Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément verseur refermable pour un emballage composite carton/plastique (P), en particulier un emballage pour boissons, comprenant un élément de base (2, 2', 2") qui présente une bride de fixation périphérique (1, 1', 1") et un filetage extérieur (10, 10') ; des moyens d'ouverture disposés à l'intérieur de l'élément de base (2, 2', 2") au moins dans l'état non ouvert de l'élément verseur ; et un bouchon à vis (3, 3', 3") ayant un filetage intérieur. Les moyens d'ouverture sont conçus de telle sorte que lorsque l'emballage composite (P) est ouvert pour la première fois, une ouverture de versement est produite à l'intérieur de l'élément verseur lors du dévissage du bouchon à vis (3, 3', 3") en brisant le matériau composite de l'emballage (P) ou une couche barrière située dans l'élément de base (2, 2', 2"). Afin de garantir la fixation du bouchon à vis sur l'élément verseur lors de l'utilisation d'un tel élément verseur refermable, même lorsque le bouchon à vis est dévissé, une bague d'ancrage (4, 4', 4") solidaire en rotation du bouchon à vis (3, 3', 3") est disposée en dessous de celui-ci, ladite bague d'ancrage pouvant tourner librement dans le sens radial autour de l'élément de base (2, 2', 2") et étant reliée à l'élément de base (2, 2', 2") d'une manière résistante à la traction dans la direction axiale, et la bague d'ancrage (4, 4', 4") est reliée de manière articulée au bouchon à vis (3, 3', 3") par le biais d'un élément formant charnière (5, 5') dont l'axe de pivotement est orienté tangentiellement à la circonférence extérieure du bouchon à vis (3, 3', 3"), afin de fixer solidement le bouchon à vis (3, 3', 3") à l'élément de base (2, 2', 2") même lorsque le bouchon à vis est dévissé.
