Claims (7)
- Betätigungsvorrichtung für Türen und Fenster, umfassend einen festen Rahmen und einen beweglichen Rahmen oder Flügel (1), wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung (100) Folgendes umfasst:- einen kastenförmigen Körper (2), der geformt ist, um in einem Gehäuse in einen Sitz des Flügels (1) zu passen;- ein Rad (3), aufweisend ein erstes kreisförmiges Teilstück (3a) mit einer glatten Oberfläche und ein zweites kreisförmiges Teilstück (3b), das gezahnt und im kastenförmigen Körper (2) untergebracht ist; wobei das Rad (3) einen Kupplungssitz (4) aufweist, in den im Gebrauch eine Welle (5) eines Steuergriffs (6) eingreifen kann, der mit dem beweglichen Flügel (1) assoziiert ist; wobei die Welle (5), die mit dem Rad (3) gekoppelt ist, durch einen entsprechenden Sitz (7) verläuft, der am kastenförmigen Körper (2) ausgebildet ist;- eine Stange (8), die verschiebbar in den kastenförmigen Körper (2) eingesetzt ist und die relativen Enden außerhalb des kastenförmigen Körpers (2) aufweist, die dazu konfiguriert sind, im Gebrauch mit beweglichen Schließ-/Öffnungsvorrichtungen des Flügels (1), die sich auf dem Flügel (1) befinden, verbunden zu werden; wobei die Stange (8) eine relative Oberfläche aufweist, die mit einer Betätigungszahnstange (9) ausgestattet ist, die mit dem zweiten gezahnten kreisförmigen Teilstück (3b) des Rades (3) kämmt, sodass durch Drehen des Rades (3) eine Verschiebung der Stange (8) ermöglicht wird, die in der Lage ist, nacheinander und ausgehend von einer geschlossenen Position des Flügels (1) zum festen Rahmen hinführend, eine erste Position von Öffnung des Flügels (1) vom festen Rahmen wegführend und eine zweite Position von Öffnung des Flügels (1) relativ zum festen Rahmen, die sich von der vorherigen ersten Öffnung unterscheidet, zu erzielen; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie einen Schieber (10) zum Auswählen und Verriegeln des Rades (3) umfasst, der stabil in den kastenförmigen Körper (2) durch einen ersten durchgehenden Sitz (11) eingeführt werden kann, der im kastenförmigen Körper (2) ausgebildet ist; wobei der Schieber (10) radial relativ zum Rad (3) und derart positionierbar ist, dass er mit der Drehung des Rades (3) durch Anstoßen an einen ersten Zahn (12) eines Endes des zweiten gezahnten kreisförmigen Teilstücks (3b) stört und dadurch die Drehung des Rades (3) nur zwischen der geschlossenen Position des Flügels (1) und einer einzelnen offenen Position des Flügels (1) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten offenen Position begrenzt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der kastenförmige Körper (2) einen zweiten Sitz (13) aufweist, in dem der Auswahl- und Verriegelungsschieber (10) selektiv untergebracht werden kann, sodass er radial zum Rad (3) positioniert ist und die Drehung des Rades (3) durch Kontakt mit einem zweiten Zahn (14) des gegenüberliegenden Endes des zweiten gezahnten kreisförmigen Teilstücks (3b) gegenüber dem vorhergehenden ersten Endzahn (12) stört.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Schieber (10) einen Kontaktkörper (15) mit dem Rad (3), der im kastenförmigen Körper (2) untergebracht werden kann, und einen Greifabschnitt (16), der im Gebrauch außerhalb des kastenförmigen Körpers (2) positioniert ist, umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Kontaktkörper (15) eine Oberfläche (17) mit einer geradlinigen Verlängerung, die dazu ausgelegt ist, eine Oberfläche des ersten oder zweiten Endzahns (12, 14) des Rades (3) zu berühren und ein Kopfende (18) umfasst, das eine gekrümmte Oberfläche aufweist, die passend geformt ist, die einem Abschnitt des ersten kreisförmigen Teilstücks (3a) mit einer glatten Oberfläche des Rades (3) in der Nähe des ersten oder zweiten Endzahns (12, 14) zugewandt sein kann.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend Mittel zum Befestigen des Schiebers (10) am kastenförmigen Körper (2), wenn der Schieber (10) innerhalb des kastenförmigen Körpers (2) positioniert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, wobei die Befestigungsmittel eine Befestigungsschraube (19) umfassen, die durch ein Loch (20) im kastenförmigen Körper (2) verläuft und die in einen Sitz (21) gekoppelt werden kann, der im Schieber (10) ausgebildet ist, der im kastenförmigen Körper (2) untergebracht ist, um die Position des untergebrachten Schiebers (10) zu verriegeln.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Schieber (10) mit dem Sitz (21) zum Befestigen im Kontaktkörper (15) ausgestattet ist.
