Claims (7)

  1. Klimaanlage, umfassend:
    ein Gehäuse (12), das mindestens einen Lufteinlass zum Aufnehmen von Luft und mindestens einen Luftauslass zum Ausstoßen von kühler Luft einschließt;
    ein verstellbares Leitblech (14) zum Leiten der ausgestoßenen kühlen Luft, wobei das verstellbare Leitblech (14) durch gegenseitigen Einrasten einer Vielzahl von Keilnasen (24c) und entsprechenden Keilnuten (20c), die an einem ersten Ende (26), einem zweiten Ende (28) und einem dritten Punkt (30) zwischen dem ersten Ende (26) und dem zweiten Ende (28) oder angrenzend daran bereitgestellt sind, lösbar und schwenkbar an dem Gehäuse (12) montiert ist;
    einen Motor (16), der lösbar mit dem verstellbaren Leitblech (14) gekoppelt ist, zum Steuern des Öffnungswinkels des verstellbaren Leitblechs (14) relativ zum Gehäuse (12);
    eine erste Keilnase (18a) zum betrieblichen Einrasten in eine entsprechenden erste Keilnut (22a), wobei eine von der ersten Keilnase und der ersten Keilnut am verstellbaren Leitblech (14) bereitgestellt ist, wobei die andere am Gehäuse (12) bereitgestellt ist;
    mindestens eine zweite Keilnase (24b) zum betrieblichen Einrasten in mindestens eine zweite Keilnut (20b), wobei eine von der zweiten Keilnase und der zweiten Keilnut am verstellbaren Leitblech (14) bereitgestellt ist, wobei die andere am Gehäuse (12) bereitgestellt ist; und
    eine dritte Keilnase (24c) zum betrieblichen Einrasten in eine dritte Keilnut (20c), wobei eine von der dritten Keilnase und der dritten Keilnut am verstellbaren Leitblech (14) bereitgestellt ist, wobei die andere am Gehäuse (12) bereitgestellt ist;
    wobei das Ausrasten der dritten Keilnase (24c) aus der dritten Keilnut (20c) am dritten Punkt ermöglicht, dass das verstellbare Leitblech (14) hinreichend gebogen wird, um ein Einrasten/Ausrasten der anderen Keilnasen (24a, 24b) und entsprechenden Keilnuten (20a, 20b) zu ermöglichen,
    wobei die Ausrastposition der ersten Keilnase (18a) aus der entsprechenden ersten Keilnut (22a) bei einem Öffnungswinkel des verstellbaren Leitblechs (14) liegt, der sich von dem Öffnungswinkel des verstellbaren Leitblechs (14) für die Ausrastposition der mindestens zweiten Keilnase (24b) aus der entsprechenden mindestens zweiten Keilnut (20b) unterscheidet.
  2. Klimaanlage nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Ausrastpositionen der Keilnuten und der entsprechenden Keilnasen im Bereich zwischen 25° von der maximalen offenen Position und 25° von der geschlossenen Position des verstellbaren Leitblechs (14) liegen.
  3. Klimaanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich der Winkel des verstellbaren Leitblechs (14) für jede Ausrastposition um mindestens 8° von den anderen unterscheidet.
  4. Klimaanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich die Ausrastpositionen der Keilnuten und der entsprechenden Keilnasen am ersten Ende (26) und am dritten Punkt (30) befinden, wenn das verstellbare Leitblech (14) bei Öffnungswinkeln von 75° bzw. 67° zur geschlossenen Position steht.
  5. Klimaanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die zweite Keilnase (24b) an der Welle (32) des Motors (16) befestigt ist und Folgendes umfasst:
    einen distalen Teil (34), der ein Kopfstück (36) einschließt, das dafür konfiguriert ist, in einer ersten Ausrichtung durch die entsprechende Keilnut (20b) hindurchzugehen; und
    einen proximalen Teil (38), der dafür konfiguriert ist, in einer zweiten Ausrichtung, die orthogonal zur ersten Ausrichtung ist, für eine Schwenkbewegung des verstellbaren Leitblechs (14) in die Keilnut (20b) einzurasten.
  6. Klimaanlage nach Anspruch 5, wobei:
    eine Länge (f) des distalen Teils (34) ohne das Kopfstück (36) größer ist als eine Dicke (a) der Keilnut (20b);
    eine Länge (e) des Kopfstücks (36) kleiner ist als eine Länge (b) der Keilnut (20b);
    eine Breite (c) der Keilnut (20b) größer ist als eine Breite (d) des distalen Teils (34); und
    die Länge (e) des Kopfstücks (36) größer ist als die Breite (c) der Keilnut (20b).
  7. Klimaanlage nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Klimaanlage ein Split-Klimagerät zur Wandaufhängung für Innenräume ist.
