
- the fastening grooves 20b and 21b are formed by the parallel webs 25, 26 and angle webs 31, 32 formed on the sides facing each other.
- the parallel webs 25, 26 and the angle webs 31, 32 each form fastening grooves 20b, 21b which are open towards a rebate space F2 towards the frame 3.
- fastening grooves 20b, 21b are preferably not designed as thread grooves for rotatingly fixing threaded elements. Rather, they are preferably designed for fixing fastening elements, which preferably act positively and/or non-positively, which can be fixed in the fastening grooves 20b, 21b by a linear movement.
- the fastening grooves 20b, 21b are designed in such a way that they are U-shaped and are each open to the rebate space F2 towards the frame 3. This makes it easier to insert the fasteners into the fastening grooves 20b and 21b.
- Preferably used fastening elements for the fastening grooves 20b, 21b are described in more detail below.
- the fastening grooves 20b, 21b have locking means such as a or several undercuts, which can interact with corresponding locking means such as one or more locking edges.
- the receiving grooves 20c and 21c serve to receive the pre-assembly web 22, which is arranged between the receiving grooves 20c and 21c and connects them in a bridge-like manner over the length of the base profile 300 or 400 and in sections or preferably continuously in the Z direction.
- the pre-assembly web can be continuous in the Z direction extend over the entire length of the basic profile 300, 400 or consist of individual pieces that are, for example, only a few cm long and are set at intervals.
- the pre-assembly web 22 is in the receiving grooves 20c and 21c in the main extension direction Z (see Fig. 2c ) of the basic profile 300, 400 each perpendicular to the cutting plane of the Fig. 2b movable. It serves in particular to keep the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 at a pre-assembly - ie during processing before assembling the frame - and in particular when cutting miter cuts on edges, which form the corner areas of the frame to be manufactured and at a defined distance removed during or after pre-assembly, preferably after cutting the miter cuts.
- the receiving grooves 20c and 21c are designed as preferably undercut grooves which are open on sides facing one another - in a direction parallel to the cross leg 14.
- the pre-assembly web 22 has a central web 22a and at the two ends of the central web 22a positive-fitting contours 33, 34, with which it can be inserted into the receiving grooves 20c, 21c and displaced therein. Therefore, the form-fitting contours 33, 34 correspond to the cross section of the receiving grooves 20c, 21c designed so that they engage with little play in such a way that the pre-assembly web 22 is in the receiving grooves 20c, 21c (perpendicular to the image plane of the Fig. 2a ) is movable. In this way, the production of the frame spar is easily optimized and simplified.
- the removable pre-assembly web 22 makes it possible to space the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 of the base profile 300 or 400 at a defined distance at their ends facing away from the cross leg 14 in order to easily carry out miter cuts on the base profile 400 with high accuracy.
- the pre-assembly webs 22 are then removed, so that space is advantageously created for other functional elements in this area.
- the pre-assembly bars can be made of different materials, such as plastic or aluminum.
- the basic profile 300, 400 is largely similar to the basic profile or profiles of the Fig. 2 designed.
- the above statements are largely also applicable to the basic profiles 300 and 400 Fig. 3 and 4 until 10 transferable.
- the basic profile is 300 or 400 Fig. 3 and 4 each designed in several pieces as a composite profile.
- the basic profile also has 300, 400 Fig. 3a and 3b the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 (preferably made of metal, in particular an aluminum alloy). And the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 also run parallel to each other. They are also connected to one another via a cross leg 14, which preferably runs perpendicular to the short leg 12 and the long leg 13, the cross leg 14 having a base web of the U-shaped base profile 300, 400 and the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 the two parallel longitudinal webs of the U-shaped base profile 300, 400.
- the cross leg 14 of the basic profiles 300, 400 Fig. 3 and 4 is as at least one separate insulating web 39 ( Fig. 3 ) or several insulating bars ( Fig. 4 : two parallel insulating webs 39a, b) are formed, which is/are positively and non-positively connected to the short leg 12 and the long leg 13, preferably in such a way that a perpendicular to the plane of the Fig, 3a shear-resistant bond is formed.
- insulating web 39 ( Fig. 3 , 5 ) made of insulating material such as plastic can be used or two insulating webs 39a, b ( Fig. 4 ) made of insulating material such as plastic can be used.
- the at least one insulating web 39 made of plastic can alternatively have a metal base structure or individual metal webs in the plastic, which form bridges between the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 and optimize the statics in this way (see for example the EP 1 138 864 B1 the same applicant and Fig. 3e ).
- the thermal insulation is reduced somewhat locally. In this way, however, a support structure is created which, on the one hand, offers improved thermal insulation compared to the one-piece base profile 400 with a one-piece cross leg 14 and, on the other hand, is so stable that it is well suited for use in fire and/or noise protection doors.
- the short leg and the long leg 12, 13 are after Fig. 3 or 4 not as simple bars made of full metal as in Fig. 2 formed but preferably provided with at least one hollow chamber 37, 38.
- the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 otherwise consist of a metal, in particular a light metal or a light metal alloy, particularly preferably an aluminum alloy.
- the long leg 13 protrudes over the cross leg 14 with one free end 15 or two free ends.
- the glazing bead groove 16 for fixing the glazing bead 17 is formed in the rebate space F1.
- the sealing groove 18 for arranging the seal 19 between the surface element 8 and the long leg 13 is provided on the side facing the surface element 8.
- the corner connector receiving grooves 20a, 21a can also be used to accommodate fire protection strips with a cooling effect, especially in the areas of the base profiles 300, 400 that adjoin the corner connectors.
- Both the corner connector receiving groove 20a for receiving the corner connectors 4 and the receiving groove 20d for receiving the cooling strips 65 are each formed in the hollow chambers 37, 38 of the short leg 12 and the long leg 13.
- Cooling strips 65 are strips that can absorb a certain amount of fire heat or energy in the event of a fire and/or can actively cool. They can consist of a molded body with a high heat capacity, for example made of concrete. However, they can also consist of one or more shaped bodies that contain heat-binding hydrophilic adsorbent (see e.g DE 197 00 696 C and DE 4443762 A1 ).
- the receiving grooves 20d, 21d for receiving one cooling strip 65 are in Fig.3a and 3d as well as 3f and 4 can be seen.
- the functional contours 20, 21 include (see e.g Fig. 4 ) each in turn has a short cross leg 23 or 24 on the short leg 12 or the long leg 13.
- a parallel web 25, 26 is formed, which extends parallel to the inner profile 12 or the outer profile 13, but is shorter than them. Overall, the respective cross leg 23, 24 and the parallel web 25, 26 essentially form a T-shape in cross section.
- the inner profile 12 or the outer profile 13 as well as the one transverse leg 23 or the other transverse leg 24 and the one parallel web 25 or the other parallel web 26 form the corner connector receiving groove 20a, 21a.
- corner connector receiving grooves 20a, 21a are dimensioned the same so that the same corner connectors 4 can be inserted into them, as this simplifies the assembly of the window and storage.
- the same corner connectors can be used both in the base profiles 400 of the sash frame 2 and in the base profiles 300 of the frame 3.
- the edges of the two corner connectors 4 engage in the further corner connector grooves 28a, b, which are delimited by short holding webs 29, 30 formed in the hollow chambers 37, 38, the cross leg 14 and the short leg 12 and the long leg 13.
- the fastening grooves 20b and 21b are delimited and partially formed by webs 40, 41 of the short leg 12 and the long leg 13, which delimit the hollow chambers 37, 38 towards the transverse leg 12 or on the sides facing each other and on the sides facing each other trained angle webs 31, 32.
- the further (parallel) webs 40, 41 and the angle webs 31, 32 each form the open fastening grooves 20b, 21b towards the further rebate space F2 towards the frame.
- These fastening grooves 20b, 21b are preferably not designed as thread grooves for rotatingly fixing threaded elements. Rather, they are preferably designed for fixing fastening elements, which preferably act positively and non-positively, which can be fixed in the fastening grooves 20b, 21b by a linear movement.
- the fastening grooves 20b, 21b are also the same Fig. 3 and 4 designed in such a way that they are U-shaped and are each open to the rebate space F2 towards the frame 3.
- the fastening grooves 20b, 21b are preferably designed in the manner of simply undercut grooves. In this way, they can easily be implemented structurally on the basic profile 300, 400.
- the receiving grooves 20c and 21c serve to receive the pre-assembly web 22 which is arranged between the receiving grooves 20c and 21c and continuously connects them.
- the pre-assembly web 22 is in the manner of Fig. 2b, c educated.
- the receiving grooves 20c and 21c are designed as undercut grooves which are open on sides facing one another - in a direction parallel to the cross leg 14. They are formed on the mutually facing sides of the webs 40, 41.
- Fig.4 The basic profile 400 is largely similar to that of the Fig. 3 designed.
- the insulating web 39 consists of two individual webs running parallel to one another, which are close to one another and are each connected to the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 in a form-fitting and non-positive manner in the manner of a shear-resistant connection.
- the base profile is open between the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 on the side facing away from the cross leg 14. This is the side facing the rebate space F2, i.e. towards the frame 3.
- Fig. 2 and 3 illustrate that it is possible to design the basic profiles 300 of the frame 3 to be largely identical to the basic profiles 400. Nearly All of the statements made above about the sash frames 2 also apply to the frame 3.
- the frame 3, however, has a first outer rebate area F3 not pointing up to a surface element but towards a masonry and a second rebate area, which is the rebate area F2 is between the sash 2 and the frame 3.
- both the base profile 400 of the sash frame 2 has a free end 15a on the outer profile 13 as well as the base profile 400 of the frame 3 in order to close off the rebate space F2 laterally.
- a further seal 67 is arranged on the inside towards the fold F2 in order to seal the fold F2.
- the contours of the base profile 300 of the frame 3 and the base profile 400 of the sash 2 are the same, but lie diagonally opposite each other.
- a second difference between the basic profiles 300 and 400 of the window frame 3 and the sash frame 2 is that the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 lie diagonally opposite each other on the installed window or on a built-in door (see Fig. 3f ).
- the short leg and the long leg 12, 13 are in turn aligned parallel to one another.
- the open side of the base profile 300, 400 of the sash frame spar and/or the frame spar facing the rebate space F2 is completely or partially covered with at least one or more cover elements, in particular one or more cover profile(s) 42.
- the fastening grooves 20b, 21b can be used to fix such a cover element or are preferably also used in the final assembly state.
- the cover profile 42 lies completely between the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 and is flush with these two legs 12, 13 on the side facing away from the cross leg 14.
- the cover profile 42 is aligned there with two transverse webs 35, 36, with which it defines one or the viewing plane E1.
- the free space or gap between the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 is covered in a simple, visually appealing manner.
- This is the primary function of the cover profile. According to a preferred variant, it is not a statically supporting element and does not significantly increase the stability of the base profile 400, 300 between the ends of the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 facing away from the transverse leg 14.
- the cover profile statically connects the two legs 12, 13 as a (heat) insulating element.
- the cover profile statically connects the two legs 12, 13 as a (heat) insulating element.
- the short legs 12 and the long legs 13 end in the area of the transverse webs 35, 36 at the ends of the parallel webs 25, 26 on the outside on the common plane E1 parallel to the transverse limb 14 (Y direction).
- the cover profile 42 of Fig. 5 and the following figures are each U-shaped in cross section. It has two locking feet 43, 44 ( Fig. 6a ), which are connected to each other by a cover leg 45 running transversely to them.
- the locking feet 43, 44 each engage in one of the two fastening grooves 20b, 21b, which are open to the rebate space F2 and have undercuts 46 to create a locking connection.
- the locking feet 43, 44 can be inserted perpendicular to the cross leg into the fastening grooves 20b, 21b.
- the locking feet 43, 44 are preferably designed as combined locking/clamping feet, which not only engage in a locking manner but also in a somewhat clamping manner in the fastening grooves 20b, 21b. Nevertheless, the cover profile 42 remains easily displaceable in the fastening grooves 20b, 21b in their longitudinal direction.
- the locking feet 43, 44 can have a wide variety of geometries. For example, they can be made of solid material and have locking edges on the outside ( Fig. 6a ) or each consisting of two individual webs 45a, b with locking edges that are resiliently compressed when pushed in Fig. 6b ) or be designed as hollow bars ( Fig. 6c to 6f ), which are resiliently compressed when pushed into the fastening grooves 20b, 21b.
- the cover profile(s) 42 can also be designed in one or more pieces. They are also preferably made of plastic (such as PVC, PP) or a fire protection material or a combination of these two materials. If they consist of a combination of these two materials, they preferably have a U-shaped fire protection bridge 47, to which the locking feet 43, 44 belong and a crossbar or cover leg 45 connecting them, which forms part of the cover profile 42.
- the cover profiles 42 are preferably designed and designed in such a way that pieces required from them can be easily cut to length, for example with scissors.
- the cover leg 45 is preferably surrounded or covered with fire protection material on one of its sides or on both sides and/or at least in corner areas, so that fire protection areas 48 are formed ( Fig. 6d ) to 6f)).
- a cover layer 49 can be provided on the cover leg 45 towards the rebate space.
- This can be made of any material. It is preferably designed as a hard plastic layer or plate and, for example, cast or glued on or was formed using the co-extrusion process.
- the Fire protection areas 48 consist of a fire protection material. This is a material that foams under the influence of temperature in the event of a fire and can seal the fold F2. The access of hot flames and/or fire gases to the fold between the frame and the sash is therefore made more difficult or completely blocked for some time (for example, see the background to these technologies DE 19700696 B4 ).
- a preferably flat surface towards the inside of the rebate space F2 is realized in a simple manner.
- the entire gap between the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 can be covered or part of it.
- the area of a lock arrangement 50 which can be mounted on the base profile 400 in a manner to be described, is preferably not covered by the cover profile.
- Fig. 7 and 8th then illustrate a further advantageous option of the invention.
- 400 profile clamps 51 are arranged on the base profile.
- the profile brackets 51 are fittings because they are made of metal.
- This profile bracket 51 has the side view Figure 8c a U-shape with a base leg 51a and two short longitudinal legs 51b, 51c.
- the base leg 51a can be provided with one or more stiffening beads.
- the two longitudinal legs 51b, c are U-shaped. They form locking sections which are each designed to engage in one of the fastening grooves 20b, 21b. For this purpose, they have, on the one hand, an outwardly bent bend 52 and, on the other hand, a locking web 53 punched out and bent over on three sides, the bend 52 and the locking web 53 each forming locking edges which are designed to engage behind the undercuts 46 in the fastening grooves 20b, 21 (see e.g Fig.
- the locking edges are preferably designed with such sharp edges that they cling to the fastening grooves so that they are in the main direction of extension of the Basic profile 300 or 400 cannot be moved, but rather sits firmly there.
- the profile clips are preferably 10 to 50 mm long, in particular 20 mm to 40 mm. They are also placed at a distance from one another in the main extension direction Z, in particular at a distance of 300 to 800 mm, preferably 400 to 600 mm. They do not burn down in the event of a fire and therefore stabilize the basic profile 300, 400, especially in the event of a fire. They are also - unlike the cover profiles 42 - connected to the base profile 300, 400 in a shear-resistant manner.
- the base leg 51a is dimensioned so long that it overlaps the distance between the fastening grooves 20b, 21b.
- the profile brackets 51 are preferably formed from sheet steel. This steel sheet is preferably very thin and preferably has a thickness between 0.5 and 1.5 mm. It is formed into a stamped/bent part. Since the profile brackets 51 are made of steel, they can be designed to be very stable. They are snapped into the fastening grooves 20b, 21b at a distance from one another and cut into the light metal of the base profile 300 or 400. In this way they stabilize the basic profile 400 of the sash or the basic profile 300 of the frame and keep the short leg 12 and the long leg 13 at a defined distance.
- the profile clamps 51 are only snapped on when any miter cuts have been made on the base profile 300 or 400 and when the pre-assembly web 22 has been removed. This means you cannot damage a saw or a saw blade when sawing the miter cuts. On the other hand, they have a very stabilizing effect on the profile without significantly increasing its weight. Since the longitudinal legs 51b, 51c of the profile brackets 51 themselves are U-shaped, it is even possible to place the cover profile 42 on the profile brackets 51 when they have been fixed to the base profile 400 or 300, which is then in the area of the profile brackets 51 lies above these so that they are not visible when installed. This illustrates Figure 7a . The profile clamps are then located on the inside of the cover profiles 42.
- the profile clamps are snapped on 51 (like the cover profiles 42), preferably in the X direction perpendicular to the cross leg 14.
- At least one of the profile brackets 51 is attached to the base profile 400 of the sash frame 2 where a fitting arrangement such as and preferably a lock arrangement 50 is to be attached.
- this is typically a lock arrangement 50 with a lock 54 with a cylinder and one or more movable bolts.
- the profile clamp 51 or one of the profile clamps 51 is arranged vertically directly below the lock arrangement 50 (or another fitting arrangement), so that it is additionally secured to the base profile 400 and fixed vertically.
- a preferred lock arrangement 50 is in Figure 9 pictured.
- This lock arrangement consists of the actual lock 54, the lock 54 having a cuff plate 55 through which one or more latches 56 pass.
- the cuff plate 55 is fixed to a support element 59.
- the cuff plate 55 preferably has one or more bores 57 through which screws or one screw 58 can pass through.
- the screw 58 is designed to engage in a carrier element 59.
- another fitting arrangement has a fitting plate which is fixed to the support element 59.
- the carrier element 59 is preferably designed as a profile section. In particular, it is a profile section of a light metal profile, in particular an aluminum profile. Theoretically, it is also conceivable that the support element is not a profile section but rather a stamped and bent part or the like. or as a casting.
- the screw 58 can be screwed into the carrier element 59 to fasten the lock.
- it can also have a central screw hole 60.
- the carrier element 59 (see Fig. 10 ) also preferably and advantageously has a U-shape (in side view) with a base leg 59a and two longitudinal legs 59b, 59c.
- the two longitudinal legs 59b, 59c have directly or indirectly at their ends counter-locking means for the locking means of the fastening grooves 20b, 21b.
- the longitudinal legs 59b, 59c are in turn spaced apart from one another in such a way that they can engage in the fastening grooves 20b, 21b of the base profile (400 or 300). They are locked here not directly, but indirectly. In this respect, they are designed to engage in securing clips 61, 62.
- securing clips 61, 62 have locking edges 63, 64 at both ends. These locking edges 63, 64 are provided at both ends of the U-shaped securing clips 61, 62. With them, the securing clips 61, 62 can be pre-assembled on the carrier element 59.
- the entire lock arrangement 50 can be inserted into the fastening grooves 20b, 21b, which in turn hold the lock arrangement 50 in a latching manner (for example in the manner of a so-called "hawk's mouth").
- the securing clips 61, 62 are preferably made of plastic. In this way, a wide variety of devices, in particular the pre-assembled lock arrangement 50 or other fittings or the like, can be fixed to the base profile 400 or 300 using the securing clips. In this way, the lock arrangement 50 or another fitting arrangement with the lock 54 is securely fastened to the base profile 400 of the sash frame 2 in a simple manner. In addition, the lock arrangements 50 - as already described above - are fixed to the base profile 400 with the profile clamps 51 and secured against slipping.
- the carrier element 59 or the carrier elements can also be used for simple and preferably tool-free fixing of another element or a other arrangement than a lock arrangement on the respective base profile 300, 400 can be used. This means that other fitting arrangements and parts can be attached to the base profile 300, 400 easily and preferably without tools.
- Figure 11 shows the arrangement Fig. 7 , supplemented by a fitting panel 67 designed as a lock panel.
- a fitting panel 67 designed as a lock panel.
- FIG. 11 a) a perspective view
- Figure 11b a sectional view of the arrangement from a).
- Figure 12 shows different views of the lock panel Fig. 11 .
- the fitting panel 67 is designed as a rectangular frame. This in turn has a few small inwardly projecting webs 68 on its inner circumference, which are designed to engage behind the cuff plate 55.
- the cuff plate 55 lies on the outside of the two transverse webs 35, 36 on the base profile 400 and thus rests on the viewing plane E1.
- the lock panel 67 is held by the face plate 55, since the webs 68 engage behind it. In this way, the basic profile 300, 400 is designed to be visually appealing in a simple manner, even in the area of the lock arrangement.
- Fig. 13 shows a corner area of a sash frame.
- Another fitting arrangement 69 is fixed on the sash frame, which has a pin 70, 71 as a functional element, which is arranged on a fitting plate 73.
- This fitting plate is surrounded by a fitting panel 71 in a frame-like manner.
- the fitting panel 71 is in turn designed as a rectangular frame, which has a few small inwardly projecting webs 72 on its inner circumference, which are designed to engage behind the cuff plate 55.
- the cuff plate 55 lies on the outside of the two crossbars 35, 36 on the base profile 400 and is therefore on the viewing plane E1.
- the fitting panel 71 is in turn held by the face plate 55, since the webs 68 engage behind it.
- the basic profile 300, 400 is designed to be visually appealing in a simple manner, even in the area of the lock arrangement.
- the fitting arrangement is attached to the Fastening grooves 20b, 21b in turn fixed with the support element and preferably with a hawk's mouth fastening (not visible here).

Description
The present invention relates to a door, a window or a facade element with a frame and a sash frame.
Smoke protection doors (RS) according to DIN 18095 are self-closing doors that largely prevent the passage of smoke when installed and closed. A fire protection barrier, on the other hand, has the additional task of protecting openings in walls against the passage of fire. According to DIN 4102-5, there are the following fire protection classes: T30, T60, T90, T120 and T180. The number after the T indicates the duration in minutes for which the fire protection closure prevents the passage of fire (not smoke) and must then still be able to be opened.
Constructions are known which meet these requirements. As a rule, however, their production and processing is relatively complex.
Against this background, the object of the present invention is to create a door, a window or a facade element with a further developed frame and a further developed sash frame and / or an advantageous fitting arrangement for such an element. Preferably, the fitting arrangement should be easy and precise to install on a smoke protection door (or a fire protection door or a corresponding window or facade element) at least according to fire protection class T30.
The invention solves this problem through the subject matter of claim 1.
This makes it possible in a simple manner, in particular possible, to fix a fitting arrangement - in particular a lock arrangement - as a pre-assembled unit to a base profile of a sash frame spar, in particular to snap it into place.
- a base profile on which two fastening grooves open in the same direction are formed for fixing a corresponding fastening means of a fitting arrangement bridging the space between the fastening grooves,
- wherein the two fastening grooves have at least one locking means for at least one counter-locking means of a fitting part arrangement that can be attached without tools,
- wherein the fitting arrangement has a functional fitting on a fitting plate and at least one support element for carrying the fitting plate, the support element being designed for direct or indirect locking in the fastening grooves with its counter-locking means,
- wherein the fitting plate and the at least one support element are designed in several pieces and fastened to one another,
- and wherein the fitting arrangement with the support element is displaceable in the main extension direction of the base profile in the fastening grooves after it has been snapped onto the base profile. The fitting arrangement can be easily fixed to the base profile without tools.
Preferably, two of the support elements, in particular at their ends, are formed on the fitting plate, so that a particularly secure attachment takes place. According to a further variant, the functional fitting is a lock and the fitting plate is a cuff plate on which the lock is arranged. After a In another variant, the functional fitting is a movable or immovable pin arranged on the fitting plate.
According to a further advantageous variant, the carrier element has a U-shape in cross section with a base leg and two parallel longitudinal legs. The parallel longitudinal legs are spaced apart from one another in such a way that they can engage in the fastening grooves of the base profile and that the counter-locking means for interacting with the locking means of the fastening grooves are formed directly or indirectly at the ends of the two longitudinal legs. In this way, the fitting arrangement is snapped onto the sash frame, in particular onto its base profile, simply and without tools using just a few elements. It remains displaceable in the fastening grooves in the main extension direction of the profile, so that the fitting arrangement can be easily moved to a predetermined location at which the fitting arrangement is to be fastened.
It is advantageous and structurally simple if the fitting arrangement, in particular the lock arrangement which is fastened in a latching manner but may still be slightly movable in the fastening grooves, is additionally fixed to the base profile or secured against slipping with a profile clamp arranged vertically below the fitting arrangement.
According to one variant, it is expedient if the two longitudinal legs have thickenings at their ends, which each engage in securing clips which can be locked in the fastening grooves. According to a further advantageous variant, the at least one support element is designed as a profile section of a metal profile. It is also useful if the securing clips are made of a plastic material.
The fitting arrangement can be mounted on the base profile without tools. It is advantageous if the fitting arrangement has a frame-like fitting panel, which projects inwards on its inner circumference Can have webs that are designed to engage behind the fitting plate, in particular the cuff plate, in order to fix it in a simple manner.

The cover profile(s) 42 can also be designed in one or more pieces. The
