Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Windstreuvorrichtung zum Aufstreuen von Streugut (39) auf einen Streubandförderer (4), mit zumindest
- einer Windstreukammer (5), welche eine obere Streugutöffnung (6), über welche Streugut (39) in die Windstreukammer (5) beispielsweise aus einem Streugutbunker (1) eingebracht wird, und Wand- und Deckenelemente (27, 28) aufweist,
- einem oder mehreren Ventilatoren (7) zur Erzeugung von Luftströmen für die Separierung des Streugutes (39) in der Windstreukammer (5),
- einem Luftzuführgehäuse (8), durch welches die von den Ventilatoren (7) erzeugten Luftströme in die Windstreukammer (5) geleitet werden und
- einer sich in Strömungsrichtung an das Luftzufuhrgehäuse (8) anschließenden Luftaustrittseinheit (12) mit einer Vielzahl von in Spalten und Reihen angeordneten Auslassöffnungen (14), sowie
- einem unterhalb der Windstreukammer (5) angeordneten Streubandförderer (4), auf den eine Streugutmatte (38) aufstreubar ist. Um Verwirbelungen aufgrund von Luftströmungen aus der Umgebung in die Streukammer zu verhindern, ist vorgesehen, dass eine Umgebungsluftsperre für die Windstreugutkammer zumindest unterhalb der Luftaustrittseinheit (12) durch eine Zusatzlufteinspeisung (36) vorgesehen ist.

- a wind scattering chamber (5), which has an upper grit opening (6) through which grit (39) is introduced into the wind scattering chamber (5), for example from a grit bunker (1), and wall and ceiling elements (27, 28),
- One or more fans (7) for generating air currents for separating the spreading material (39) in the wind spreading chamber (5),
- An air supply housing (8) through which the air streams generated by the fans (7) are directed into the wind scattering chamber (5) and
- an air outlet unit (12) which is connected to the air supply housing (8) in the direction of flow and has a large number of outlet openings (14) arranged in columns and rows, and
- A spreading belt conveyor (4) arranged below the wind spreading chamber (5) and onto which a spreading material mat (38) can be sprinkled. In order to prevent turbulence due to air flows from the environment into the scattering chamber, an ambient air barrier for the wind grit chamber is provided at least below the air outlet unit (12) by means of an additional air feed (36).
