Claims (15)
- Drehgestell, umfassend:einen Rahmen, der mit zwei parallelen, sich in Längsrichtung erstreckenden Seitenträgern (1) versehen ist;ringförmige Bügel (32), die mit den Bodenflächen der Endabschnitte der Seitenträger (1) verbunden sind, wobei sich eine Mittellinie des ringförmigen Bügels (32) in einer seitlichen Richtung erstreckt;Achsgehäuse (2), wobei sich das Achsgehäuse (2) in einem durch den ringförmigen Bügel (32) definierten Raum befindet und eine Mittellinie des Achsgehäuses (2) mit der Mittellinie des ringförmigen Bügels (32) zusammenfällt; undeine Vielzahl von Pufferblöcken (31), die gleichmäßig zwischen dem ringförmigen Bügel (32) und dem Achsgehäuse (2) angeordnet sind;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseine erste Längspositionierungsstruktur auf der Innenseite des Pufferblocks (31) angeordnet ist und eine zweite Längspositionierungsstruktur auf der Außenumfangsfläche des Achsgehäuses (2) angeordnet ist, wobei sich die erste Längspositionierungsstruktur und die zweite Längspositionierungsstruktur gegenseitig zusammenarbeiten, um die Längsbewegung des Pufferblocks (31) zu begrenzen.
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine erste seitliche Positionierungsstruktur auf einer Innenseite des Pufferblocks (31) angeordnet und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie mit einer zweiten seitlichen Positionierungsstruktur, die auf einer Außenumfangsfläche des Achsgehäuses (2) angeordnet ist, zusammenwirkt, um den Pufferblock (31) seitlich zu positionieren.
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 2, wobei die erste seitliche Positionierungsstruktur als Pufferblock-Positionierungsnut (311) konfiguriert ist, die in der Innenseite des Pufferblocks (31) ausgebildet ist und sich in Längsrichtung erstreckt, und wobei die zweite seitliche Positionierungsstruktur konfiguriert als Achsgehäuse-Positionierungsvorsprung (21) ist, der von der Außenumfangsfläche des Achsgehäuses (2) hervorsteht und sich in Längsrichtung erstreckt, und wobei der Achsgehäuse-Positionierungsvorsprung (21) in der Pufferblock-Positionierungsnut (311) untergebracht werden kann..
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste Längspositionierungsstruktur auf der Innenseite des Pufferblocks (31) angeordnet ist und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie mit der zweiten Längspositionierungsstruktur, die auf der Außenumfangsfläche des Achsgehäuses (2) angeordnet ist, zusammenwirkt, um den Pufferblock (31) in Längsrichtung zu positionieren.
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 4, wobei die erste Längspositionierungsstruktur als Pufferblock-Positionierungssäule (312) konfiguriert ist, die an der Innenseite des Pufferblocks (31) angeordnet ist und eine Längenrichtung aufweist, die sich entlang einer radialen Richtung des ringförmigen Bügels erstreckt (32); wobei die zweite Längspositionierungsstruktur als Achsgehäuse-positionierungsloch (22) konfiguriert ist, das in der Außenumfangsfläche des Achsgehäuse (2) ausgebildet ist; wobei die Pufferblock-Positionierungssäule (312) in das Achsgehäuse-Positionierungsloch (22) eingesetzt werden kann.
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine dritte seitliche Positionierungsstruktur auf einer Außenseite des Pufferblocks (31) angeordnet und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie mit einer vierte seitlichen Positionierungsstruktur, die auf einer Innenseite des ringförmigen Bügels (32) angeordnet ist, zusammenwirkt, um den Pufferblock (31) seitlich zu positionieren.
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 6, wobei die dritte seitliche Positionierungsstruktur als Pufferblock-Positionierungsvorsprung (313) konfiguriert ist, der in der Außenseite des Pufferblocks (31) ausgebildet ist und sich in Längsrichtung erstreckt, und wobei die vierte seitliche Positionierungsstruktur als Positionierungsnut (323) des ringförmigen Bügels konfiguriert ist, die auf der Innenseite der ringförmigen Bügels (32) angeordnet sind, und wobei der Pufferblock-Positionierungsvorsprung (313) in der Positionierungsnut (323) des ringförmigen Bügels untergebracht werden kann..
- Drehgestell nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Pufferblock (31) einen fächerförmigen Längsschnitt aufweist und die Endflächen der mehreren Pufferblöcke (31) aneinanderstoßen und verbunden sind, um eine Ringstruktur zu bilden;
wobei eine Innenfläche des Pufferblocks (31) mit der Pufferblock-Positionierungsnut (311) zur seitlichen Positionierung relativ zum Achsgehäuse (2) versehen ist; wobei eine Bodenfläche der Pufferblock-Positionierungsnut (311) mit der Pufferblock-Positionierungssäule (312) zur länglichen Positionierung relativ zum Achsgehäuse (2) versehen ist; wobei die Außenseite des Pufferblocks (31) mit dem Pufferblock-Positionierungsvorsprung (313) zur seitlichen Positionierung relativ zum Ringbügel (32) versehen ist. - Drehgestell nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Achsgehäuse (2) mit dem Achsgehäuse-Positionierungsvorsprung (21) versehen ist, der in der Pufferblock-Positionierungsnut (311) untergebracht werden kann, und wobei der Achsgehäuse-Positionierungsvorsprung (21) konfiguriert als ringförmiger Vorsprung ist, der die Außenumfangsfläche des Achsgehäuses (2) umgibt; wobei eine Oberseite des Achsgehäuse-Positionierungsvorsprungs (21) mit einem Achsgehäuse-Positionierungsloch (22) zur Aufnahme der Pufferblock-Positionierungssäule (312) versehen ist, wobei eine Anzahl und Position der Achsgehäuse-Positionierungslöcher (22) diejenigen der Pufferblock-Positionierungsspalten (312) korrespondiert.
- Schienenfahrzeug, umfassend das Drehgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
- Primäre Aufhängungsvorrichtung (3), die zwischen einem Rahmen und einem Achsgehäuse (2) eines Drehgestells angeordnet ist, wobei die primäre Aufhängungsvorrichtung (3) umfasst:das Achsgehäuse (2);einen ringförmigen Bügel (32), dessen Mittellinie sich in seitlicher Richtung erstreckt und der mit dem Rahmen verbunden ist, wobei der ringförmige Bügel (32) so konfiguriert ist, dass er eine Außenseite des Achsgehäuses (2) umgibt; undeine Vielzahl von Pufferblöcken (31), die gleichmäßig zwischen dem ringförmigen Bügel (32) und dem Achsgehäuse (2) angeordnet sind;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseine erste Längspositionierungsstruktur auf der Innenseite des Pufferblocks (31) angeordnet ist und eine zweite Längspositionierungsstruktur auf der Außenumfangsfläche des Achsgehäuses (2) angeordnet ist, wobei sich die erste Längspositionierungsstruktur und die zweite Längspositionierungsstruktur gegenseitig zusammenarbeiten, um die Längsbewegung des Pufferblocks (31) zu begrenzen.
- Primäre Aufhängungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei eine erste seitliche Positionierungsstruktur auf einer Innenseite des Pufferblocks (31) angeordnet und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie mit einem Achsgehäuses (2) zusammenwirkt, um den Pufferblock (31) seitlich zu positionieren.
- Primäre Aufhängungsvorrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 12, wobei die erste seitliche Positionierungsstruktur als Pufferblock-Positionierungsnut (311) konfiguriert ist, die in der Innenseite des Pufferblocks (31) ausgebildet ist und sich in Längsrichtung erstreckt und konfiguriert ist, um mit einem Achsgehäuse-Positionierungsvorsprung (21) zusammenzuwirken, der an der Außenumfangsfläche des Achsgehäuses (2) angeordnet ist, um eine seitliche Positionierung durchzuführen.
- Primäre Aufhängungsvorrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 11, wobei die erste Längspositionierungsstruktur auf der Innenseite des Pufferblocks (31) angeordnet ist und so konfiguriert ist, dass sie mit dem Achsgehäuses (2) zusammenwirkt, um den Pufferblock (31) in Längsrichtung zu positionieren.
- Primäre Aufhängungsvorrichtung (3) nach Anspruch 11, wobei der Pufferblock (31) einen fächerförmigen Längsschnitt aufweist und die Endflächen der mehreren Pufferblöcke (31) aneinanderstoßen und verbunden sind, um eine Ringstruktur zu bilden;
wobei eine Innenfläche des Pufferblocks (31) mit der Pufferblock-Positionierungsnut (311) zur seitlichen Positionierung relativ zum Achsgehäuse (2) versehen ist; wobei eine Bodenfläche der Pufferblock-Positionierungsnut (311) mit der Pufferblock-Positionierungssäule (312) zur länglichen Positionierung relativ zum Achsgehäuse (2) versehen ist; wobei die Außenseite des Pufferblocks (31) mit dem Pufferblock-Positionierungsvorsprung (313) zur seitlichen Positionierung relativ zum Ringbügel (32) versehen ist.
