- Klimaanlage, umfassend:eine Außeneinheit (2) mit einem Kompressor (2a), der ein Kältemittel umwälzt, einem Außenwärmetauscher (2e) und einem ersten Expansionsventil (2f);eine Wärmetauscher-Einheit (3), die eine Vielzahl von Zwischenwärmetauschern, die den Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem Kältemittel und einem Wärmemedium durchführen, sowie zweite Expansionsventile umfasst, die der Vielzahl von Zwischenwärmetauschern entsprechen;Inneneinheiten (5), von denen jede einen Innenwärmetauscher umfasst, der den Wärmeaustausch zwischen dem Wärmemedium und Raumluft durchführt;eine Ventileinheit (4), die Durchflussweg-Umschaltventile umfasst, von denen jedes dafür sorgt, dass eines von den Zwischenwärmetauschern gekühlte Wärmemedium oder das von den Zwischenwärmetauschern erwärmte Wärmemedium in den Innenwärmetauscher (5b) strömt; undeine Steuereinheit (2), die Steuerungen (20, 30, 40, 50) umfasst, von denen jede eine der Einheiten (2, 3, 4, 5) steuert, wobeidie Außeneinheit (2), die Wärmetauscher-Einheit(3), die Inneneinheiten (5) und die Ventileinheit (4) jeweils separat voneinander in einem Gehäuse angeordnet sind,die Außeneinheit (2) und die Wärmetauscher-Einheit (3) durch eine Flüssigkeitsleitung (6a) miteinander verbunden sind, die eine vom Außenwärmetauscher (2e) kondensierte Kondensatflüssigkeit zur Wärmeaustauscheinheit oder eine von den Zwischenwärmetauschern kondensierte Kondensatflüssigkeit zur Außeneinheit (2) leitet, eine Sauggasleitung (6b), die das in den Zwischenwärmetauschern (3b) verdampfte Kältemittel zur Außeneinheit (2) leitet, und eine Auslassgasleitung, die ein vom Kompressor (2a) komprimiertes Auslassgas zur Wärmetauscheinheit leitet,die Steuereinheit ausgebildet ist,einen Heizbetrieb auszuführen, indem sie das Auslassgas in die Zwischenwärmetauscher (3b) strömen lässt,einen Kühlbetrieb auszuführen, indem sie einen Teil des Auslassgases in die Zwischenwärmetauscher (3b) strömen lässt, um somit den Teil des Auslassgases zu kondensieren, Kondensieren des restlisten Auslassgases in den Außenwärmetauschern (2e), vermischen der kondensierten Kondensatflüssigkeit mit dem kondensierten Kältemittel in den Zwischenwärmetauschern (3b) durch die Flüssigkeitsleitung (6a),einen kühlungs-priorisierten, gemischten Kühlungs-/Heizungs-Betrieb auszuführen, indem ein Teil des Auslassgases zum Durchströmen der Zwischenwärmetauscher (3b) veranlasst wird, so dass ein Teil des Auslassgases kondensiert wird, Kondensieren des restlichen Auslassgases in den Außenwärmetauscher (2e), Vermischen der kondensierten Kondensatflüssigkeit mit dem kondensierten Kältemittel in den Zwischenwärmetauschern (3b) durch die Flüssigkeitsleitung (6a), und Veranlassen der gemischten Kondensatflüssigkeit zum Einströmen in die anderen Zwischenwärmetauscher (3b) durch die zweiten Expansionsventile (31a, 32a), sodass die gemischte Kondensatflüssigkeit verdampft wird, undeinen heizungs-priorisierten gemischten Kühlungs-/Heizungsbetrieb auszuführen, indem das Auslassgas in einen der mehreren Zwischenwärmetauscher einströmt, um somit das Abgas zu kondensieren, Veranlassen eines Teils des Abgases zum Einströmen in den Außenwärmetauscher (2e) durch die Flüssigkeitsleitung (6a), sodass der Teil des Abgases verdampft wird, undVeranlassen der restlichen Kondensatflüssigkeit zum Durchströmen der anderen Zwischenwärmetauscher (3b) durch die zweiten Expansionsventile (31a, 32a), sodass die verbleibende Kondensatflüssigkeit verdampft wird,wobeimindestens einer der Zwischenwärmetauschern (3b) ein kühlender Zwischenwärmetauscher (31b) ist, welcher das Kältemittel während des Kühlbetriebs kühlt, und der andere der Zwischenwärmetauscher (3b) ein erwärmender Zwischenwärmetauscher (32b) ist, welcher das Kältemittel während des Heizbetriebs erwärmt,die Auslassgasleitung (6c) verbunden ist dem erwärmenden Zwischenwärmetauscher,der Sauggasleitung (6b) verbunden ist mit dem kühlenden Zwischenwärmetauscher (31b), unddie Flüssigkeitsleitung (6a) verbunden ist mit dem mit dem wärmenden Zwischenwärmetauscher (32b) and dem kühlenden Zwischenwärmetauscher (31b),dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasshinsichtlich eines Leitungsdurchmessers der Leitungen, welche die Außeneinheit und die Wärmetauschereinheit miteinander verbinden, ein Verhältnis "die Sauggasleitung > Auslassgasleitung > Flüssigkeitsleitung etabliert ist, und dassdie Wärmetauscheinheit (3) ferner ein drittes Expansionsventil (33a) umfasst, welches zwischen der Sauggasleitung und dem kühlenden Zwischenwärmetauscher angeordnet ist.
- Die Klimaanlage nach Anspruch 1, wobei
das dritte Expansionsventil arbeitet auf der Basis von einem der Eingangstemperatur des kühlenden Zwischenwärmetauschers (31b) und einer Verdampfungsgas-Sättigungstemperatur erhalten durch Umwandeln der Auslassdrucks des kühlenden Zwischenwärmetauschers in eine Sättigungstemperatur.
