  • the pamphlets DE 10 2017 105 299 A1 , DE 295 10 618 U1 , DE 10 2015 003 246 A1 and DE 20 2016 005 647 U1 disclose sanitary built-in parts in different embodiments.
  • the invention further relates to a series with at least two variants of a sanitary built-in part.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a built-in sanitary part of the type mentioned at the outset with improved performance characteristics.
  • a sanitary built-in part of the type mentioned at the outset is proposed according to the invention to achieve the object, with a drainage slope adjoining the impact surface, which drains water that hits the impact surface and runs off it into Position of use can run in the direction of the outlet openings, wherein also an outer edge of the run-off slope is formed by a step.
  • the water jet can no longer be adequately aerated with built-in sanitary parts of a previously known type, so that the jet pattern of an outflowing water jet has an uneven effect.
  • the development of noise, which is often perceived as annoying can also be better prevented, since turbulence within the built-in part, in particular within the diffuser space and/or downstream of the outlet openings in the direction of flow, is lower than with previously known built-in parts.
  • the diffuser chamber has at least one inlet opening, with a water jet entering through the at least one inlet opening in the position of use impinging on the impact surface and being divided.
  • a good aeration of the water jet is possible even with a low flow rate.
  • several inlet openings can also be provided, which are preferably all aligned with the impact surface.
  • the at least one inlet opening can be formed through the functional unit.
  • the impact surface can be aligned perpendicularly or almost perpendicularly with respect to an angle of incidence of the water jet flowing in in the position of use.
  • the run-off bevel is inclined downwards at an angle relative to the impact surface and/or from the inside outwards.
  • the angle can be at least 5 degrees, in particular at least 10 degrees, in particular at least 15 degrees, in particular at least 20 degrees, in particular at least 25 degrees, preferably about 30 degrees.
  • the diffuser space can be annular.
  • the outlet openings are formed at least partially as material recesses running outwards, preferably material recesses running radially outwards.
  • the material recesses can each have a minimum distance that is at least 2%, in particular at least 3%, in particular at least 4%, in particular at least 5%, in particular at least 6%, in particular at least 7%, in particular at least 8%, in particular at least 9%, in particular at least 10%, corresponds to a diameter of the diffuser space.
  • the water jets emerging from the outlet openings can be rectified before exiting in order to be able to produce a homogeneous, aerated jet pattern.
  • the diffuser space is formed between the impact surface and the flow-determining functional unit.
  • a diffuser ring is formed or arranged downstream of the outlet openings.
  • the flow-determining functional unit has at least one flow limiter and/or at least one throttle. It is thus possible to introduce a predefined amount into the diffuser. It can be particularly advantageous if the functional unit has at least one flow limiter, so that a required and/or desired flow rate within a working area can be provided independently of the pressure. The flow conditions in the diffuser space can thus be better controlled.
  • the sanitary built-in part is a housing has, in which the diffuser and / or at least one flow-determining functional unit is at least partially used / are.
  • the housing can preferably have a peripheral, in particular closed, wall which laterally delimits a, in particular annular, collection chamber downstream of the outlet openings in the direction of flow.
  • the housing can be designed, for example, as a diffuser ring, which forms an outer and/or lateral boundary of an annular chamber/collection chamber.
  • At least one splitting element is arranged on and/or on the impact surface, in particular on the edge of the impact surface.
  • several dividing elements preferably lying on a circular path, can be arranged on the impact surface.
  • the dividing elements can be arranged as a flow obstacle in front of an outlet opening in the radial direction and/or in relation to a flow direction, for example the flow direction already mentioned above.
  • a collection chamber can be formed between the outlet openings and an outer edge of the run-off slope within the diffuser space.
  • a height of the diffuser space in the area of the collection chamber can preferably be higher than a height of the diffuser space in the area of the impact surface.
  • an outer edge of the drainage slope for example the aforementioned outer edge of the drainage slope, by a step is trained.
  • a tear-off edge in particular a blunt tear-off edge, down the run-off slope, as a result of which it experiences an acceleration before it flows through the outlet openings.
  • a series for at least two variants of a sanitary installation part is also proposed, with at least one of the at least two variants corresponding to a sanitary installation part as described and claimed herein.
  • the series includes at least one functional unit, at least one housing and at least two different types of diffusers.
  • the housing can be designed as a diffuser ring, for example.
  • the series is characterized in that the at least two variants have different types of diffusers, that the at least two types of diffusers have differently designed flow-determining outlet openings.
  • a first type can have a smaller flow class than a second type.
  • the second variant has a higher flow class with a flow rate of more than 1 gpm.
  • a series is proposed with at least two variants of a sanitary installation part, each variant having at least one functional unit, at least one housing and/or a diffuser ring, and at least one diffuser, characterized in that the at least two variants have different types of diffusers exhibit that the at least two types of Have diffusers differently designed flow-determining outlet openings, in particular wherein the first variant has a smaller flow class than the second variant.
  • a ratio of a width b of an outlet opening to a distance a between two adjacent outlet openings is smaller in the first type of diffuser than in the second type. It is thus possible to be able to provide built-in sanitary parts of different flow classes (and/or variants of flow classes) based on the series, with only different types of diffusers having to be used in order to achieve this. Depending on the flow rate, the correct diffuser can thus be selected and inserted into the housing in order to form a sanitary built-in part.
  • the first variant is designed as a sanitary built-in part according to one of claims 1 to 11.
  • the ratio b/a of the first variant is less than is 0.41 and/or that the ratio b/a of the second variant type is 0.41 or greater than 0.41.
  • the housing and/or a diffuser ring of the at least two variants is structurally identical.
  • the housing can refer to the diffuser ring or it can be different components.
  • the second variant has no run-off slope on the diffuser.
  • different flow properties can be achieved here than with the first variant.
  • the invention thus relates to a sanitary built-in part which is designed in particular as a jet regulator, preferably as a ventilated jet regulator.
  • a jet regulator preferably as a ventilated jet regulator.
  • Such a diffuser 4 has a diffuser chamber 5, the dimensions of which are at least partially delimited by an impact surface 6.
  • the impact surface 6 is designed to deflect water flowing into the diffuser chamber 5 in a lateral direction in the position of use and/or during operation.
  • the diffuser space 5 itself has a plurality of outlet openings 7 through which the water jet divided on the impact surface 6 emerges from the diffuser space 5 in the form of individual jets.
  • the figures 2 , 4 and 6 show a possible embodiment of a sanitary fitting according to the invention, which is denoted as a whole as 1.
  • the sanitary built-in part 1 has the advantage that even low flow rates of water can be sufficiently aerated with it, so that an attractive aerated outlet jet pattern is generated.
  • the diffuser space 5 has, as has already been described above for the previously known built-in part, an impact surface 6 which at least partially delimits the diffuser space 5 .
  • the sanitary insert 1 is characterized in that the impact surface 6 is followed by a run-off bevel 8 which accelerates water that hits the impact surface 6 and runs off it in the direction of the outlet openings 7 and allows it to run off.
  • the drainage slope 8 can thus serve to accelerate the water running off in order to transport it in the direction of the outlet openings 7 .
  • the outlet openings 7 define a lateral outlet direction, in particular a lateral outlet direction which runs parallel or almost parallel to the impact surface 6 . This can be achieved in that the outlet openings 7 break through a peripheral side wall 9 of the diffuser 4 .
  • the outlet openings 7 each have a width b, 10. Adjacent outlet openings 7, in particular all adjacent outlet openings 7, can be arranged at equal distances a, 11. In the case of the built-in part 1 according to the invention, it has proven to be advantageous with regard to the production of an optimal outlet jet pattern at low flow rates if a ratio b/a (b divided by a) is less than 0.41.
  • the diffuser 4 has at least one inlet opening 12, with a water jet entering through the at least one inlet opening 12 in the position of use impinging on the impact surface 6 and being divided.
  • the at least one inlet opening 12 is therefore set up in such a way that an entry direction of the water jet is defined in such a way that it impinges on the impact surface 6 , in particular impinges exclusively on the impact surface 6 .
  • the sanitary built-in part 1 can have a plurality of inlet openings 12 which, in particular, are all aligned with the impact surface 6 and/or are arranged above the impact surface 6 .
  • the impact surface 6 is oriented in relation to the inflowing water jet in such a way that a high flow resistance arises. This can be achieved in that the impact surface 6, which can be formed as an impact plane, is aligned perpendicularly or almost perpendicularly with respect to an angle of incidence of the water jet flowing in in the position of use.
  • the run-off bevel 8 is inclined downwards and/or from the inside outwards at an angle relative to the impact surface 6, in particular relative to a plane of the impact surface 6.
  • This angle can be at least 5 degrees, in particular at least 10 degrees, in particular at least 15 degrees, in particular at least 20 degrees, in particular at least 25 degrees, preferably about 30 degrees.
  • the diffuser space can be ring-shaped or disc-shaped.
  • the outlet openings 7 are in the Figures 1-6 shown configurations at least partially formed as material recesses 13 running outwards.
  • the material recesses 13 can therefore act like channels in order to reduce flow turbulence.
  • the material recesses 13 can each have a minimum distance that is at least 2%, in particular at least 3%, in particular at least 4%, in particular at least 5%, in particular at least 6%, in particular at least 7%, in particular at least 8%, in particular at least 9%, in particular at least 10% of a diameter 14 of the diffuser chamber 5 corresponds.
  • the diffuser space 5 is formed between the impact surface 6 and the flow-determining functional unit 2 , being delimited on the inflow side by the functional unit 2 and on the outflow side by the impact surface 6 .
  • the flow-determining functional unit 2 has at least one flow limiter 15 and/or at least one throttle. In general it can be said that the functional unit changes or can change the flow rate and/or that there is a pressure difference between the sections before and after the functional unit.
  • a flow limiter 15 within the meaning of the invention can refer to the fact that a pressure-independent setting, in particular automatic setting, of a flow rate takes place over a working range of the flow limiter 15 . This makes it possible to keep the flow rate as constant as possible set. In contrast, with the throttle, the flow rate changes depending on the prevailing pressure.
  • the sanitary built-in part 1 has a housing 16, in which the diffuser 4 and/or the at least one flow-determining functional unit 2 are at least partially inserted.
  • the housing 16 has a wall 17 which laterally delimits an in particular annular collecting chamber 18 which is downstream of the outlet openings 7 in the direction of flow 3 .
  • the collecting chamber 18 can serve to aerate the water jet and can therefore also have aeration openings for sucking in air, in particular from the outside.
  • the housing 16 thus influences the flow behavior of the water flowing through. Together with the diffuser 4, the housing 16 thus defines the flow direction 3 of the water through the built-in part 1 and/or contributes to jet formation and/or jet aeration. There is thus an interaction between the diffuser 4 and the housing 16 that determines the shape of the outlet jet, which is why the housing 16 can also be referred to as a diffuser ring 23 .
  • dividing elements 19 On and/or at the edge of the impact surface 6 there are several dividing elements 19 arranged in particular on a circular path.
  • the dividing elements 19 are positioned in front of the outlet openings in the direction of flow 3 . In the embodiment variant shown, they divide the edge and/or an outer edge 20 of the run-off slope 8 into sections.
  • the divider elements 19 can be designed, for example, as ramps and/or wedges rising in the direction of the outlet openings, as in FIGS Figures 1-6 is shown.
  • a step 22 is formed, which leads to a collection chamber 21 downstream of the run-off slope in the direction of flow 3 .
  • the collection chamber 21 therefore represents part of the diffuser space 5.
  • the height of the collection chamber 21 is higher than the rest of the diffuser space 5, particularly in the area of the impact surface 6.
  • the Figures 1-6 also refer to a series of at least two variants 24, 25 of sanitary built-in parts 1.
  • the variants 24 and 25 differ only in a diffuser type that is installed in them.
  • the functional unit 2 and/or the housing 16, in particular the diffuser ring 23, of the two variants 24, 25 is of identical design.
  • the at least two variants 24, 25 of the series have different diffusers 4, which differ in that the at least two types of diffusers 4 have outlet openings 7 with a different opening dimension.
  • the first variant 24 is therefore assigned to a smaller flow class than the second variant 25 .
  • a ratio of a width b of the respective outlet openings 7 to a respective distance a between two adjacent outlet openings 7 is smaller in the first variant 24 than in the second variant 25 .
  • the ratio b/a of the first variant 24 is less than 0.41 and/or that the ratio b/a of the second variant 25 is 0.41 or greater than 0.41.
  • the diffuser 4 of the second variant 25 has no run-off slope 8 . Rather, the impact surface 6 is extended here and forms a sharp, particularly right-angled edge. The water thus flows over the sharp tear-off edge and falls into the collection chamber 21.
  • the invention thus relates in particular to a sanitary built-in part 1, with at least one flow-regulating functional unit 2 and a diffuser 4 arranged downstream of the flow-regulating functional unit 2 in the direction of flow 3, the diffuser 4 having a diffuser space 5, the diffuser space 5 being partially delimited by an impact surface 6 , which deflects water flowing into the diffuser chamber 5 in a radial direction towards a plurality of outlet openings 7, with a drainage slope 8 being arranged obliquely to the impact surface 6, which allows water that hits the impact surface 6 and runs off it to run off in the direction of the outlet openings 7 in the position of use.
