Definitions

  • the invention relates to a plastic container according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • plastic containers are already known and used in many forms and configurations.
  • a plastic container with a base and side walls standing on the base, with a receiving area of the container being defined by the base and the side walls, the base having a running ring on its side facing away from the receiving area, the base being open to the outside of the container
  • Has pockets the pockets being formed by the base and the rim, the pockets being formed by ribs connecting the base and the rim, the ribs having a recess open to the outside of the container at their outer region seen in the plane of the rim have, wherein the recess has a bottom side and a top side facing towards the receiving area, wherein the bottom side is designed to be resilient compared to the top side in its outer region seen in the plane of the tread.
  • a plastic container with a base and side walls standing on the base, with a receiving area of the container being defined by the base and the side walls, the base on its side facing away from the receiving area having an inner area and a den inner region surrounding running ring, wherein the running ring has an inner ring surrounding the inner region, an outer ring surrounding the inner ring and a middle ring arranged between the inner ring and the outer ring, wherein the middle ring completely surrounds the inner ring, the middle
  • the rim has a first tread for the container, the first tread being elevated relative to the inner rim and the outer rim in a direction away from the receiving area, the bottom further having a second tread, the second tread extending from the outer corners of the outer rim to the first running surface is guided, the second running surface being raised in relation to the inner rim and the outer rim in the direction pointing away from the receiving area.
  • EP 2 799 356 A1 referred.
  • a plastic container is disclosed there, on the bottom side of which a running ring is formed and the bottom side is designed to be resilient relative to the bottom side.
  • a stackable plastic crate is shown with a raised tread.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a plastic container which runs very smoothly on conveyor belts in one to provide an automated system.
  • the aim is also to improve the automatic handling of the plastic container.
  • impact noises of the plastic container on another plastic container or another object should be intercepted as best as possible.
  • the plastic container according to the invention has a container base and four side walls attached on one side to the container base.
  • the container base in turn has a rib structure, the rib structure on the other hand being formed in one piece on the container base.
  • the rib structure is formed between the container base and a running ring.
  • the container base in turn has four side edges.
  • the running ring forms four outer long sides and four inner long sides, the four side walls being connected to one another to form a square shape via four rounded corners.
  • the running ring springs back from the four side edges of the container base to a common center of the container base, although each of the four outer longitudinal sides forms an expansion away from the common center, with the rib structure forming end webs that increase the distance between the receding running ring overlaps by means of a bevel to the four side edges of the container base, the shape and alignment of the bevel being adapted to the respective expansion and projecting from the corners of the four outside long sides towards the respective expansion of the outside long side from the middle extended to create a boat bow shape.
  • This arrow-shaped expanding away from the center Closing webs lead to the desired smooth running of the plastic container on transport rollers of a transport and logistics belt.
  • a boat bow shape describes that a protruding part of the tread that protrudes the most from the center represents an expansion, with the parallel juxtaposed end webs specified by the right-angled arrangement of the rib structure specifying the shape of a boat bow, without a boat skin being present.
  • This form according to the invention means, for example, that if it runs onto an object, the plastic container not only runs onto the object, but can actually partially run over the object and the incline allows it to slide back completely onto the conveyor belt. This advantageously means that the goods being transported are not unnecessarily affected.
  • the four inner longitudinal sides of the running ring each form an inner expansion away from the center, with the expansion being arranged from the center in alignment with the inner expansion. This advantageously leads to a further reduction in transport noise and increases smooth running.
  • the respective expansion is formed centrally on the respective outside longitudinal side. This further reinforces the shape of the boat's bow. This also means that, in contrast to right-angled arrangements of transport containers, tilting can occur less frequently.
  • the rib structure is preferably formed at right angles to the four side walls, with the rib structure forming a dividing central rib in the area of the four rounded corners. Due to the right-angled arrangement of the The rib structure creates a free space in the area of the four rounded corners, which provides additional support due to the central rib dividing this free space in the middle and advantageously prevents objects from getting into this free space or jamming during transport.
  • the four rounded corners of the plastic container have rounded corner ribbing. This leads to additional stabilization of the plastic container.
  • the running ring forms an indentation towards the bottom of the container on each corner, with a centering pin being arranged in the center of the indenting, the centering pin ending below a surface of the running ring.
  • the indentation has the shape of a parallelogram. This form of indentation, with the parallelograms pointing with a point on the corner side, ie towards the respective rounded corners, has advantageously led to less noise occurring when the transport direction changes by 90°, for example.
  • the closing webs form a taper beginning between the running rim and the container base, with the closing webs forming a bevel in the extension of the four side walls with their bevel on their ends opening toward the container base.
  • the combination of tapering and edging of the end webs with their bevels leads to a preferred absorption of force when running onto the further transport container or another object.
  • the four side walls of the plastic container can also have recessed grips or openings for manual use. Furthermore, preferred exemplary embodiments of the four side walls have grooves on the sides facing one another, it being possible to introduce a dividing wall having a tongue into each of the grooves.
  • the grooves and the associated springs extend over the entire height of the side walls or extend only over part of the height. The advantage here is that an interior of the plastic container can be divided quickly, safely and easily.
  • the dividing wall has a slot into which a further dividing wall with a further slot can be introduced at a right angle.
  • the two slots which advantageously extend over half the overall height of the dividing wall and the further dividing wall, are plugged into one another, so that a quick and firm connection is created and an even smaller subdivision of the interior space is possible.
  • each of the four side walls can have two lifting shafts, with the lifting shafts being arranged in each case in the quarter of the four side walls pointing towards the rounded corners.
  • a plastic container according to the invention is shown. It consists of a container base 1 and four side walls 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4.
  • the container bottom 1 has a ribbed structure 3 .
  • the rib structure 3 is formed in one piece with the container base 1 on the one hand and is connected in one piece to a running ring 4 on the other hand.
  • the container bottom 1 has four side edges 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4.
