Claims (15)

  1. Tür (1) für den Zugang zu einem Transportfahrzeug (100), insbesondere vom Typ Zug, Straßenbahn, U-Bahn, Schienenbus oder auch Bus, wobei diese Zugangstür Folgendes umfasst
    - einen Rahmen (2), der eine Türöffnung (104) begrenzt,
    - einen Flügel, der mindestens einen Türflügel (3,4) umfasst, wobei jeder Türflügel in einer Hauptbewegungsrichtung (XX) entlang eines Türflügelwegs (C3, C4) zwischen einer Öffnungsposition der Türöffnung, die einem freien Durchgang durch diese Türöffnung entspricht, und einer Schließposition dieser Türöffnung beweglich ist,
    - ein Überwachungsmittel, das dazu eingerichtet ist, ein Ziel, insbesondere einen Passagier (P) oder einen Gegenstand, in zumindest einem Teil des Türflügelwegs zu detektieren, wobei dieses Überwachungsmittel zumindest einen Detektorsensor (5, 6) umfasst, der dazu geeignet ist, einen sich über einen Überwachungsbereich erstreckenden Detektionsstrahls (51,52, 61,62) zu erzeugen,
    - ein Steuermittel (112), das dazu eingerichtet ist, als Reaktion auf das Detektieren des Ziels durch die Überwachungsmittel das Schließen des Türflügels zu verhindern,
    - wobei jeder Türflügel mit mindestens einem jeweiligen Detektionssensor, insbesondere einem Laserabtastsensor, insbesondere vom Laufzeitmessungstyp, ausgestattet ist, wobei der Sensor fest mit dem Türflügel (3,4) verbunden ist, wobei der Strahl des Sensors im Betrieb auf den gegenüberliegenden Türflügel (4,3) oder auch auf den dem Rahmen (2) gegenüberliegenden Bereich in der Hauptbewegungsrichtung (XX) gerichtet ist,
    - wobei jeder Sensor über einen Überwachungsbereich verfügt, der sich zumindest entlang der Hauptbewegungsrichtung nicht über den gesamten freien Durchgang erstreckt,
    wobei diese Tür dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass die Innenseite mindestens eines Türflügels und/oder die Außenseite mindestens eines Türflügels mit visuellen Identifizierungsmitteln vom Piktogrammtyp (38, 39) ausgestattet ist, wobei der Sensor dazu eingerichtet ist, das Steuermittel zu alarmieren, wenn er ein Vorhandensein in der Nähe des oder jedes visuellen Identifizierungsmittels vom Piktogrammtyp in der Schließposition des Türflügels detektiert, wobei das Steuermittel ferner dazu eingerichtet ist, das Öffnen des Türflügels als Reaktion auf diesen Alarm steuern.
  2. Tür nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der der Sensor ferner dazu eingerichtet ist, das Steuermittel zu alarmieren, wenn er ein Vorhandensein in der Nähe des oder jedes visuellen Identifizierungsmittels vom Piktogrammtyp in der Öffnungsposition des Türflügels detektiert, wobei das Steuermittel ferner dazu eingerichtet ist, das Schließen des Türflügels als Reaktion auf diesen Alarm zu steuern.
  3. Tür nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der jeder Sensor (5, 6) in der Nähe der vorderen Kante (33, 43) des Türflügels, insbesondere im oberen Teil dieses Türflügels, befestigt ist.
  4. Tür nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, bei der jeder Sensor an der Innenseite (31, 41) oder auch an der Außenseite (32, 42) des Türflügels befestigt ist.
  5. Tür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei der der Sensor in der Dicke des Türflügels untergebracht ist, wobei die vordere Kante des Türflügels mit Öffnungen (36) versehen ist, die dazu fähig sind, den Detektionsstrahl durchzulassen.
  6. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Detektionsstrahl mindestens eines Sensors sich entlang einer Überwachungsebene (P5) erstreckt, wobei die Ebene bei mehreren Sensoren die verschiedenen Detektionsstrahlen umfasst, wobei diese Überwachungsebene parallel zur Mittelebene der Türflügel (P3) verläuft, wobei der Abstand zwischen der Überwachungsebene und der Mittelebene der Türflügel insbesondere viel weniger als 8 cm beträgt.
  7. Tür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der mindestens ein Sensor (52") über einen Detektionsstrahl verfügt, der vom dreidimensionalen Typ ist.
  8. Tür nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei der der Detektionsstrahl vom dreidimensionalen Typ im Querschnitt entlang einer horizontalen Ebene die Form eines Kreisbogens aufweist.
  9. Tür nach Anspruch 4 in Kombination mit einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, bei der sowohl die Innenseite als auch die Außenseite des Türflügels mit den jeweiligen visuellen Identifizierungsmitteln vom Piktogrammtyp (38, 39) ausgestattet ist, und ein Sensor (52") vorgesehen ist, dessen Strahl vom dreidimensionalen Typ ist, wobei dieser Sensor in der Dicke des Türflügels untergebracht ist, wobei dieser Sensor dazu eingerichtet ist, das Vorhandensein in der Nähe jedes der visuellen Identifizierungsmittel vom Piktogrammtyp zu detektieren.
  10. Verfahren zum Steuern einer Zugangstür nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei dieses Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Detektieren eines Ziel, insbesondere eines Passagiers oder eines Gegenstands, im Überwachungsbereich mit Hilfe des Sensors,
    - Verhindern des Schließens des Türflügels als Reaktion auf das Detektieren des Ziels,
    - Detektieren eines Vorhandenseins, insbesondere der Hand eines Passagiers, in der Nähe des oder jedes visuellen Identifizierungsmittels vom Piktogrammtyp ebenfalls mit Hilfe des Sensors,
    - Steuern des Öffnens des Türflügels als Reaktion auf das Detektieren des Vorhandenseins.
  11. Verfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, bei dem jeder Sensor derart eingerichtet ist, dass ihm ein personalisierter Überwachungsbereich gemäß den spezifischen Merkmalen des Betriebs der Tür und/oder gemäß den repräsentativen Merkmalen der vorherigen Inbetriebnahme der Tür zugewiesen ist.
  12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, bei dem die spezifischen Merkmale des Betriebs der Tür die nominale Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit jedes Türflügels, die Abmessungen jedes Türflügels und/oder die Abmessungen des Rahmens umfassen, wohingegen die repräsentativen Merkmale der Inbetriebnahme der Tür die Anzahl der beobachteten Vorfälle mit Passagieren und/oder Gegenständen, die von den Türflügeln getroffen wurden, die Anzahl der vorgeschriebenen Halte pro Türflügel, die Haltezeit des Transportfahrzeugs am Bahnhof oder auch die Vorgehensweise des Bahnbetreibers umfassen.
  13. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 12, bei dem der Überwachungsbereich in Abhängigkeit einer Sicherheitsdauer eingerichtet ist, wobei diese Sicherheitsdauer geschätzt wird, ausgehend von:
    - einer Hinderniszeit, die der Dauer entspricht, die ein Passagier benötigt, um sich aus dem Türflügelweg zu entfernen, und/oder die ein Passagier benötigt, um einen Gegenstand aus dem Türflügelweg zu entfernen,
    und/oder
    - einer Fahrzeugzeit, die der Laufzeit des Türflügels zwischen seiner jeweiligen Öffnungs- und Schließposition und/oder der Reaktionszeit des Steuersystems des Fahrzeugs entspricht.
  14. Transportfahrzeug, insbesondere vom Typ Zug, Straßenbahn, U-Bahn, Schienenbus oder auch Bus, wobei dieses Fahrzeug mindestens eine Zugangstür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfasst.
  15. Haltestellenplattform für ein Transportfahrzeug, insbesondere vom Typ Zug, Straßenbahn, U-Bahn, Bus oder auch Schienenbus, wobei diese Plattform mindestens eine Zugangstür nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfasst.
