Claims (10)

  1. Device (1) for separating a material mixture (2), in particular waste material, in particular plastics and/or bio-waste, comprising a conveyor belt (3) for transporting at least part of the material mixture (2) in one direction of transport (4), where the material mixture (2) can be applied to the conveyor in a substantially even distribution width (5) on the conveyor belt (3), a fall area (6) for producing at least partly free-falling material flow (7) of the material mixture (2) for the material mixture (2) transported on the conveyor belt (3) in the direction of transport (4) at an interruption area (8) of the conveyor belt (3), where the conveyor belt (3) has an adapted transport speed, an airflow (9) to produce a directed airflow (10), in particular with an adjustable flow angle (11),
    characterised by the fact that the conveyor belt is inclined adjustable, that the material mixture in the interruption zone (8) essentially falls in a predefined parabolic curve, and that the airflow (9) is directed substantially opposite to the direction of transport (4) of the material mixture (2) towards the material flow which is at least partly free falling (7).
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterised by the fact that the airflow (9) comprises one or more air nozzles (12) arranged in particular side by side and/or sequentially and/or on top of each other, and/or the airflow (9) comprises an air duct with laminar flow, in particular adjustable in volume.
  3. Device according to one of claims 1 to 2, characterised by the fact that one or more supplementary conveyor belts (22) are positioned behind the drop area (6) for the onward transport of a portion of the material flow (2) falling on it, where the supplementary conveyor belts have a supplementary drop area (23) to which supplementary airflows (9) are assigned, by which an airflow (10) can be generated in the opposite direction of transport (4).
  4. Device according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised by the airflow (9) comprising an air lattice for the flow of air from the air nozzle (12).
  5. Device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised by the provision of a means of regulating the airflow (9), including in particular a frequency converter, including in particular an adjustable air flow generator (16), in particular a fan for generating air movement behind one or more air nozzles (12) and/or air grids.
  6. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised by a means of regulating the airflow (9) comprising adjusting valves and/or adjusting valves.
  7. Device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised by the treadmill (3) and/or fall area (6) being at least partly enclosed by a chamber medium (24) in a room area (17) for air soothing and/or suspended matter trapping, in particular comprising a lattice chamber and/or a perforated sheet metal chamber.
  8. Device according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that air from the room area (17) is traceable to the airflow (9) by means of a return agent for air-calming purposes.
  9. Device according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised by the provision of a separating agent (19) for separating materials of different sizes from the material mixture (2) after falling from the conveyor belt (3), in particular a material partition (20) and/or the dissipation of separated materials by one or more conveyor belts (21).
  10. Method for separating a material mixture (2), in particular waste material, in particular plastics and/or bio-waste, using a device (1) according to one of claims 1 to 9, whereby the inclination-adjustable treadmill (3) is set up for transporting the material mixture (2) in one direction of transport (4), whereby the material mixture (2) is applied in a substantially evenly distributed distribution across a transport width on the conveyor belt (3) which Falling range (6) to generate a material flow (7) at least partially free-falling for the material mixture (2) transported on the conveyor belt (3) is set up in the direction of transport (4) at the interruption area of the conveyor belt (3) with the conveyor belt (3) running at an adapted transport speed so that the material mixture in the interruption area (8) essentially descends in a predefined parabolic curve falls, where the airflow (9) is set up to produce a directed airflow (10), in particular with an adjustable airflow angle (11), where the airflow (9) is directed substantially against the direction of transport (4) of the material mixture (2) towards the material flow which is at least partly free falling (2).
